We planned a family vacation for a celebration of life. Our group of 9 really enjoyed the property. Beautiful views. Ample space to relax. Very large kitchen which is well stocked with utensils. Gas grill worked well. We would recommend this property for others staying on the Big Island.

This was a well appointed and well laid out house for our multi-generational family stay. The house was beautiful, clean, located centrally from all of our activities. The host (Kona Coast Vacations) communicated quickly and efficiently with any questions that popped up not just during our stay, but also leading up to our stay. They were wonderful to work with and showed their the true sense of Aloha! I can't recommend this place more.

We had a lovely week in Kona. We enjoyed the coffee and tea in the patio and pool area every morning, and our 2 boys enjoyed being in the pool. It's a great location for all Kona based activities, though we traveled across the Island.
I appreciated help in booking activities also.
We would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

The listing was everything and MORE! Incredibly clean and organized property. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The landscaping was gorgeous, we were pleasantly surprised by the entry waterfall and the orange trees were perfectly ripe for breakfast oranges!
The location was perfect, it felt private and secluded but was a quick 10-15 minutes from grocery stores, the fun downtown and only 20min from the airport.
We had an AMAZING time. If we find ourselves in Kona again we would definitely stay again!

It was really the best location we have ever stayed at. It had everything we expected and more. The privacy of the home with neighbors distant away made it extremely quiet and made it feel truly relaxing vacation. The view was amazing and was close to airport, downtown and near dock where we went snorkeling. On top of the amazing stay, we forgot my daughters dress that she took pictures for 15th birthday and Asi from Kona Coast Vacations reached out to me and she was able to ship it to me which literally put cherry on top of everything.. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you

Everyone enjoyed the house and the pool was amazing.
The lanai to the pool deck is a step down and not easily seen. For safety a stripe or designation should be added.

This was a much anticipated trip for three generations of our family. The home is amazing! There was not one thing that anybody reached for that wasn't available. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of booking it for their stay.

The home was actually larger than it looked in the pictures and it accommodated our party of 9 adults very well. The lanai got lots of use and the views were lovely. Close enough to downtown Kona for access to shopping, but located inside a gated, quiet community. The 4:00pm check-in time was a little inconvenient as we arrived early afternoon and were tired from travel, a little flexibility with the check-in time would have been nice. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances, pots/pans, dishes, etc. We enjoyed a lovely vacation in this pretty home.

This was an awesome property!! We have stayed in many VRBO’s before and this home was everything like the pictures and the reviews. We were a group of 10 ranging in age from 14-69. There was plenty of space for everyone to do what they wanted. The views were amazing! The sunsets never get old in Hawaii and this was one of the best places to enjoy them. We had one small issue with the garburator, however it was resolved very quickly! We loved the outdoor shower and all of the beautiful outdoor furniture. We spent many hours around the pool and could not have had a better time!

This house worked perfectly for our group of 10... there are four bedrooms and a seperate ohana. The outside deck area around the pool and with a view of the beautiful blue ocean is well-equipped with a bar and seating--a great place to read a book or play games with the family. The master suite was very spacious and felt spa-like. They had everything you could need for a Big Island vacation--multiple beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and umbrellas. The property manager responded promptly to our one request. We loved our stay--thank you!

In general very good. Some room for improvement: Lots of little ants in the bathroom sinks. No capability to take care of recyclling, I think we were just supposed to throw it in the trash. Last minute price increase due to local tax should have been eaten by VRBO, not the customer who had already agreed on the price. Had to run through some hoops to provide all the flight times for all the guests as well as provide vaccination proof for all guests. This seems a little bogus since I just came from a larger VRBO house on the island where none of this extra information was required. To be fair we had a good time in spite of all these issues. I am not sure I would go here again or not.......... I would look long and hard at the competition.

This property is in a great neighborhood, with an amazing view, and the layout accommodates a large group where everyone can have their own personal space too.
My only complaints for our experience are:
-we arrived and the air conditioning wasn’t working for 3/5 of the bedrooms (which was fixed the next day but it made for restless sleep for those rooms at night)
- the front pond area has been neglected so the water in it was brown with large toads living in it and spiders all throughout the main entrance (so we used the garage instead)
- there were hornets nests in the lanai fans (which management came by to clean up)
- the pool and landscaping lights weren’t working when we arrived so we needed to notify the management of the issue and they sent a repair guy the next day to fix the landscape lights but the pool lights never worked
- the master bathroom has no privacy so with all the landscaping and electrician crew it took to fix up the property having direct sight into the entire master bathroom meant we could only shower during certain parts of the day
- the landscapers spent most of a day (unannounced) chainsawing an entire tree in the backyard so we couldn’t enjoy the day by the pool
- the outdoor shower off the master has no privacy either, and given the crew working at the house for 3 of the 6 days, it wasn’t usable
Over all I would recommend the house but I would suggest renters check with management that the house is working as expected, no crews are doing work during their stay, and that added privacy for the master has been covered.

We enjoyed all of the amenities of the property! Appliances were easy to use and up to date. We loved the view and the backyard decor. The pool was warm ,so evening swims on cool nights was perfect! Management was super helpful. We would definitely return and recommend the property. The location was also perfect..close enough that getting to restaurants and stores was easy, but the surrounding area was peaceful.
