HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Overall any time you visit Hawaii its vreat to get a condo for all the benefits of ease to help make your trip better. Unfortunately, terribly hard beds, neighbors doing construction and hammering most of the morning and day, a water shut off, and finally washers and dryers removed for a few days messed up our schedule and cost us a few days. Its a great location and i have used various units in the building numerous times in the past but i prefer a property that warns its customers, so they can modify plans and not lose a day or two. Finally just a caution, 4 elevators are not enough for this giant building, plan on patience or using the stairs a lot!

Unit inside is nice, elevators, hallway to rooms & laundry area need some updating work to them. Small ants inside cupboards & on counter by sink. We kept clorox wipes handy & cleaned up every speck of food immediately after meals.

We stayed in Waikiki for a weekend stay and this property was only a short walk to beach area and restaurants. We even went to Honolulu zoo which was in walking distance. Listing was just as seen in pics and we enjoyed very much!

The place is neat and tidy. The only problem is the floor was not wash properly because my feet was black after walking barefoot in the dining room and the bathroom. Also, the elevator has only 2 working, the week that we were there. I loved the keyless entry . On top of it, I will give this place 4.5 stars

This rental property was in the perfect location in Waikiki! We walked to the beach and restaurants every day. We found the property listing matched all of the amenities we found and we felt the unit was very well equipped. The small welcome package was a bonus. Parking was perfect and we had no issues throughout our stay. While the elevators are slow, anytime we were rushed we just took the stairs down the 3 to 5 floors to the parking garage. Communication with the rental manager was excellent. We had a small issue with the shower and it was fixed the next morning. The sleeper sofa was adequate for our teenager, not terribly uncomfortable like most sleeper sofas are, but not like a real bed either - to be expected. It was windy during our time in Hawaii but somehow the surrounding building orientations in this location seemed to amplify the wind, so the pool area was almost unusable as a result, as nice as it was. The wind was always blowing around the palm trees outside our windows but when you got to the beach it was only a light breeze. Also, note that the bathroom door is inside the bedroom area and is fully louvered, which is strange. It should be replaced with a solid door for better privacy, but since we're family we managed fine. Would highly recommend this property to anyone with a party of five people, or less.

This is an excellent unit. We had 4 adults in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and relax. The kitchen is really nice. If I had one suggestion, it would be to upgrade the bathroom door. A slatted door is great for a closet, not a bathroom. All the light and and noise comes out of those slats at night, which can be disruptive if you are a light sleeper. But the location is fantastic, lots of fun places in walking distance. Highly recommend.

This was a great unit for a family of 5 and was recently updated and very clean. Great location to easily get to Waikiki Beach as well and lots of restaurants and things to do. The property manager was also great! We didn't have any dishwasher detergent and they brought some right away. Thank you for a great visit to Waikiki!

The condo is a block from the beach and near the sights of Waikiki and is as described. Parking is included which is nice. The unit has the amenities you would need for your stay. The building has a pool and small playground. The building itself is a little old and sometimes the elevators can be slow though.

Enjoyed the stay. Unit well stocked. Can attest to efficiency of building’s evacuation system (building was emptied on our first night there due to fire alarm activation). Location very convenient for beach, as well as access to bus stops and entry onto H-1 expressway.

Everything was lovely once we got into the unit. However, our first impression was the older man who was the attendant in the parking lot when we got there. There was a very long line to get into the garage (to the point of other people coming down the street getting in line putting us 5 or 6 cars farther from being able to turn across the lane into the garage for quite some time.) Once in the garage, I jumped out of the car while my husband and son stayed in the line of cars, and walked up to the attendant in the garage and stated what we were told per the very clear check in instructions (which was to park in the loading zone and run upstairs to get the parking pass.) He then yelled at me to hurry or he would not let my husband and son park when they got up to him. He flung his hand in the air which I assume was supposed to be a direction for me to go to the elevator (of which I’ve never been in before) so I had to ask him again where the elevator was for tower one. When I got back downstairs with the parking pass in hand, he had let my son and husband park and said we could unload, then told us to park on a higher floor. Very frustrating when we followed instructions and he just wasn’t able to handle the stress of the long line of cars, so I took the brunt of that!

This was a great location with easy walking access to Waikiki and also to the highway if you have a car and want to get out of town. Our one minor complaint is that it could use one more mirror. There’s only one in the condo and it made it difficult to get 5 women out the door in the morning :)

Weary of traveling during covid, we chose to stay in waikiki for the weekend for a change of pace and scenery from our daily routines. Location was convenient, room was perfect size, clean and well stocked. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Parking pass was very convenient but garage often had a long line to get in. For the amount of charge for cleaning, i was a little surprised we had to take out the trash.

Clean, new updates, parking comes with. Sixth floor has a pool, hot tub, grills(for a small fee), play and lounge area. One block off the beach. Perfect for a small family or four good friends. The bathroom door is a big vented style door so the noises are for good friends and family! That would be my only complaint.

Loved, loved, loved this place. Nothing fancy and yes, there is lots of room to improve the look of the hallway but they thought about everything a customer would need when away from home. From the supplies in the kitchen (we didn't cook but could have easily made a meal...had stove, microwave, pots/pans, cutting board, cutlery, paper towels, trash bags, plates, cups, mugs, wine cups etc...much more...but the things we appreciated the most were the beach chairs and mini cooler. Just a suggestion would be maybe to add regular and beach umbrellas, and rain coats? I was puzzled that we had to take out our own trash when we are charged a cleaning fee? The pool was also under repair during our stay...but the free parking made up for that and we rented a car and were gone most of the time. Would definitively be back.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs. We loved having access to the pool and being so close to the beach. There are so many restaurants nearby and the coffee shop near the lobby was a nice addition. Our kids loved visiting Hawaii for the first time and are eager to return! Thank you.
