The owner provides all the details you need before even asking. The condo is exceptionally clean and has all of the items to enjoy the pool, the beach as well as to be comfortable during your stay. We will certainly go back.

Very clean, it had all the needed things to cook meals with, close to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella were provided, sunsets were awesome, close to great places to eat. Driving from the airport and surrounding local places was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for an amazing week!

We were thrilled with the location of the condo. On the 7th floor we had a wonderful view of the town and harbor from the balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains from the front. The condo was well furnished and made our brief stay in Kona very pleasant. Easy to walk into town. The only drawback -- minor -- was the road noise. Condo was clean and comfortable.

We needed a few extra days before getting into our regular condo a mile away. This condo was had everything we needed and was spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach and miles of beach to walk on. Great location.

It is a great apartment right by the beach with swimming pool and hot tub. It has everything for a short or long stay including Tupperwares (great for packed lunches)! The room is right by the parking lot so it’s very easy to move in and out. Patti is fast at responding questions and provided a helpful handbook for the apartment and surrounding area.

We had a sister trip and decided to stay here at this condo. Lovely condo and close to everything. Beach is walking distance and other beaches was a short drive. This condo had everything we needed. If we had any questions for the host, she would immediately respond. We would definitely stay here again!

The power went out one night, and the flashlight in our room did not work. The next day we purchased batteries in case it went out again, the flashlight itself was broken. Had to leave the batteries there as you cannot take them on the plane. Also during our stay someone punched a hole in the gas tank of our rental vehicle and took all of the gas. We have been to Maui numerous times and nothing has ever happened to us before like that. The parking lot was a mess from all of the mud from the rainstorm. It was a tough trip.

Exactly what we anticipated. A quaint quiet condo community. Our host Patti was sweet and very helpful. The unit had everything we needed to cook and also great beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. A short walk to the beach to watch great sunsets. Multiple beaches within minutes as well as bars, restaurants and shopping. We used the shared grills and everyone we chatted with was very nice.

The hospitaliity of hosts was outstanding, felt welcomed and very comfortable. Cottage had all modern conveniences, wifi worked well, laundry facilities excellent, saw whales from deck with binoculars. Will recommend to friends on other islands, great spot for getaway weekend. Close to lots of attractions and nature outing locations, especially Kealia wildlife refuge and boardwalk, and whale viewing lookout on highway to Lahaina. Nona Lani Cottages, we'll be back!

Backyard Ocean sunsets, Quiet location, Condominium was very well stocked. Close proximity to a number of beaches, multiple whale sightings, such close proximity to Ululani's shaved ice, Best shaved ice on the island bar none!!!!!😃👍🏾be sure to check out the turtles at Balwin beach, just (12) short miles away!!!! We really enjoyed being in this lovely condo in Kihei. Most everything you need is here and it is just a short walk over a grassy area to the beach.Though I would have liked a few more towels for kitchen and bathroom, there was a lovely trove of beach equipment (chairs, towels, noodles, cooler) that was much enjoyed. The owner, Patti, was very helpful and always answered my questions ASAP. I really appreciated that. There are some rules and regs to follow for the condo building, but it all seemed very reasonable. If you stay here, be sure to get a Shave Ice at "Beach Street" down the way on Kihei Rd. WOW!! Overall, Great place to stay!!

The property was well kept and clean. It was in a perfect location in Kihei for taking trips south to Polo beach Park Wailea, or north to Lahaina"s bunyan tree. Everything inbetween that was wonderful as well, the Pine Apple farm and lunch in the town of Paia . Everything is about 15 min. - an hour away. It is central to everything. The weather finally warmed my body up. Thanks again.

Everything was as advertised, no issues with property. Only negative is you are asked to wash linens/towels before you leave. No washer/dryer in unit, only pay washer/dryers on another floor

This condo offers all of the comforts of home for us - so much so that we sought it out for a second stay! We love the comfortable bed and linens. The location is central to our favorite activities and restaurants. We truly appreciate all of the items in the closet and used the cooler and beach chairs every day. The place was very clean, cozy and accessible. It’s located mid-island, so if you’re a tourist you can easily access both coasts with a short drive. The place was a couple minutes walking to the beach and also had a pool and a very relaxing jacuzzi. Also 15 mins away from the airport!

