We loved our time at this beautiful condo. We arrived the day of the fires and the host was concerned and willing to help out anyway he could. We appreciated that SO much! We still stayed and had a beautiful time. Our only complaint is there is no air conditioning during a hot time but the breeze helped by keeping the windows open. I still give this place a 5 star do to the accommodations and amazing care and service of the host. Would stay again!

We had such a great time and loved being able to walk out the door to several beaches with two kids ages 5 and 9, as well as across the street to browse souvenirs, get shave ice, and take out food. The condo was easy to get to from the airport just 25 min drive, as well as a good jumping off point for other day excursions. Really comfortable place to stay with an amazing view, we loved watching the sea turtles from the lanai balcony (don't need binoculars or anything else to see then) and then snorkeling off of Kam I and Kam II and seeing some up close, too!! Watching sunsets from the beaches and evening swimming were daily activities for us. The pool was never crowded and kept really clean. Access to restricted clean bathrooms from just outside the building was really nice when we were at the pool or even came back for a minute from Kam I and II.

The view from this condo was incredible! We saw turtles every day from the lanai. The location was perfect and we had the best snorkeling every morning right off the beach. The condo was well stocked with beach gear. Had plenty of beach chairs, snorkel equipment and nice boogie boards that our kids thoroughly enjoyed! The condo itself was a little dated but well taken care of and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed having the windows and patio doors open and the afternoon breeze helped keep the condos cool. Paul was extremely communicative and quick to respond. We had the best trip and can’t wait to come back!

We spent 13 days in this wonderful condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. It has the best ocean/palm tree view you can imagine. The sunsets were breathtaking. Two beautiful beaches to the left and right from the complex and grass and rocks in front of the property. We spent lots of time watching the turtles from the balcony or seeing them up close while snorkeling. Paul was very helpful and we will definitely come again.

We stayed for one week. The place was exactly as listed. It is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Tons of beach chairs and snorkel gear and toys. We shopped and ate a lot of meals at the place and they had every piece of kitchenware there. There is lots of space for everyone. There are two beaches within a five minute walk. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. So fun seeing the turtles in the water every morning. I suggest using the binoculars and watching or better yet go down and see. The pool was amazing and never very crowded. On the roof are several bbqs and tables to enjoy a nice meal while watching the sunset. Property is kept clean. The owner was very good about communicating with me. A couple negatives during our day. The place is not equipped with air which it seems like a lot of places aren’t. It did get hot in the evenings and afternoons. Plenty of fans provided to help. Afternoon breeze helps too. Also during our stay one of the elevators was down which made wait times a little longer. This of course has nothing to do with the condo itself. Also a lot of construction on the Main Street. Again this doesn’t reflect on the condo. Very nice place to stay. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was easy to rent. We enjoyed our stay. The location was fabulous. Everything we needed was across the street. Coffee shops bakeries and small grocery store. There are 2 beaches on both sides of the condo that we sat on. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfortable. It looked a bit thrown together furniture wise with mix matched stuff. We did not care it was nice. We spent little time there anyway. We would definitely stay again. The grounds were beautiful as was the perfect ocean front view. It is worth it.

We stayed here from January 7-12th. The location of this unit is perfect! So many wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance. The view is absolutely stunning. We spent hours on the patio watching whales just off the shore. Check in was easy and there was plenty of parking. Our biggest complaint would be the overall cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival it was clear that most surfaces had not been cleaned or had a layer of dust. Easy fix for us with the clorox wipes I always have. The main bathroom needed some attention around the toilet which I'll just leave at that. The main bedroom was beautiful and plenty of beach toys in the closet. The second bedroom could use some more space appropriate furniture as it seemed sort of odd with how tight it was. Overall, this unit is wonderful and you can't beat the view. I would just suggest a more thorough cleaning regiment before guests arrive but it certainly did not hinder our enjoyment of the week!

We rented this condo for 10 nights at the end of December, and loved it here! The views and location are spectacular. Communication with the owners was easy and we had zero issues while here. I would love to come back and stay here again. Will miss this place!

We walked to dinner every night, and swam with the turtles every morning in shoreline surrounding the condo. The sunsets onto the ocean from the Lanai were spectacular.

I visited with my sister & a friend in early October. It was the perfect location for a girls week. The views were spectacular. The apartment had plenty of space for the 3 of us to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Watched the sunset from the rooftop garden, but realized we had the same view from our balcony! Happy Happy Happy. Paul's 616 Condo is wonderful. It made our 2 week stay on Maui a real pleasure. Vert clean and well maintained. Kihei is a good location. Lots of things to see and do near by. We have already booked our stay fir next year.

You can't beat this location for convenience. We saw more
whales from the lanai than ever before, and the turtles in the
rocks below and along the condo shoreline kept us entertained.

We love the Royal Mauian for it's location and convenience to natural foods store, ice cream (!), beaches! The property is well-maintained, the staff super helpful. Ocean breezes all day and night - no need for a/c. The owner, Paul, was super attentive and responsive and accommodated our need to update/change plans due to Covid. The unit could use some updating - dated kitchen - and the floor wasn't clean, there was only a small/short broom but we did our best to keep the sand/dirt under control. The master bed was comfortable - but we were surprised to find it was an old mattress with a couple of toppers added. It kind of felt like we were interloping on a private residence - there were lots of personal things in the bathrooms and under the bed.... Lots of good sand/surf toys available, tho!! Turtles live right below and whales playing on the horizon.... we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful unit. This was our second stay and everything was excellent. The condo has a prime location. It has amazing views and is very close to the beach and shops. Everything we needed was in the unit and common area including rooftop BBQ(grills) to use to cook. Always very quick communication with Paul the owner.

Overall we had a great time, even extended our stay a couple more days because we enjoyed our time here. We had issues with a non working refrigerator for the first couple days, but we were given a small bar fridge until it was fixed. And the host was in constant communication with us throughout the ordeal, so it didn't turn out to be that big of a deal. We also appreciated host working with us to extend our stay for a couple more days, and also liked the late check out arrangements being that our flight didn't leave until 10pm... overall a nice place to stay, the beach and pool were great to have so close. We were able to see whales and Turtles sitting on the patio.

You can’t beat this place! It’s RIGHT on the ocean, watching sunset is a must each night.. the lanai has a magnificent view as well as the rooftop garden and the grass area by the pool. The unit has everything you could ever need, from coffee to blender, flatware, bbq and snorkeling accessories! We saw sea turtles right out our window:) Beach access from both sides of the complex. The host, David, was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. We will certainly be back!!

This place is amazing for location! If you love ocean views, hearing the waves crashing on the reef, and watching sea turtles out your balcony look no more! we couldnt get a rental car with covid shortages, but you dont need a car here! steps to the beach and amazing snorkeling, and right across the street from not one but two small grocery stores, shaved ice, cinnamon rolls, tacos, seafood, pizza...the restaurant variety steps from the condo will keep you occupied the entire stay. We couldnt have been happier here :)

Amazing location, condo have everything you need and more, beautiful place, and the view is stunning, quiet, relaxing etc nothing to say than great thing about it. Paul the manager was always friendly and on top of communication. We will definitely be back again.
