Upstairs bedroom was perfect for our 2 young kids. We enjoyed using the pool and the beach across the street with sand toys and chairs available for use. We used the grills on site several nights, very convenient and clean. Never had any issues getting a parking spot close to the unit. Neighbors were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked the property, good location, parking, and view. Liked the bathroom and liked the good AC. Disliked a couple things that were out of anyone's control: nearby roosters would scream every morning around 2 or 3am and continue until breakfast. I'm sure all the nearby properties hear this, and unfortunately the windows don't close.. there's only slatted shutters over a screen. Might be normal architecture for Hawaii. Also the neighboring unit was an old grandma that always had her door open and was very Snoopy and impolite.
Great value though and so close to the beach!

What a great location and place to stay!! The communication with the property owner was prompt and concise. The view from the balcony is unbelievable, overlooking the ocean. The unit is air conditioned and the temperature stayed very comfortable day and night. The lanai had lots of beach gear/toys, chairs, umbrellas, googles, fins, etc. for us to use. The part best by far for our teenagers was the beach DIRECTLY ACROSS THE ROAD! It is rated the best boogie boarding beach on Maui! We all had an amazing time. The location is convenient to see all of the island. We will definitely be back!! Thank you

Very nice vacation rental exactly as advertised. Unit was very clean, everything worked and plenty of towels for personal and beach use. Nice view of the ocean from balcony and really was a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean as was the community BBQ equipment. Definitely a do over!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in South Maui while using this property as our base of operation. We especially enjoyed the less than 10 minute walk to the Kam 3 Beach and the close proximity to restaurants and stores. We appreciated having the three air conditioned window units since the outside temperature was in the mid '80s during our stay. The few minor problems we had with the unit during our stay were quickly responded to by property management. Overall it was a great experience that we would do again.

The place was not clean and there were issues. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. There was a big rag stuck in kitchen sink. There was a lot of hair in upstairs bathroom. Main bathroom didn’t drain for an hour after taking shower. Not many dishes for a family of 6. Overall I rate it as a one star at best.

At the end of Kam 3 beach, but easy walk. Balcony view of ocean was great. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and the beds were very comfortable. Had to call maintenance for help with internet and a door, and Robert (I think his name was) was quick and professional. Will hope to get this exact room on next trip to Maui.

Overall, the condo and property are excellent, clean, spacious and affordable, with easy access to the ocean and Kihei. The unit was clean and well-organized, though the coffee maker didn't work properly, nor did the upstairs air conditioner. We also had an issue with the door code on the last day, which fortunately we were able to resolve. Overall, this is an appealing, affordable condo on an attractive property.

The grounds are beautiful, plenty of parking right outside the condo. The condo is spacious, clean, stocked with everything you need and the balcony view is amazing! Can't beat the location, close to beach, restaurants and shops.

Great location if you want to stay in Kihei. The view from the lanai was just like the pictures -- we could see whales from there! Neighbors are very friendly, and it's nice to be able to walk to the beach. Condo could use brighter lighting, and some of the outlets didn't work, but overall we were quite happy there.

The condo was as described. Clean! Plenty of towels— nice! Thank you for providing dish and laundry detergent—nice touch! Great view and proximity to beach. We really appreciated the lanai and the afternoon shade— what a blessing!!!! The kitchen was a bit sparse. Wish there were more regular glasses ( plenty of wine glasses), a water picture for juice or lemonade would be nice, casserole dish, and measuring cups! Lighting in the unit was poor!!!
Also— too few grills for the number of units.
There were no check out directions, so not sure if anything was expected of us.
Overall, very satisfied with property and location. Would stay here again.

The owner was so friendly and easy to communicate with too which is always great. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We loved the location on the South end of town and directly across from the Kam3 beach. The condo is spacious and well-kept. We enjoyed the use of the beach equipment that was supplied. Having a washer and dryer was a definite plus as well as the air conditioners in the bedrooms. The neighbors were pleasant and friendly-which sometimes resident neighbors aren't. Overall an amazing experience and staying here added nicely to the memories!

Wow! We had the most amazing time in Maui! This condo was an absolute gem! It had everything we needed in a great location close to a beautiful beach with a view of the ocean one way from the lanai and Haleakala the other way. I could have sat on the lanai all day long. It is even more beautiful then the pictures you see on VRBO! The condo was fantastic! Beautiful, clean, nice neighbors, just paradise!!!!!! We will be back again.

My family had a lovely time while staying here! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and had good showers, and the condo community was a real plus (our neighbors were so friendly and our kids played with many of the other kids staying in the complex out on the lawn). The lanai views of the lawn, pool, and ocean (perfect for sunsets) were amazing, as was the location right across from Kam III beach. The only minor thing we noted is that the kitchen and living room carpets could use a bit of updating. We hope to return soon! :)

Amazing location. Next to the prettiest beach in Maui, soft sand, clear waters, long shore-perfect for kids. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We BBQd right downstairs a few times. Didn’t use the pool. WiFi was good. Bathrooms are nicely remodeled and great water pressure. Cleaning crew could be better at dusting, and getting rid of bird poop covering the entire balcony railing. We had to dust some surfaces ourselves. Washer/dryer in unit was helpful, we used it daily. AC unit in each bedroom was helpful. Only fan in the living room. Breakfast on the balcony with great views every day. Next to a busy street, but very quiet location of unit. No loud neighbors or other noise pollution. Downstairs bedroom queen bed, upstairs -2 twins, pull out sofa in living room. We didn’t watch TV, didn’t even turn it on. Check in-check out was easy. Parking space next to unit was very convenient. Unit is upstairs, and one bedroom is upstairs, so if you have senior citizens or disabled - be warned. Owner and property managers -very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Having two bedrooms and two baths and a full kitchen were pluses for us. Being across from a great park and beach was really nice. Sunsets from the lanai were amazing. Having beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment was very handy.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was a very nicely maintained property and the unit has a fantastic view of the ocean. It was a quick 3-5 minute walk to a wonderful beach and the unit is well-stocked with boogie boards and chairs. I highly recommend this condo. It is centrally located in Kihei and the host was very responsive.

Condo is a split level with a king bedroom and detached bathroom downstairs. Then 2 twin beds with on-suite bathroom upstairs. There are A/C units in the windows of the bedrooms. During the day, we kept those units off and were comfortable with the trade winds. The kitchen, dining, and den are all open format. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We ate all our meals on the patio with that fabulous view of the Pacific. Sunsets on the patio & the beach are breathtaking. Condo was clean, like I didn't see any sand in that condo when we checked in; and I didn't see any bugs (always a plus). There's a washer/dryer and the owner provided like 7-8 pods as a starter. Condo is about 1 mile away from shops and restaurants, and made a great walk in the morning to grab coffee. Condo had plenty of chairs and floats but no umbrella - not sure if it previously broke but there wasn't one in the closet. We ended up renting one for $20 for the week down the road. Research the beach - it was clean and lots of families but there are some strong waves and currents. If you have little ones, stay to the far left (only bummer is the far left has no life guard but waves seem smaller). The trade winds kicked up most days around 1pm making the umbrella impossible to use and sand flying every where. We planned our days accordingly and had no issues with taking a break in the afternoon. There were 2 condo pools, which were the same layout. Generally pool wasn't crowded. Overall this was a great condo and good location. We will stay here if we go to Maui again.

What you see is what you get. Sunsets from the deck, beach across the street. The rest is up to you, but very comfortable unit in popular Kihei with quick access to Wailea and Makena. Easy booking and helpful property management team. Super value and we highly recommend!
