The window coverings in the bedroom need to be fixed. They don’t cover the window in the bedroom. Can opener is worthless. Some of the dishes had food on them. Great lanai. Nice view. Management was very helpful. Comfortable place. Tight on parking but felt secure.

Except for the up and downs of the stairs, dragging suitcases over all of them, it was quite nice. Really liked their saltwater pool being right on the coast. Conveniently located, not enough parking.

One of the best values in Kona. The Salt Water Pool over looking the ocean was amazing. This isnt a 5 star hotel resort but youre not paying that price. Based on listing and payment i would stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this property location with Knutson. The Unit was very clean upon checkin. It had everything we needed for our 1 week stay. The bed was ok but a little to high off the floor. The only problems we had were that the gate access codes were changed in the middle of our stay and we were locked out of the property one evening. I tried calling knutson but there was no answer as it was late in the evening. We had to wait for someone to come out so that the gate would open. I checked the home away app to see if there were any changes but it still had the old code. I ultimately called the property emergency line and they insisted that I call Knutson to get the new code. I told them it was after hours and they ultimately were able to give me the new code. A little advanced notification would have been nice. Another issue was that there was construction on the day of our checkout which blocked off the elevator pathway. There were no signs informing of this situation. We had to carry our luggages back from the the pathway down to the stairwell and down from the third floor which was pretty difficult. Other than these issues, we had a great stay at this property.

Location is great, I love the outdoor / community space, and the nightly stunning sunsets. Condo was comfortable and fit the property description. Hosts were quick to respond and address any questions / concerns I had with the property

Accomendations were very clean. Could use more dish soap (3), toliet paper (2),kleenex (none), garbage bags (2) for a 2 week stay. Beautiful view AM sun, shade PM. Convenient to town. Pretty quiet in January, Didnt see any children.

Casa de Emdeko is a great property with many pluses. While this unit is clean, it's a unit waiting for a remodel out of the 1980's. If that's not going to happen, then the large deck space would benefit from pull-down shades since it's full sun in January until midafternoon. And the deck would be more useable if the two large beach chaise chairs were swapped for two comfortable chairs. There were a few small things that could benefit from attention to detail, but overall the plus of location wins over the minus of a very basic unit, along with the fact that Knutson is a responsive and reliable property management company.

We stayed for the Ironman World Championship and the location was just perfect. We enjoyed a lot out stay. The complex has two amazing pools where we would watch the sunset. I would definitely stay again.

The condo was great with an awesome view. Some cleanliness issues with mildew in the washing machine, and the toilet. We suggest bringing your own pillows if you need something more supportive. Everything else was clean and worked great!

This is your basic unit with the basics. Not many extras. Pros: TV in the bedroom, good air conditioning and a jack and jill bathroom. This is a big plus if someone is sleeping on the sofa sleeper. Not all 1 bedrooms have this access. Cons: A bit dated, lock box for the key. This was a big aggravation for me. The instructions said to always leave the key in the lock box. It was hard to operate and a keyless entry would have been much better.

Cabinet hinge in kitchen disconnected almost hitting me where I caught it saving the door from further damage. I jury rigged a way to keep the door from falling. I called Knutson several times all day with no response till the next morning where the excuse was "very sick" to respond. Do not accept.Location was excellent. Needs upgrades with pillows,fans work on only 1 speed, need screen door closer & need light blanket. Also, initialed my name on the rental agreement more than my last mortgage. Lawyers are earning their money.

The unit was perfect for our needs. Kitchen and bath very well stocked, plus items to take to the beach like chairs, noodles, beach towels and a cooler. Bed and other furnishings were comfortable. The location was the perfect launch point for our daily activities as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an awesome place to stay and we had zero complaints. It's centrally located and close to downtown Kona, coffee farms, and great beaches. The property itself is resort-like and has a really great ambience and community. The salt water pool is really excellent and being right next to the water was so great. We loved our stay and highly recommend this rental!

For 7 years my wife and I had used another condo rental agency. They were OK and usually got the job done to our satisfaction. Then our nephew called to tell us he had had a great experience at Knutson & Assoc. We were hesitant bc the other agency was satisfactory. To appease our nephew we contacted Knutson & Associates and knew immediately we had made the right choice. The agents were professional, friendly and informed. There was nothing "satisfactory" about this agency... they were outstanding. And Knutson Plus's support didn't stop the day we arrived. They were there throughout the month of our stay for two or three minor issues. And they took those very minor issues seriously and didn't dismiss our needs. Knutson Plus we are here to stay.

We were a bit underwhelmed by the decor/accommodations of our stay. It could definitely use some updated decor, paint, etc. Seemed a bit dingy. But the location was great, the grounds were nice and it's great if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay at these condos again but in a different unit.
