We stayed in units 104 and 105. - Great ground floor with easy access to lawn and pool. - No air conditioning was an issue as the units were very hot. - Kitchen were equipped well. - The onsight staff was very good. - Unit 105 was nicely taken care of and updated. The beds were very comfortable. - Unit 104 was not in great shape and in need of a reno (broken floor tiles, cracked walls, etc., with very uncomfortable beds. I would give unit 104 a 2 or 3 star rating and unit 105 a 4 star rating Thank you for a most enjoyable family vacation, Melanie Thomas

This was the perfect home base for exploring the island, from Lahaina to Haleakalā to Hana. The ground floor was great to let the kids run out and play while we supervised from the patio. And such easy access to a terrific beach! The environment was very family friendly and kids from different families made friends and played together while we were there. We saw whales and turtles and beautiful sunsets right from the property. The unit had nearly everything you’d need, like beach towels, beach chairs, bath towels, coffee maker and mugs, wine glasses, corkscrew, pots, pans, baking sheets, sharp knives, dish soap, washer and dryer with laundry soap — just about anything you’d expect for a home away from home. (Three TVs too, though we never turned them on!) There’s a good variety of restaurants within a mile and we loved ordering carry out and eating on the patio. The only bummer about this unit is that the parking lot side bedroom is right by the elevator and the doors opening and closing are loud and it sounds like people are right in the bedroom with you. Luckily people didn’t seem to be coming and going into the wee hours. The photos accurately represent the unit and its decor. We’ll have to save our pennies to come back!

This was our first time at this condo and we loved it. You have an ocean view, are on the ground floor with easy access to the pool, waterfront, etc. The unit was very clean, beds comfortable, and management/staff were very responsive to any needs. The closet has plenty of books, games and coolers. Outdoor areas have boogie boards and sand toys that you can use. The unit does not come stocked with any pantry items (not even salt/pepper) so you need to purchase. Has most all kitchen items (no champagne glass, so bring your own like I did if you drink bubbly!). Stores across the street are within steps away. We are definitely returning. Aloha!

I've stayed in this complex many times as the location is fantastic however, the unit needs work. Due to rotten pipes under the sink we had three floods, not a pleasant thing to deal with on vacation. Management was not that empathetic to the flood situation that was complicated due to us travelling with and infant. Very noisy unit, the bedroom is right beside the elevator and garbage disposal.

Convenience a definite - on the beach, shopping & restaurants across the street. Jeff the Property Manager was wonderful, friendly & helpful. He made sure everything was tip-top with the pool and land maintenance. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needs. No air conditioning was not a problem with the fans and windows we kept open. There were nice breezes that kept things manageable. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable, but we spent so little time indoors it wasn't a big deal. The only real downside was the noise level from people using the elevator. The elevator was right across from the 2nd bedroom and with the open windows for air flow this was hard to deal with at times. Other than that it was great. It's a quiet location. We'll be going back there again.
