Everything was great! I loved the layout of the house and I appreciate all the details of making it environmentally friendly. She had lots of Tupperware and water filter and other nice touches. It’s also seem like the house had just been re-decorated and very nicely done.
My only very small things that could make it better is to get long mirrors in the bedrooms and to get large soap dispensers in the shower so not to use one time use plastic shampoo bottles. Sorry! Eco-Friendly friend here.

This property was very well equipped and in a prime location near the beach and town. The yard is very private but spacious. The kids played in the front and back yard. We did a ton of cooking and were so pleased to see how well stocked the house was with cooking supplies. We left the windows open and fans on and enjoyed the ocean breeze. You could hear the rain and waves at night. So peaceful!

We had a wonderful rental experience. This is the third time we have stayed in this location. My only negative feedback is that there aren't enough large pots to cook comfortably for a family of 10 people, which certainly isn't an unexpected number in a five bedroom house.

Fabulous, spacious home perfect for a family get away. The front lanai offers ocean views and a relaxing spot for quiet morning coffee and evening meals. It rained almost our entire stay and we still thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Ping pong table was also a great hit. You can't go wrong in this home. We'll be back!

We enjoyed the layout and space in this house. The location was prime with high walkability. Beautiful yard and excellent kitchen. Mahalo for letting us stay here. Our only suggestion is a couple of bikes and a couple of soft top surfboards in the closet downstairs. Also, the coffee pot was a little leaky, but that's an easy fix. It was great to have the coolers, beach chairs and the ping pong table was a huge hit. Good times at Hale Hoku!

We loved the house. It was open and clean and spacious. It was an unseasonably warm week so the rooms off the front porch were hot. Loved all the outdoor living spaces and the backyard. The proximity to town and the beach was its best feature. The outdoor shower was a plus. We appreciated the beach gear. Although the beach chairs need an upgrade. All the handles are broken making it difficult to carry to the beach. An extra refrigerator fir drinks perhaps located in the beach closet would be another great addition especially since the main one in the kitchen is temperamental as the host warned. Barbara on site was a welcome host and Lisa with the agency was invaluable as we navigated getting through all the safe travel requirements.

Perfect place for a family gathering close to the beach. Great kitchen super clean beautifully decorated. Well thought out for beach living, outdoor shower a place to rinse the sand off your feet close to the front stairs. Wonderful deck for sitting and enjoying the afternoon together, safe for the little ones. We really enjoyed ur stay

My 4 grown children and I had the pleasure of staying in the Hanalei Beach House. The home itself is perfect for a large group with the outside decks/furniture, many bathrooms, walking distance to the beach and town. We would not hesitate to stay there again and are looking forward to it sooner than later!

We were 4 couples and 5 children and the house could not have been more perfect! The home has been recently remodeled and everything is brand new. 3 of the 4 large rooms have private bathrooms and one room without has a bathroom across the hall next to the smaller bunkroom. This was perfect for our situation since the couple with the older kid (5 YRS) used the bunkroom and that bathroom. The house has great front and back decks for lounging with super comfortable furniture. There is a washer and dryer in home and another one in the utility room below the house. The house is a very short walk to the beach and is stocked with beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards and toys for the little ones. This was a super nice touch and made the beach experience amazing. I highly recommend this home for a few friends with our without kids.

Wonderful north shore home in great location just off Hanalei Beach. Spotlessly clean. 2-minute walk to the beach or Hanalei town. Refillable pump shampoos/conditioners would have been nice in the showers, otherwise, the home was well appointed with comfortable mattresses and furnishings, tasteful island decor and a kitchen stocked with most everything you could ask for to dine-in and cook for a family gathering. Unfortunately the trade winds were a bit weak so evenings were warmer than expected, but we made do with the extra fans. Would definitely recommend this property!

The house is well suited to a family vacation. Clean and well appointed. Close walking distance to the bay and town. The rental agency was wonderful and responsive. We had a truly wonderful time in Hale Hoku and would absolutely rent it again!
