One of the best places on Maui. Kam1 & 2 are amazing beaches. This condo looks out over Kam1. If you want to be on the beach, this is the place. The condo was very clean and had tons of beach accessories. The condo uses fans (no AC); our stay was in Nov with temps 70-85. With a small breeze and the fans the condo stayed cool. We had two nights with no breeze and it was a little warm in the condo. Renting and checking in were very easy. My family loves this complex and our experience in this unit was excellent.

This property was recommended to us by friends as it was our first time to Maui. We were absolutely delighted with our choice of Anita's condo. The location was incredibly accessible to everything you may want to do on the island. The condo was well appointed, very comfortable and had everything you would need for an ideal holiday. We made great use of the snorkel gear, the beach chairs and umbrella and bag and the towels. The rooftop patio was perfect for getting in some gorgeous views and enjoying a meal with other vacationers nearby. Everyone we spoke to at the property continue to come back year after year. The beach was spectacular and the best snorkelling we had the entire time we were there. The local restaurants and amenities were excellent. We only enjoyed the pool once but had loads of fun that afternoon. It was never that busy as most people opted for the beach.
Anita was accommodating, friendly and so very helpful with our planning and during our stay. We appreciated her recommendations in Kihei and around the island (Maui Wave Riders were fantastic for surfing and a highlight of the trip for our teens) and yes, the cinnamon rolls were a must try. The lanai itself was one of our favourite parts of the condo - watching the beach (when we were not on it!)
If we come back to Maui, we would stay here in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to friends.

Absolutely perfect location. Property accommodated our party perfectly. We were a little surprised and disappointed to find no air conditioning. Not owner’s fault but our own assumption. It made it hard to accommodate rules of closing windows. But would come back. Owner was quick to respond to all questions. Property manager needs to reply. We were told she didn’t answer if she didn’t recognize number which seemed strange in her job. Thank you Anita for sharing all of your family favorites. Quite helpful.

The property is in a great location, nestled between the more resort area of Ka’anapali to the luxurious homes of Wailea. Anita’s place is perfectly situated on the side facing up the beach. It is a great view fir people watching and the sun does not bake the patio in the afternoon.
The roof top patio is an excellent place to watch the sunset and BBQ dinner. And there are plenty of dining opportunities right across the street if you don’t feel line cooking.
We highly recommend Anita’s place.

We had an absolute wonderful time in this condo in the heart of Kihei. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants, morning walks along the beach, and evening sunsets on the lanai. The communication with thr property manager was excellent, and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay fabulous. We loved every minute and would highly recommend this property to anyone! We had two couples, however a great condo for a family as well! Mahalo!! Can’t wait to return to Maui!

Loved the Condo. The hosts equipped the condo with everything one could need when visiting paradise. My only complaint was directed at the whole facility. The codes to get into the pool and rooftop were never correct. Finally got the right code from other guests so we could use the rooftop BBQ’s. Pool water very cold. Loved the beach however!

Good communication with Anita throughout. The condo was awesome! Really good location. It basically has 2 en-suites. Well stocked d the view is great! At times it can be a little noisy from the road but that is out of their control. Although the unit doesn’t have a/c, it was never needed. The fans and cross breeze was more than enough. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!!!

Second time that we’ve stayed in Kihei, and this by far was our favorite stay. Unit is clean, location is close to tons but f dining options and that balcony view is breathtaking. Really appreciated the snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, and other sports equipment in the unit. Anita was also very kind and communicative. This will definitely be on our go to rental for our next Maui stay!

This is a beautiful condo that is right on the beach and within walking distance of most things in Kihei. The property and condo are both absolutely beautiful and you can see tons of turtles from the balcony. My only complaints would be that the staff for checkin to get your parking pass has limited hours, some of the staff that maintains the property was very rude, and the location is wonderful but the strip is very loud through the night and you must keep the sliders and windows open due to no A/C. Overall I would most likely book again. Anita is very sweet and very Quick to respond!

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Beach access was just minutes away. Lots of easily walkable choices for restaurants. The condo came equipped with plenty of beach toys/boards for the kids. We definitely plan on going back!

The location of this property is its biggest selling point, and it does not disappoint. Steps from one of the best beaches in Kihei, snorkeling right in front of the condo, and spectacular sunsets from the Lanai. The other reviews mention the age and decor, but we found that to be a non-issue given everything else it had to offer. The condo is walking distance to most everything you would need, including amazing cinnamon rolls and fish tacos right across the street. Anita was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

This location is heavenly, with two amazing beaches just outside the building. The unit has everything you need and was so convenient. We would love to return! If you go, don’t miss going to the roof top for a BBQ during sunset!

We had a great time on our Maui vacation! The condo was in the perfect location. We had beautiful views of the ocean and could hear the waves crashing all night. Close to shopping, food, rentals, etc. We saw multiple turtles in the water on the beach in front of the condo! We had everything we needed for our 9 days. The rooftop deck was awesome and we ate dinner up there multiple times. There are obviously lots of people living/staying in the condos, however, we hardly ever saw other people. No issues with the elevator (even though one was closed for repairs), stairs, access to the rooftop deck, pool, etc. We would definitely stay here again. I wish we were still there now! Anita was great and very responsive to any questions.

