The condo has 1022 square feet of living space and has recently been remodeled, including granite and tumbled travertine-style flooring throughout the entryway, kitchen, living/dining room, and bathrooms.
The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a yummy breakfast, pupu for sharing, or a romantic dinner. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and a NEW queen-size convertible sofa is in the living room to accommodate two more guests.
Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the lanai and watching the sky light up at sunrise. In the evening, raise your glass as you hear the neighborhood conch blowers pay homage to the perfect sunset. December through April will boast some of the most fantastic whale-watching in the state, all viewable from your private lanai.

A hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a FULL-SIZE front-loading washer and dryer are available for your convenience. You'll also find boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, a sun umbrella, and coolers for your days at the beach.