This ground flour condo is exactly what we wanted and just as it’s pictured! The personal touches with so many amenities was what made this older condo perfect!!! We loved the building atmosphere and the pool and hot tub. Having everything from tons of towels bath & beach, beach chairs, cooking oil, seasoning, ice cube trays and even had laundry soap. After staying many vacation rentals I find that the small touches and having all that extra stuff so you don’t have to buy it every time you go on vacation is a huge plus and sells a house on me! This home being on the ground flour made it great to be able to park right out the back door and made it easy to haul things in and out of the condo. The pool and BBQ’s were perfect and we used them both. I would definitely stay here again!

Place was awesome, quiet and clean. Couple things would make it a complete 5 start place. First would be blackout curtains in the bedroom, some updated furniture in the living area would make it a bit more comfortable, and the stove had one element that did not work. None of these things had a huge impact on our enjoyment staying here, just suggestions to make it even better!

Condo was great. We had to search to find additional towels and linen, but they are there! Loved having chairs (there are 2, wish there would have been 4), snorkel gear, boogie boards, and umbrella! The only downfall for us is we were never at the condo during check-in hours so we could not get a code to the pool. We would have loved to soak in the hot tub after a long day, but you get the pool code at the check in desk. Otherwise, the price and amenities were great!! If Kihei is were you want to stay on the island, I would highly recommend this unit!

Our stay in Kihei was great, the condo had everything we needed. We had one minor issue that was quickly resolved by calling the on-island help. Price was decent, location was great. Checking in and out was easy. We would stay here again!

Easy to rent, good communication from the owners. We checked in during the day so office was open and it went smoothly. We encountered others trying to check in after office was closed and it was dark. Due to inadequate lighting, it was difficult to find your way around the complex. We escorted a couple of groups to show them where to go to find their units.
Our condo was well stocked and clean. We didn’t rent a car and successfully relied on the Maui Bus and Uber as the location is very central to everything.
Our only complaint is the TV. Took us awhile to figure it out. Netflix is available but very limited TV stations. TV in bedroom did not work at all.

Spectacular condo in a great location in Kihei. I was amazed at just how many amenities were available here! The condo had a fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. The ground floor location made it easy for us to load our car for day trips. The queen size bed was also very comfortable. Beautiful walking beach for gorgeous sunsets! Pool/jacuzzi/ bbqs all so very nice! We will definitely book this place again should we return. Everything was perfect!

This was the nicest condo we have stayed in on this property ( been many times). The host, Patti, was awesome. Very responsive all the way from time of booking. Had an appliance issue and it was dealt with immediately. Hope to rent from this host in future.

As newlyweds, we visited Maui for the first time and loved it. The oceanside condo is perfect. Steps to the beach but close to restaurants, shopping and more. Kiehi is a great location as it's not far from the airport and 20 mins from Lahaina which we enjoyed exploring. Highly reccomend staying here! We loved it and will be back.

This condo was a fantastic home base for us on our trip to Maui. The condo was very clean and stocked. The air conditioning was FABULOUS on the hottest of days and we loved the convenience of being on the ground floor. Location is everything and being central to the main driving routes as well as shopping and beaches is just phenomenal. Loved the lawn chairs and cooler - used both DAILY! Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the simplicity of looking at the photos we had taken every day cuddled on the sofa. Great communication with the owner who super nice - we planned during Covid and she was up front about policies and very fair. We came to Maui for an adventure but loved our little Kihei home away from home. It suited us very well! While not posh, neither are we! It was exactly what we needed/wanted and fairly priced. Truly can’t say enough about how clean and well out together everything was. Sincerest thanks!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Patti's place! The condo was clean and neat, the bed was comfortable, the appliances were functional. The check in process for us was painless and I thought Pat did a great job communicating before our stay to make sure we had all the necessary info. The location of this property is awesome, you can walk 2 min to the beach and are centrally located for everything on the West side of the island.
Technically, this place is "dated" in that not everything is updated according to the modern style. However, everything in the place is in great condition with not many signs of wear and tear. I appreciate the affordability of this condo so much on an island where that's hard to find. A huge thanks to Patti for providing a great place to stay!

My self and my wife booked and paid for rhis trip momths ago. We where looking so forward to this trip. We got to Hawaii and was told we would have to quarantine for 10 days and oir trip was only 7 days. We had been fully vaccinated for over two months and had a covid test done two days before we got their. That test was negative........ They wanted a different covid test. We lost all our money that was paid for everything. Was the worst experience ever.... The property owner/manager never reached out to see if we where even in the house.

We really liked this place. Very clean and lots of stuff to use at the beach! Chairs and beach towels. The WiFi was awful though and we didn’t have service so we were unable to communicate. You’re supposed to start laundry for dirty laundry but there was no key. Then we tried taking trash out to the dumpster but the dumpster was locked. But besides those things it was a really nice place right by the beach too.
