Showed up at 11pm the condo was a complete mess, hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. Besides that the floor rug looked like it hadn't been changed in 10 years, the cupboards doors were all chipped and broken as were the closet doors, nasty carpets.
I called the property manager who said she didn't work there anymore. luckily she texted me the owner's # who I called. He put me up at some cheap days inn for the night and offered to buy me breakfast as a solution. His new property manager then contacted me to say the room wouldn't be clean until the late afternoon. Luckily she offered me a condo at another property as we didn't want to go back and sleep at that nasty condo we had just seen. The owner got really upset as he wouldn't transfer the money we paid for his gross condo to the owner of the new property we were going to stay at. He swore multiple times about how he "had to deal with all this sh*t and how he had to pay for the hotel on our first night". He made us both feel horrible and like it was our fault that his condo looked like a bomb went off. VRBO help desk was completely useless and sided with the owner as they said the owner eventually had people come clean the unit. But there's no way they could get the smell and images out of our heads, but they didn't care about that. Luckily the new property manager Hallie, who found us another place was great. Overall it wasted an entire day of what was supposed to be a relaxing first day in Maui. Horrible experience

This condo is wonderful! Location is great, directly across from Kam III beach/park. Parking was easy. The condo was fully stocked with anything and everything you need. Utilized the BBQ several nights. Ate breakfast with an ocean view every am on the lanai. Kids loved that the pool was so close to the condo. Met some great people at the pool. Lanai closet was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a cooler for use. Bedroom cooled off well when the AC was turned on. Cannot wait to return! This is a fantastic condo!

This property was better than advertised. Bill and his staff went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. Unit was immaculate. Plenty of amenities to take care of your needs. Furniture was very comfortable. Ocean view from the living room and lanai were great. I strongly recommend staying at this unit if the opportunity arises.

This unit has a beautiful view and was perfect for us. We bbq almost every evening and enjoyed watching the sunsets there.
This owner is very happy to help and replied promptly when we had questions, which was really nice. Very nice unit, super happy with our stay.

We had a great stay at Bill's property our first trip to Maui! The unit was very clean and well stocked with beach/bath towels and kitchen supplies. The AC unit in the bedroom kept us comfortable at night. The kitchen/living area does not have AC, so it got a little warm at times when the doors were closed, but we were out exploring most days anyways so it didn't bother us! The back slider and front door both had screens which let in a nice breeze and helped cool the place down in the morning and evening. Beautiful view from the lanai and we appreciated the included beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and snorkel gear! Great location in Kihei with easy beach access right across the street and just a short drive to restaurants and shops. We were so sad to leave and we can't wait to come back!! Thank you for an incredible vacation!!

The location was right center Kihei, about a block away from all the restaurants I wanted to visit it was very open and had a lot of basic necessities for the trip we didn’t pack. It does get very warm around this time of year and the room only had an AC unit in the room not living room. Overall had a good time!

What a great place to stay. The location of the unit is walking distance to the beach. The house is very accessible and the owner provided us what we need. We had a great stay and looking forward the book the place again when we come back! Super thank you to the host!!!

The accommodations of the unit were exactly what we hoped for. We could dine out or eat in all week long. A small problem plumbing issue occurred on our last, but the manager made every effort to find us similar housing for our last night. Unit had all the essentials.

Spacious property for two with a beautiful view of the sunset and ocean from the patio. Storage closet had essentials to borrow like floats and coolers and loved the laundry in unit. We also found the condo property had staff that were always hard at work keeping everything pristine and I appreciated the night guard was always actively making sure the facility was safe. Bed was very comfortable. I absolutely recommend this condo-great value! Hosts also super responsive.

The unit was perfect, steps to the pool and across the street from Kam III beach. Very nice unit and direct view t ocean where we saw whales breaching. Bill, the owner was helpful before we arrived and there were no issue at the unit as his is updated and well taken care of. We had a great trip, anyone visiting Maui would be happy to stay here.

This was a great location for a beautiful vacation. We saw turtles across the street on the beach and also whaled watched from the beach.
The location was super clean and easy to find from the airport. The directions and staff at the condominium were very helpful.
Bill the owner was very good at communicating and responding to all our questions.

Nice condo in Kihei! Check in was easy, kitchen was well equipped, plenty of beach chairs in the closet. There’s a beach right across the street, and golf courses just a few miles down the road. Highly recommend!

This place was the dirty place in the worst thing in my life.
I asked him to acknowledge what I say but he turned me down. He said i am a liar and that’s not right. He has no idea. I don’t want his money back or anything I’m just concerned about the next rental.

The detailed description of the room and property was accurate. The grounds were well maintained, the room was modern. Just a heads up, AC in bedroom only and will not cool entire condo. BUT, it was cool as long as you follow management guidance. Pool was nice, view lovely. Further south end of Kihei than I thought but, the walk to a shopping area is close. Location is close to Wailea. We found that we had everything we needed!

We were so pleased with with this rental. Ot was bright and clean, and incredibly well-stocked with dishes, cooking ware, towels for both bath and beach, beach chairs, and boogie boards. It was located across the street from the beach, and less them a mile to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this condominium in Kihei! It has an absolutely beautiful view, everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and is beautifully decorated. Our stay was filled with time at the local beaches and we took hikes and went snorkeling to enjoy all the wonderfulness Maui had to offer on our babymoon! Definitely book, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect location for being close to beaches, snorkeling and going on a boat ride. We prefer kihei to Lahaina for those reasons and there's still plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
