Condo was well appointed. It had pack and play , child car seat, pool toys, 2 small trikes to keep our grandchildren comfy and happy. Kitchen was well stocked with knifes, plates, blender and rice cooker. There was even an air mattress. Issues that came up ,like ice maker, TV cable,were promptly addressed. We like the fact that there were solar panels too. One of the pools were right in front of the condo. It could be a slight negative for the other people voices heard from the pool, or it is a positive withe easy proximity for getting stuff from the pool to the condo. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The location cannot be beat! Although our stay started with us cleaning about 8 hours of “deeper” cleaning like sliding door curtains with major food stains, bathroom and kitchen rugs (you could feel the grossness on your feet), grime on stair banisters and some blood stains on a door (so we cleaned all the doors) and cleaned water stains and dust on blinds then organized the cabinets . Once we did that we felt like we could move forward! The walls still could use a good wipe down and a fresh coat of paint.
We were 2 hours delayed to check in due to a late check out and cleaners were I’m sure doing their best with a few hours between a check out and check in which did not give us the 24 hour covid promise between guests.
Staff, however, was super great to work with and did get us whatever we needed. We did buy an electric pancake griddle and left it for those to follow.
The condo has a wagon, 4 chairs, toys, beach sand toys, umbrellas, etc. those were great to have. There is a pack n play and sheet. We discovered the two twin beds can be strapped together for a king snd that was great!
The condo pools. Just know that no kids or adult floaties can be used. You cannot jump in the pool. They have cameras and will come and talk to you. They are beautiful pools and very well maintained. Our grands loved the bigger pool with the sand entrance. We just had to remind them to not jump in which is fine.
We really enjoyed our stay! We hope those that stayed after us enjoy our extra cleaning 😀

Wonderful, spacious condo in perfect location. Great communication with owner and property manger re check in and anything we needed. The condo was spotlesslessly clean and the bed and bedding very comfortable. We can't wait to come back!

Overall it is a very nice condo and convenient to everything we wanted to do. If I have opportunity in the future, I would stay here again. Owner and property management were very cooperative. There are several items within the condo requiring attention. The owner is aware.

The unit was just what we needed. I would give this property 4 1/2 stars if I could figure out how. Loved the location next to the Lagoon Pool. Suggest shower walls and sinks be cleaned and rust around the faucets removed. The cold faucet on the left in the master bath keeps running if you turn it off all the way. We bought a new griddle (pans and griddle were warped and we could not make pancakes) and left it in the unit.
Thanks for the little red wagon to haul items to the beach. There were only three very old beach towels so we bought our own. We could have used more instruction on how to use the Smart TV.

We stayed in Thu’s condo for 3 months and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is in the perfect location, close to the quiet pool/jacuzzi! She has very recently updated the appliances and some furniture. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. This is our 4th winter in Hawaii but first in Coconut Plantations, it’ll now be our first choice!
Thu was very easy to deal with and quickly respond to any question.

We stayed at Thu's condo for the month of November. The weather was the best we have ever had in Hawaii. The condo was generously large and very clean. The view of the pool from the balcony was great, just like in the pictures. The location to everything in Ko Olina is one of the outstanding features because everything is within walking distance. Coconut Plantation's grounds are very well kept and the maintenance guys do a great job. Two car garage in definitely a plus. We will return in the future. One thing the condo could use is a new stove.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in the Coconut Plantation. It is close enough to walk to the lagoons and to shopping. The condo is spacious and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the lanai.

We had a fantastic time here. Plenty of room, our king bed was amazing, 2 pools/ 3 hot tubs for our 3 year old, nestled away from the businesses but close for walking to the beach/ restaurant/abc store.(No nightlife like Waikiki ;) Totally fine with us, as we were on a family trip!) There are also some toys & snorkels, a couple chairs & boogie boards, etc- check out the box in garage before buying any beach toys! The managers were also very helpful in getting us an extra set of keys due to our situation. There is a workout center that you can buy a card to (keep it for if you come back) & they have an assortment of classes that we made use of- yoga, paddle boarding, SUP yoga, rolling, etc.
Like someone else noted, we give this property a thumbs up, but wish to hide it away so we can return soon & have it available :) Loved it, & plan to be back!

