We have added very detailed cleaning checklists and have also implemented dual disinfecting procedures that include cleaning ALL high-touch surfaces and following up with an EPA registered disinfectant. We have then added a 2nd spray of the EPA disinfectant prior to guest arrival on doorknobs, handles, remotes and switches.
All of our properties have keyless entry for contactless arrival and departure. We are requiring all staff and cleaners to wear masks and gloves.
