Our condo is located on the ground floor of the HIGHLY DESIRED building #3 of Ekolu Village and includes the following:

Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Late check-out is available for an additional $100 +tax up to 7:00pm (available from May-October only so please plan accordingly).
Located on the 10th hole of the championship Wailea Blue Golf Course, our 1 bedroom/2 bathroom air conditioned condominium boasts all the comforts of home. It includes stylish furnishings inside and out. The kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled with new appliances and granite cabinetry and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Full size washer/dryer.
The lanai beckons for breakfast in the morning, afternoon cocktails, or dinner with beautiful sunsets while you enjoy fabulous ocean views and ONE OF THE FEW UNITS IN EKOLU WITH A LANAI THAT LEADS OUT TO A LARGE OPEN GRASSY AREA.

If you're traveling with infants or small children, no need to bring all of your supplies. We work with a great company that will deliver cribs, seats, toys, accessories to our home prior to your arrival and pick them up after you leave.
Three fantastic shopping centers, including The Shops at Wailea, with world class dining and shopping are just a short stroll from our condo. The Wailea Beach Walk promenade and its spectacular ocean views is the perfect place for an early morning stroll or to catch a Maui sunset. Just a two minute drive and you can chose from Wailea Beach’s five pristine beaches from Polo Beach to Keawakapu.

CLEANING: This also includes your peace of mind. Your health and safety have always been our highest priority. Our professional housekeeping staff have always been meticulous. In consideration of the current situation, they will be taking extra measures, following guidelines by the CDC to THOROUGHLY CLEAN & SANITIZE our home before your arrival.
Additionally, we have extended the TIME BETWEEN RESERVATIONS to ensure SUFFICIENT TIME FOR THAT THOROUGH CLEANING .
ORDER DELIVERY: No need to visit the market upon your arrival. Let us help start your vacation a little sooner! Our property managers will gladly provide PRE-ARRIVAL GROCERY SHOPPING service.

🌺DECEMBER, JANUARY & 10+ NIGHT RENTALS: Must cancel 90 days before check-in for 100% refund. If they cancel between 60-89 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
🌺 In addition to the Hawaii authorities, all guests in the party will be required to submit a copy of their Covid test results to us, prior to departure to the islands.
BOOKINGS DURING COVID HAWAII RESTRICTIONS: The state of Hawaii requires all visitors to obtain a Covid test within 72 hours prior to their arrival in Hawaii. As of November 24, 2020, in order to avoid mandatory quarantine, the state of Hawaii requires all visitors to obtain a Covid test and present it at the airport before boarding their final flight segment to Hawaii. If you weren't able to present those results at the airport, the State of Hawaii would require you to quarantine upon your arrival in Hawaii for 14 days or the length of your stay, whichever is shorter. In this scenario, we would not be able to provide access to our property and would have to cancel your reservation without refund. Please understand, this is not what we want to do, but if quarantine rules are broken, you may be arrested by Hawaii authorities and fined $5000, and we as owners are fined $5000 as well.