This is the second time in two years that my husband & I have stayed here. The condo is perfectly located within the complex and is well appointed. Very comfortable for family & friends to stay at. The proerty managers are great to deal with and are always just a phone call away. We would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in a tropical setting with many amenities on property and winthin a short driving distance.

Five of us, all adults, spent 9 wonderful nights at this property. The house has everything a vacationing family/group could want or need. A nice pool and spa are just a few steps away, and it is a pleasant 10-minute walk to the ocean (and the 4 beautiful lagoons.) For the more adventuresome, there is great snorkeling just a few miles north at the Kahe Point Beach Park ("Electric Beach.") This is a great facility for families, groups of friends, anyone who wants a beautiful home in an awesome location.

Our family of 5 recently ( 5/3/30) returned from our vacation in Hawaiia. The accomodations we found when arriving were far more than I trully expected. Everything was clean, fresh and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept like we were at home. This condo is located in a rather new resort and was in a very convenient area once you learned your way around. The lagoons were only minutes away and are breathtaking. Honolulu is only abot 20 minutes away and easy to get in and out of from here. I would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

We stayed at this condo in Coconut Plantation in March 2008. It is right across the street from Marriott KoOlina. Very convenient to the lagoon/beach (5 minute walk) and to the hotel which has three great restaurants. The unit's master bedroom is very large and the master bath is BEAUTIFUL. All the appliances are brand new including the front loading washer and dryer. The unit is overlooking the pool which is very convenient. Well stocked with everything you would need including some beach toys.
Unit has cable TV with premium channels, Plasma TV, and DVD player. Unit is very clean and well maintained and the owner provided good customer service. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

Our family had the opportunity to travel to Oahu the early part of December 2009. We were there for the Honolulu Marathon but wanted to be somewhere "off the path" a little more. We found Thu's property and she was so helpful and accommodating. The house itself was perfect for us - we have 3 boys, ages 10, 7, and 5. The pool was literally right out our back door. The beach was a close walk, even carrying all the beach "goods" that you need to spend a few hours there. Thu even had buckets and coolers and chairs available if needed. The house has the BEST pillows and comforters you could ask for. In fact, I plan to buy some when I get around to it. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked and we just had the best time. Our flight came in late when we got in to Hawaii but arrangements had been made to have someone there to meet us. He was so nice and also very accommodating, even as late as it was. I can hardly wait to go back and we will definitely be contacting Thu again. If you're trying to decide, don't waste any further time looking - you found it :)

Thu rental was amazing, perfect location! We were truly blessed to have came across her listing. We were then stationed in Hawaii so we were local residents. We rented the beach home for our out of town family that was coming in for our wedding. They were completely taken by the location and the beauty of the home. It was super clean and also came with your basic needs. It was like living in a plus size suite at a hotel. Very good community to spend your stay on the beautiful island of Oahu. I'm sure her other beach homes located on other islands are GREATas well. Mostly Thu was very reasonable and helpful when I contacted her with questions and concerns. Her listing was very accurate and all details covered was received.

My Family totally enjoyed or stay at the "Condo". The unit was VERY spacious and everything we ever needed was there, including boggy boards, beach chairs, cooler, towels etc. What a GREAT place. The Unit is but a short walking distance to all of the 4 Lagoons.. There is a hidden place we called Turtle beach because everyday we swam with the Turtles..Walk the tracks past the parking lot for Paradise Cove, make a left along the fence and head for the water you will see it. Everyday we sat under the Banyon tree for shade and had a blast.Also wild Mango tree drops fruit daily. Go to Hawaii, Contact Thu today and reserve your time in heaven!!

