Located in the upscale neighborhood of Hawai’i Kai, Nani Wai is a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom gated home located on a marina and with views of the majestic Koko Crater. This spacious home is ideal for larger groups, with lots of room to spread out both indoors and out, so you can bring all your family and friends with you to paradise.

The tasteful furniture in the living room is elevated by the hardwood floors and the sky-high beamed vaulted ceiling, both adding additional warmth to the space. Natural light and cool breezes pour into the room from the expansive glass sliders that lead out to the pool, providing picture-perfect views of the marina and Koko Crater. The open floor plan flows into the newly remodeled kitchen, with beautiful quartz countertops. A charming bay window allows the sunlight to stream over the large breakfast bar, which can seat up to four people and is only one of a few dining options in this home. The adjacent dining room, where you can again find the gorgeous vaulted ceilings, offers additional seating for six people. Through a set of smaller sliding glass doors, you’ll find yet another dining option in the covered lanai, as well as an outdoor kitchen, the perfect spot to spend your evenings feasting or chatting while enjoying the surrounding views. The covered lanai also includes its very own luxurious full-size bath. Once outdoors, you can go for a dip in the pool, lounge on the deck, or make your way down to the backyard where you can watch the kids play while reading a book under the shade of your very own coconut tree.

You have marina views and access to the pool from your primary bedroom. Take notice of the unique tray ceiling as you wake in your King-size bed. A soaking tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower await you in your ensuite, where the rock wall and miniature rock garden bring peace and tranquility after a long day. The ground floor also contains two additional bedrooms, both with a Queen-size bed, that share a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the kid-friendly second level, you’ll find two bedrooms, both with Twin beds that can be converted to a King upon request, which share a full-size guest bathroom. Next to the bedrooms, you’ll find a cozy nook for the kids, perfect for playing or curling up to watch a movie.

Nani Wai is close to multiple dining and shopping options due to its proximity to Koko Marina Center, making it a convenient home base to experience the south shore of O’ahu. There are lots of activities nearby too, including first-class snorkeling at Hanauma Bay and hiking at the Makapu’u Lighthouse Trail. Stop by Sandy Beach to watch the boogie boarders in action, or head to world-famous Waikiki Beach to see what all the hype is about.

When traveling with a large group, it can sometimes be hard to please everyone. Here at Nani Wai, with its marina and crater views, sizable rooms and private location, pool and large yard, there’s truly something that each and every person in your party will enjoy.

We had never done a VRBO before and you never really know what you are going to get till you get there. The rental process was SUPER easy. Our property manager was always quick to respond. The house was like brand new inside and the view/access to the water was amazing. Very spacious and the kids love the heated pool, swimming off the dock, fishing, kayaking, and of course the apple TV's. Every amenity was thought of from the kitchen to the beach chairs and towels. You feel secure with a private driveway gate and garage. The description online was spot on with only one improvement needed. It wasn't completely clear that there wasn't AC in the main kitchen/living room area. This really wasn't an issue because the entire back of the house is sliding glass doors/windows with screens and the breeze was so CONSTANT and beautiful. All the downstairs bedrooms had their own AC units. It was so easy to jump in our cars and go anywhere. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat!!! Absolutely beautiful!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. A beautiful, open, airy waterfront property with a dock, heated pool, 5 bedrooms, and plenty of space for everyone. Power security gate at the front of the house provides privacy and safety. Jenni was responsive and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

I've stayed in 4-5 different Hawaii Kai area properties over the last 15 years or so and this one is the best one we've stayed in. We had 7 adults and there was more than enough room. Although we never met Chelsey (we got in at midnight) she was always attentive and on top of any request we had. The thing that was the most impressive was how outfitted the property was....easily the best one out of all the properties we've stayed at. Kayak, paddle boards, boggie boards, life jackets, mask/snorkles/flippers were all made available. I brought a tote of beach goodies that we've saved up over the years and didn't even open it! The ONLY complaint the group had was there was no AC in the upstairs bedrooms which made it uncomfortable. I would certainly stay at this property again.....

Place was very clean, was great that we could have the kids upstairs & adults downstairs. Being able to have all 11 of us under one roof, certainly helped, & place was set up with boogie boards, fins etc, so kids in 7th heaven. Safeway close, & 30 minutes into Waikiki. Best snorkeling bay 5 mins away, so as long as you have a car, you are sorted. We had an issue with the power for the outside part of the house, but looked after quickly. Everyone we dealt with were amazing, right from the start. Had a great holiday, would be back.

We loved our stay at this property. It was large enough for the 11 of us to sit at meals together and had lots of room for lounging. The house was clean well stocked for our needs. Even beach towels were included. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and enjoyed paddle boarding. We were within an easy drive to the beaches, hiking, food shopping, and tourist attractions. Our contact person was wonderful and responded quickly whenever we had questions or concerns. We would recommend this property.

We stayed for 12 days at this Hawaii Kai location. In the past we usually rent in Kailua and Lanikai area. The location was far more convenient to get to Honolulu and other areas of the Southern part of the island. It was also a fairly quick drive to the beaches of Waimanalo, Kailua and Lanikai. Sandy Beach and other beaches (including Hanauma Bay) are also close by. It was a very convenient location to get to services (Costco, Safeway, Longs and many restaurants and services are very close). The pool and hot tub were great and looking out over the water was pleasant. A few boats and kayakers would go buy from time to time - but overall not a very busy waterway - which was great for taking the kayak out ourselves. The house is roomy, comfortable and clean and kept in good shape. Good for a large group of people. The property managers were professional and easy to work with in setting up the reservation and meeting us at the house. We had a small problem and a few questions about the house which was quickly and pleasantly addressed by the management team. The property offers a great deal of privacy and is very peaceful. Our family of four had a great vacation in this home. I would recommend it.
