We enjoyed our stay although it wasn't without its problems. The management company was very responsive - fixed a water leak on day 1.
The sunset view from the lanai is special, but the table only seats 2 so if you have 4 adults, beware. The grounds are well-kept and the pool areas is nice. The beach is a short stroll and you can walk quite a long way to the north. Not great for swimming and no good for snorkeling but ok for a quick dip. The bed is large and one of the better away-from-home beds we've enjoyed (although a little too firm for one of us!) There are very few "glass" glasses (no proper wine glasses) and the plastic ones were all pretty degraded/opaque and some of the glassware and plates were not too clean and had to be washed before use.
Unfortunately, there was a large very noisy family staying in a downstairs unit adjacent to us and they ruined everyone's evenings from 6pm to 9pm for about 5 days.

Location on the island was great to get around and see some of the sights, but was also right on the beach for some more relaxing days. Property was clean and confortable and Pattie was very responsive.

Nice property. Very easy check-in. Beautiful grounds right on the beach. Perfect for coffee in the morning and glass of wine at sunset. Saw whales everyday and watched green sea turtles come onto the beach to rest at night. Nice swimming here for all ages. Didnt cook much but seemed like unit had ample cookware and dishes. Very clean grills by the pool. Within walking distance to many restaurants. 1/2 block to grocery store. One concern that property managers resolved immediately. Would definitely book again.

Amazing location and since the beach is so close it was incredible we saw turtles on the beach whales out of our balcony during our stay. The communication was awsome property management. Thank you we are planning to go back at the end of the year.

Such a relaxing community to be staying in. The balcony looking out to the ocean was perfection. We loved the soft grass that lead directly to the beach and even saw a turtle sleeping on the sand! The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved walking to the local food carts and restaurants for dinner. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was close to the beach and near a grocery store and other shopping. Parking was convenient, too, and the unit itself met our needs perfectly. The only reason I didn't give the overall rating 5-stars is because the unit was toward the back of the complex which meant the oceanview was minimal at best. However, that did not take away from our experience and all of the other positives this unit offered. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was great. Had everything we needed. Property was kept clean pool was nice. Beach in front is good. Location is central. We stayed with our two teenagers and the pull out couch was terrible. That was the only downside. Otherwise, I would recommend this condo. Oh, and we did NOT have any insects or ants!

Unit is nice. The towels, pillows, bedding could use an update and four beach towels would have been preferable to two. Great location - easy walk to grocery, dining etc. Great pool in addition to beachfront access.

the lanai has a view of the grounds and ocean. it was lovely. some of the amenities we didn't expect, but was appreciated...such as the collapsible cooler with ice pack. it was our first time using this type of accommodation. it will not be our last.

My partner and I stayed here for a week and the apartment was perfect for us. Kihei is a great central location for us to explore all parts of the island. The grounds are very well maintained and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed (beach towels, beach chairs, beach mat, umbrella, cooking/grilling equipment, spices, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the gardens/ocean from the balcony and walking out to the beach for spectacular sunsets. There are AC units in the bedroom and living room. We opted to keep the windows open for a fresh breeze and were perfectly comfortable. 100% would stay in this location again! Thank you!

What an amazing location! The building itself was well kept, as well as all the amenities. The specific unit I had needed about 15 mins to do a quick clean once we got there though. Some dishes had old food scraps and the counters needed wiping down with disinfectant to kill the local sand bugs. After that, it was exactly what we had hoped for!

The location, half a block off the main street and right by the water, is great for morning walks and evening sunsets. The unit was nice and clean and looks out a beautifully maintained grounds and pool.

They were nothing short or amazing to work with. Especially since we started as a 1 bedroom, then they managed to find us a Rental property that has 2 bedrooms, plus with the headaches of COVID and allowing us to reschedule. This is our second time booking with them and even though we had to postpone, I highly recommend booking with them with any of their properties

Loved the location. The beach in front of the condo was wonderful for walking and swimming. The water isn't too deep and we were able to walk in the water out quite far, which was fun. The condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Bathroom seemed like it had endless hot water, which was great as I have a teenager who has to be reminded to not take too long!
Walking distance to the Times grocery store and quite a few restaurants.
Ample parking.
There aren't very many units at this location, so the pool and beach area was never crowded. Nice and quite.

The only things that have disappointed me is that there was no such games: a body surfing, from kit snokling, the umbrella that was in the closet was broken and very little beach towel. : (( Many homeless people live in the area of ??the condo, even at the parking lot entrance. : ((( Few towel every day. Nice garden and location on the beach; nice small pool and barbecue, but no elevator, you have lo carry the (heavy)luggages to the second floor. Rooms are in the morning and evening very noisy. Provided towels smelling not good (please wash and dry better). Well-equipped kitchen, however, some pots should be replaced.

This property is exactly as advertised! Absolutely fantastic stay in Kihei.
Location is excellent - located in a quiet area close to many neat shops and restaurants. Many local attractions are a short walk or drive away. Nice beach a few steps behind the property. The pool is large and well maintained, as are the grounds.
The condo itself is well laid out and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked in good order. Easy booking and checkin process, and the property managers were professional and quickly available.
Definitely recommend!

We had a beautiful stay in Kihei and the condo was wonderful. We found it to be very well equipped with items that we didn't even know we needed and found great use of such as the cooler, equipment for the outdoor grills, drying rack on the lanai.. plus much more. Everything worked and functioned just as it should and the condo was very well stocked with towles, beach towels and everything we needed to feel very comfortable and at home for the week. The location of the property is perfect. There is a grocery store at the corner and another shopping center walking distance full of restaurants, a bank and the US Post Office. The photos from the listing are 100% accurate. The view is beautiful. We started and ended every day on the lanai or on the beach which is just steps away. The property management company was very professional making sure we were prepared for our stay. We had no reason to contact them while we were there. The check in and check out process was very simple. If and when we return to Kihei will be our go to stay
