In the event a guest may need to extend their stay for any reason, the guest agrees to pay for any additional nights stayed in the unit. This must first be approved by My Perfect Stays. **Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day.
