Lyn was a wonderful host, always responsive and enthusiastic in our conversations before the trip. Her condo is lovely - walk-out lanai, just steps from the pool and just a few more steps to the beach. Perfect for an adult couple. Laundry is located outside of the condo but not too far away within the complex. We had a great week.

A good stay with great communications. Space was generous with a good bathroom. The swimming pool was great for swimming laps. Laundry room was OK and uses an app so no need to bring quarters. Parking was plentiful. Walking distance to good restaurants especially Miso Phat sushi. Easy drive to most of the island. Furnishing are a little dated but clean and bed was comfortable.

Awesome property has absolutely everything you would need right down to a blow dryer and a curling iron in the bathroom has beach towels, beach, chairs, beach umbrella, coolers everything a kitchen would need to make your perfect margaritas and everything else. We definitely will be staying here again thanks so much for a wonderful vacation.

This property had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation in Maui. This property was unique from others in the complex because of the key locked slider in the back with the direct access to the pool and beach. It was also a corner space, and had an extra window in the kitchen with a view of the ocean and palm trees which allowed for an extra cross breeze in the condo. We loved our stay here!

This was our 10th trip to Maui, staying at WBH. This was one of the nicest condo units in the WBH complex. Spacious, immaculate and updated with nice kitchen layout. Very close to grocery store. Power washing and painting of the building exterior was unexpectedly taking place during our stay, requiring us to bring the lanai furniture inside. The property managerās communication about this was not great. However the condo owner, who is warm, friendly, and witty made a point of calling and emailing. Highly recommend this condo unit and owner.

Great condo. Central location for errands and food. Beach front across the lawn. Grounds well maintained, pool very clean. This condo has a great sense of community. Many travelers here come for months at a time and return to their units year after year. It was so fun to see them all interacting and remembering familiar memories. Very quiet. Laid back environment. The host was prompt with communication and even allowed late checkout when flight was delayed 13 hours. Great place to stay.

Beautiful well kept main level Kihei condo on the sandy beach, safe area, very close to shops and food. We had an amazing time here. We love Maui! We'll be back to stay here. This couple that rents this property are very nice and keep in touch to see if you need anything.

Second time staying at this complex and first at this unit! Hosts were great at communicating and ensured we had everything for our stay. Loved being on the ground floor for easy access to pool, beach for sunsets, BBQ. This unit gets lots of sun on the patio. It was very clean, however, it is a bit dated. Lots of great restaurants/grocery stores close by. Would recommend staying here!

We had a positive experience, however it would have been nice to had AC in living room & bathroom too. Nice having a king size bed, and furnishings were great too. Kitchen was very well equipped, as well as living room & patio. Loved having extra towels and beach chairs too! We didn't interact with the manager at all, we did mention 1 day how murky the pool was definitely needed cleaning we believe we spoke to yard caretaker for that concern. He did do something that afternoon to help make better. We had a question for the owner they were very prompt in getting back to us! We loved being close to beach too! Very well kept Condo! š“ššŗ

We had a great time at this property in Kihei. Everything was very close but the property was quiet and never crowded. The kitchen was probably the most well stocked VRBO weāve stayed in. The bed was comfortable also. We loved walking on the beach, seeing the sea turtles come up to shore at night. Only about a 10 minute drive to great snorkeling and there are so many restaurants to choose from, some easily within walking distance.

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks, and everything about it was wonderful. VERY nicely appointed condo, great location - so close to so many things from food to stamps (P.O.), on the beach, so many nice neighbors, just about anything you could want. Lyn was great with communication and so helpful. She even contacted us during our stay to see if all was OK.
We would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thanks Lyn for a wonderful time in Maui.

The property owner contacted us the day after we booked and kept good communication leading up to our trip. The condo was perfect for a couple. Right on the ocean with a great beach and lots of turtles to swim with etc. Condo was well decorated and equipped and the complex was very nice and well maintained. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The area of Kihei is AMAZING! This place is located in the less busy area of Kihei which we really enjoyed. It is a quick drive to many beaches and places. Other people that stay in the condos nearby are so sweet and continue to come back year after year. It is a great place to be!

We had such a fun time at Lynn and Norris' condo. They were so helpful and provided all the needed information and even restaurant recommendations. We loved Kihie! Such a cute town with great food. The condo property is immaculate with lots of friendly residents and guests. You are steps to the beach and pool is warm and clean. Easy parking, lovely grounds, clean condo with everything you need and friendly neighbors. This is great for families or couples. We would for sure go back!