The location is excellent with a nice view of Kamaole 1 Beach and the ocean. Just a short walk across the greenbelt to Kamaole 2 Beach. Anita, the owner was very responsive when I texted her with questions. The condo is old and the kitchen cabinets and drawers need updating but it has everything you need! Guest room closet has chairs, snorkel gear, football, volleyball, etc. There is no A/C at the property, which would be nice but if you keep the windows and slider open and the fans going it’s fine for most of the day.

Anita is a terrific, welcoming and highly responsive host. The lanai overlooks amazing sunsets and a small grassy park plus the beautiful beach. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels, great beach chairs and other gear as well as generous, matching kitchen equipment. The kitchen was smaller than expected. We also did not realize how heavily trafficked and noisy the road would be. That said, there are not many places in Kihei that are beachfront. This is a comfortable condo with a great view and easy access to restaurants, shops and a walking trail that runs along the water. And we were treated like family.

My entire family agreed that this was the best location ever! We loved being on the beach, and Kihei is a great location for accessing other parts of the island. Plus there are many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance of the condo. We highly recommend Maui Wave Riders for those wanting surf lessons and Gus’ Shave Ice. The only major drawback of our trip was the looming threat of Hurricane Lane. The uncertainty was very stressful, and it was a major bummer that many businesses were closed during the last three days of our stay, but that was just bad luck on our part. The owner stayed in touch with us throughout the ordeal, and we were all relieved when the hurricane was downgraded to a tropical storm.
The condo itself had everything you could possibly need, which was much appreciated. The only minus was a lack of air conditioning, but most nights we had a wonderful breeze blowing in off of the ocean to cool things down for sleeping. We would be delighted to return here some day—just not during hurricane season!

We had a wonderful time, this was the perfect spot for us, close to the beach, shopping and walking places. We had breakfast and some times dinner on the Lani. We watched the sun sets from the Lani. The beach chairs and towels were great, we also bought 2 larger noodles, as the other ones were bent. We will be using this place again. Loved it!!! Thanks for the great time.

March 2018 trip. My hubby and I have been to Maui about a dozen times over the past 25 years. Without a doubt this was our favorite condo experience. The location is beyond perfect with easy access to both Kamaole I and Kamaole II beaches. Everything you could imagine wanting or needing is basically right across the street including the newly expanded Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods store with delicious sandwiches and a salad bar and yummy coffee and smoothies. The beds in this lovely condo were uber-comfortable, the kitchen incredibly well-stocked. Condo-owner, Anita went out of her way to make it easy squeezy on all levels. Saw lots of turtles and whales from the gorgeous roof-top BBQ area. Truly loved every single thing about this complex and this condo and the perfect location right in South Kihei. Will be hoping to come back next year and stay again. Thanks Anita for sharing your "other home" with us!

My husband and I stayed in Kihei the week of Feb 22 through March 4, 2018. Anita and Mike's condo was in a perfect location. Each morning we would enjoy coffee on the lanai as we watched the moon go down and the beach come alive with early morning walkers and families arriving to enjoy a day at the beach. This was also our final spot to close out the evening with a cocktail while reviewing our days events.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was perfect for two couples to have plenty of space and privacy. All household amenities were at our fingertips. The washer and dryer was also a nice addition. The condo was in a good location in order to pick up a few groceries. We grilled on the rooftop while enjoying the view and visiting with other tenants. On evenings that we did not feel up to cooking there were restaurants in the area for a bite to eat.
We took in many of the activities and suggested restaurants that Anita provided. The rocky area in front of the condo was a great location to snorkel and watch the sea life, especially the sea turtles.
Our 10 day stayed went so quickly that it felt as though it was just a long weekend. Thank you Anita and Mike for making our 1st visit to Maui a very positive and relaxing experience.

You cannot beat the location of the Royal Mauian situated between 2 of the best beaches on the island. The view from this unit down Kamaole I beach is spectacular. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is the best. There is a large lanai with seating comfortably for 4-6 at a round patio table and even room for a 3 seat couch; perfect for stretching out to enjoy the view or nap in the sea breezes. It faces north so it is lovely and cool all day. The grounds of this complex are pristine and the amenities (pool and rooftop BBQ and dining area) are beautiful. The owner has started to upgrade the unit and has appointed the kitchen with all new appliances and a lovely tile shower in the master ensuite. The furnishings are up-to-date and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials; even food basics and spices. The in-unit laundry facilities are a bonus. The unit is well equipped with very nice bed linens, extra pillows, kitchen and bathroom towels and supplies. We found it clean, quiet and comfortable. Our host was very approachable and very timely with responses to our inquiries. We would recommend this unit and would definitely consider returning.

Owners are wonderful to work with! We have stayed at this location multiple times and have had an amazing time every time! Best swimming and paddle boarding beaches out your door along with turtles to snorkel with in the rocks out front too! We will be back as you can’t find a better location!

We found ourselves relaxing daily on the Lanai for hours and hours, the view was fabulous and the sound of the waves in the evening was sooo nice! The accommodations is in need of updates but does provide all the essentials. We were to arrive to have the 2nd bedroom beds pushed together as one, but had to do that ourselves. The roof to deck ad bar-b-ques are awesome...a must for the views! Great central location, close to all amenities.