Stayed here at the Coconut Plantation March 2009 over spring break. We were initially reluctant to book accommodations on the internet, however the owner alleviated many of our anxieties thru phone conversations and her knowledge of this area. The description and photos is exactly how it looks. A wonderful, relaxing property that the owner has taken great pride in upkeeping and ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We spent time here with another family. The unit was spacious & clean with amazingly comfortable beds & linens. It accommodated 4 adults and 2 teenagers easily; whether it was spending time out on one of two lanais reading, sipping coffees, or simply having a little seista with the background sounds of the tropical birds & palm trees swaying in the breeze. The pool is right across the path from the unit; our kids loved the quick access! You will be amazed at the beautifully kept grounds. You can stroll along the paths within the gated complex or wander down to the pristine lagoons for a day at the beach. The lagoon is less than a 5 minute walk from this unit. Customer service was excellent; the owner provides a contact number for a local liason you can contact for any questions. Shopping is close by: Costco, Target, Safeway, Starbucks & local restaurants are within a 5 minute drive from the complex. Lots of activities to do with kids though do recommend having a car for multiple activities & things to do around the island. We will definitely return to this property and can't wait for our next trip to Ko Olina! Special thanks to Thu for such great accommodations and attentive, efficient customer service.

This was our 4th time to Oahu -- we had stayed in very nice (and expensive) hotels on our last 3 trips. I am pretty nit-picky when it comes to where we stay, but this condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and most of all, it felt like a place we could relax and recharge our batteries.
This townhome was 2 story's tall and overlooked the pool -- there was no noise factor to worry about. The other guests and owners were very courteous which made it great for us since I like to sleep in. Nothing was better than hearing the palm trees "blowing in the wind" when I fell asleep and woke up each day.
Here are the things that I LOVED about the unit:
* It had a washer/dryer and they even supplied beach towels!
* The kitchen was very big so when we cooked the whole family could be in there with me.
* There were 2 lanai's (one on each floor). The downstairs lanai allowed us to eat outside everyday. I had my morning coffee on the updstairs lanai as I overlooked the pool
* There were 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths so we all had our privacy (unlike our hotel experiences).
We needed a rental car to get around the island, but that was not an issue for us. There is pleanty of shopping and restaurants close by.
Everything was first class in this unit - the furniture, the bedding, the hi-def tv's, etc. What also took the anxiety out of the picture for me is that the owner was extremely responsive everytime I had a request or question.
Lastly, we were visiting my daughter and our new grandchild on this trip - my whole family was extremely comfortable due to the spaciousness and cleanliness.
I will never stay in an expensive, small hotel room in a busy, congested area like Honolulu again - this unit at Ko Olina is the place for us.

The condo was a great fit for us. It was overlooking the pool which made for convienient barbeques and quick dips in the pool. All the furniture and set up was very new and clean! The master bedroom is HUGE - as is the master bathroom. We had mobile massage / spa services come over and had massages outside on the balcony! It was GREAT! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Also, many of the past visitors had left spices and basic food items, which was great. Ko Olina is a little away from Waikiki, so you have to rent a car to get around the island. However, the peacefulness and calm mentality of Ko Olina is completely different than Waikiki. It was very relaxing! Also, if you go over to the Marriott Resort, you can access the parking lots of the private coves, by mentioning you are staying at the condos! I highly recommend visiting the property!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the resort. The townhouse was spectacular. It was clean, spacious and furniture was well maintained and contemporary. All the ammenities listed where in the apartment and easy to find.
Finding food and groceries was always a trip down to the nearest town but only 10 minutes away. Getting in and out of the resort was not an issue and the checkpoint personnel were always friendly.
The nearest beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The pool is right outside the back veranda. Hawaiian waters park is less than 10 minutes away. Golf course is quite nice but others are also available within 10 minute drive.
Highly recommended for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation.