We had an AMAZING time staying at Lyn & Norrisā condo in Kihei. They were excellent hosts and keep the condo very well supplied and maintained. It was so great to be able to actually cook in a kitchen with all the necessary tools, utensils and cookware. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C in the bedroom also contributed to our excellent sleep/rest.
Lyn and Norris were VERY responsive to questions/minor issues and made sure our stay was fantastic. The condo unit is very comfortable and is in an IDEAL location. We are so appreciative of Lyn & Norris opening up their home and for being such great hosts. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

This place was PERFECT for mine and my boyfriendās first getaway together! We got lucky and booked with Lyn and Norris right before everyone else discovered this AMAZING condo for an even more amazing price. Iāve been vacationing in Hawaii since I was little and I was still impressed with the condo itself, itās closeness to the beach, and the atmosphere of the entire property. We loved it so much we were talking about ānext timeā our first day there!! While youāre not DIRECTLY on the beach (no ocean view only because of the tiny little bump/hill between the property and sand), it was MAYBE a 30 second walk across the grass to the beach and itās close enough that you can hear the waves with the back door open AND I still caught a few sunsets out the kitchen window from my little corner seat. The pool however is right outside the lanai basically! So much was within walking distance, we discovered an area of food trucks that was about a 10 minute walk from the condo (look up Kraken Coffee and thatās where they all are!), thereās a Safeway right up the road and almost directly across Lipoa thereās another marketplace. Super convenient! We only had a rental car for the first 2 days and didnāt struggle too much to get around once we had to return it! Everything you need is basically right there! Also, Lyn and Norris were great hosts! Lyn called me a few days before we were heading out to let me know maintenance would be working on the propertyās alarms and expressed how she felt bad since it would be our first day there (we ended up being out all day anyway so it didnāt bother us). So sweet of her and nice to be in the loop! The condo had everything we needed, too. I think the only thing we didnāt have was boogie boards but thereās a Boss Frogās right up the way and itās so easy to just rent a couple! The AC in the room worked well and kept us nice and cool at night (pro tip: keep the bedroom door closed and AC on for a nice cold place to escape if you need to cool down for a while!). My boyfriend lives in Phoenix and I live in San Jose so it meant a lot to us that we had this quiet little piece of paradise to spend quality time with each other! Thank you SO much Lyn and Norris!!!!

We were hoping for a quiet and relaxing home for our honeymoon and that is exactly what we found here! The beach was only a few steps outside our door. The condo had everything we wanted - chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, etc. Cooking was easy with everything we wanted already in place. Several different ways to make our morning coffee was a wonderful idea. We certainly will look here first for our next trip to Maui.
By the way, while most of the car rentals are VERY expensive we found that Mahalo Rentals had very nice older cars for rent at excellent prices. We were so pleased and saved hundreds of dollars by driving an older suv for our trips around the island.

Condo was really well located in a residence in front of a gorgeous almost wild beach. Turtles every evening on the beach, wonderful sunset.
The condo was on the 1st floor with 2 chairs + table and a sunbed chair. We took our meals outside just like in a garden. It's not just in front of the swimming pool which gave us privacy, and quiet, but 10 seconds walking and you are in the swimming pool.
The residence is quiet and well equiped. There is a laundry room in the residence and you can do laundry for 2$.
The condo was well equiped. A full equiped kitchen, and confortable sofa. There is air conditioning system in the bedroom, but it's a portable unit because most of the time you don't need it in Maui. We left all windows opened and cound feel the fresh breeze from the ocean. Much better than A/C.
To sum up, we would definitely come back. The residence was quiet, easy to find, far from all big resorts and with a lot of stores arround. Supermarket 1 minute walking, post office, gaz station. Great deal for a great place.

Not only close to one of the greatest viewing beach, there's supermarket (Times Supermarket) in walking distance, easily to buy some food/supply. Also there are other stores near by.
And, the condo plaza is just behind the church as well as a quite, serene place to stay.

This was a much needed vacation, both the property & owners far exceeded our expectations. The property was well maintained, clean, quiet, close to small stores, cafes & grocery store.
The owners were easy to work with, replied quickly and made us feel welcome before our holiday began. The condo was like home away from home and we immediately were able to settle in.

My husband and I loved this condo! It had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked, beach chairs, coolers and so on. So very comfortable and Lyn was amazing to deal with. She was so helpful and even gave us some great tips for different activities to do while we were there. This was our first time in Maui and we loved this area. Was a bit out of the way from big crowds, but also really close to a grocery store and just a short drive from shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!! Will definitely be coming back!

We needed to get away from our rainy season and had never been to Maui so weren't sure what to expect. Lyn & Norris's condo was perfect. They are both so nice making sure you have plenty of information in advance to make your Maui vacation whatever you intend. We assumed Maui was all about relaxing but we also like a bit of adventure. We were happy to have plenty of both. The condo is in a great location for exploring all parts of the island, yet apart from the hustle bustle crowds of the big resorts. Quiet, tropical setting, right on the beach, awesome pool and facilities, and it's so fun to join in the conch-blowing at sunset! The layout of the condo is comfortable with good flow and has everything you could need for cooking, going to the beach, or just relaxing at home. Really it was perfect and exceeded our expectations.
