This is our second time staying in this condo and we will continue to come again and again. It's perfect! Nicely decorated, very comfortable sectional, beach chairs and umbrella provided, gorgeous views, ocean front on one of the best beaches. Paradise!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and is on the beach. The sunset and sunrise views are breath taking. The property owner, August, provided excellent communication and was very welcoming. It is very clean and has every comfort of home. I would recommend to anyone to stay here!

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo had amazing views and was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed and more. We loved having the beach chairs and other supplies. The location was idea as well. We did have a little problem with the WI-FI but it was resolved. Thank you again August for your hospitality!

Fantastic condo in one of the best complexes we've stayed in on maui and we've been to Maui dozens of times. Great views from the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed, nice L shaped couch, AC. Can't beat the location, right on the beach and walkable to many restaurants. Extras like beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear are a big bonus.

I think Kihei is perfect place to be. The condo was amazing with a beautiful view, all of the amenities, including beach chairs and umbrellas! The owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. and I cant say enough about our beach. It was a gradual slope, with no rocks. I swam every day and although we visited other beaches I preferred the one I had out back. 5 stars for sure!

We had a great week at the HPH. I have stayed in Kihei several times over the years as well as in Wailea. In my opinion, HPH is the best located property on the strip. Straight onto the beach on which you can walk 6km down the coast to the far end of Wailea without leaving the shoreline. HPH units are not big, but 606 is nicely remodeled with everything you need. We will be back. Thanks.

We loved the condo! Lovely, island decor and art. Comfy bedroom with air conditioning. Great location. Beach was perfect. The pool and grounds are wonderful with friendly folks. Being west facing it got quite warm in afternoon, but the electric shades helped and the sunsets are spectacular!

The location of this property was excellent, take the elevator down and you are on Kam II beach. The shared common area was a nice place to relax during the day and we enjoyed bouncing between the pool and beach. It was also a very walkable location. This was a great vacation for my small family.
The only critical feedback I would give is that I don’t feel that the unit was remodeled as recently as what is described. In particular, the bathrooms could use a little touch-up. The unit itself was clean, however.

This property was absolutely perfect for us as a couple, and we can’t wait to return with our teenagers (yes, I said it!). The unit was spotless and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach chairs were a great bonus! The Hale Pau Hana property was everything it was promised to be! After our first evening there, we were already planning on returning with other families. The walkability of the neighborhood is another great amenity. August was a great host and made everything so easy. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing trip to Maui. August was extremely responsive and great to work with. The view was even better than the pictures portray, and a great location with restaurants nearby. The only thing to be aware of is A/c is only in the bedroom. With Maui breezes it was not a big deal, but there was one day where the living area was pretty warm. Overall, we would definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to rent from August again!

We spent a week here and loved it! The location is central to many things. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. August was very accommodating - he made sure our pack-n-play would fit comfortably in the bedroom. Having 2 full bathrooms was a plus. The A/C in the bedroom was good for keeping us cool at night. We definitely would recommend to friends!

With wonderful beach and ocean views including sunsets, this nicely furnished unit with very good amenities (TV, Bluetooth music, electric shades, Kurig, beach supplies, etc) is a short walking distance to good restaurants and shops which all made for a very fun, relaxed anniversary celebration. From the moment we booked our stay, August was detailed and helpful - far beyond a concierge! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo is conveniently located by lots of great shops and dining for convenience. The proximity to the ocean and views cannot be beat. Don’t miss sunrises and sunsets!

We just spent 10 wonderful nights at August's property. He was excellent with communication pre and during our stay. Responded quickly with resolution to a minor issue with shower and it was fixed in less than an hour.
The condo is nicely appointed, the bed was super comfy and having 2 bathrooms was ideal.
Hale Pau Hana is a hidden gem with beautiful views all day from the lanai, the beach, sunsets were like a painting every night. People gather on the lawn to watch the sunset with a drink and appetizer so we got to meet some lovely people as well. Families return year after year and we understand why.
The grounds of the resort are immaculate and well tended too. Staff are super friendly and accommodating.
Having the ocean right below was just the best and the pool to rinse off the salt . The ocean was with mild waves so great for little ones.
Location outstanding with several shops and restaurants to walk too. Loved Cafe O Lei! Easy drive to other locations on the island.
Blows the big high end resorts out of the water as we realized most of those do not have direct beach access.
All in all it was a perfect, 10 /10 vacation due to staying at this condo complex.
We would not hesitate to rent again from August.
Thank you for a fabulous vacation that we will remember always.
We can't wait to return. The views are amazing and never got old. We miss them already.

The condo is located on one of the best beaches in Kihei. You are literally steps away from the sand. We saw sea turtles every day. The lawn area is very well maintained. There are plenty of lawn furniture, and the grills are cleaned every morning. The pictures in the listing are very accurate. The condo, particularly the kitchen, is well equipped for any of your cooking needs. We felt like we were at home the whole time. We met several people who have been coming to this condominium for years. We felt very fortunate to find such a great place on the beach and not located across a busy road. The parking is easy and in close proximity to the elevator. The overall environment is super relaxing. The views and beach never got old. This is best vrbo we ever stayed. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!

Well let me start by saying the view was awesome! Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook. Bed was very comfy and Shower was great. The only con is the laundry is not in the unit, it’s downstairs and it cost so bring quarters. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

We spent half of our Maui trip at this location and loved the property and location. The views are stunning and condo is nicely updated with all the right touches. August is great to communicate with and provides you with some pointers and recommendations, which was extremely helpful. We decided to bring our two young daughters this trip who couldn’t get enough of the beach.
From a location perspective this location is hard to beat. The water was relatively calm every day and the beach is wide and gently sloped which is ideal for children or anyone looking to enjoy the Hawaiian waters. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby which meant we didn’t have to jump in the car for every little thing.
When we eventually make it back to Maui we will definitely be looking to see if this condo is available.
