The location is close to everything - rentals, a small market, restaurants.
The Unit is beautifully updated and beds are comfortable with new mattresses.

Very nice condo, clean and well supplied with all essentials. This condo does not have air conditioning, which I think should be clearly stated on the VRBO description. Katie the owner was very easy to communicate with. Perfect waterfront location.

Check-in was easy. Katie was easy to contact and talk with when I had questions. The view is amazing. It's is very tempting just to sit there and look out at the ocean. We had a great stay.

This property was clean and comfortable. It's located on the second floor of a well-maintained building with beach access and pretty grounds. The view from the patio was wonderful. We were able to walk from the unit to the beach in only a couple of minutes where we could swim, snorkel or relax in a chair and listen to the waves. Across the street were restaurants, a small general store and a place to rent beach equipment. There were a couple of small issues. The hot water in master bathroom sink was not hooked up and the front door lock was a little tricky so we couldn't count on it to lock on it's own. The issues were not large enough that they would keep us from renting here again. The place was perfect for two couples on vacation. Would definitely recommend.

This little condo is in a great location especially if you are new to this island and want to have amenities close by. Walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, surf/snorkel/beach gear rentals shops, it’s all right there. The condo is well equipped. Highly recommend taking advantage of the roof top at sunset. There was hardly anyone up there when we stayed. Lovely peaceful end to the day.
Beds were comfortable, beach gear ready for you to take down as soon as you arrive, kitchen well appointed, patio as the pictures show and host was lovely and responsive.
Note-There is a public park right outside the complex with the patio over looking it but it was quiet and not full of people. You are on a busy road (that’s how you get all the amenities so close!) and if you like to sleep with the windows open, you’ll get some road noise along with the crashing waves but never anything crazy. Loved our stay!

Great property..room seems modern.. great view.. 2 minute walk along grass and sand to the water of Kam1 one of nicest beaches I’ve seen. Roof access, 6th floor bbqs and fantastic view. 20 minutes to OGG.

It really doesn’t get better than this condo in Maui. Perfect location, we walked down to Kihei Cafe for coffee each morning. Great location for snorkeling and boogie boarding, just walk down to the beach. It’s so close! The condo is beautiful, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The property owner is one of the easiest I’ve ever communicated with using VRBO. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family!!

What a delightful experience in a wonderful location! Really enjoyed being close to the beach for quick access for afternoon naps or change of clothes. Close in to Kihei restaurants and shopping. With an expansive view of the ocean 24/7. The decor and furnishings were top grade and felt more like a high end hotel than a rental condo. Well organized and stocked kitchen had all the utensils we needed to prepare meals, but close to high end and downtown eateries giving you a choice each day. Truly a place to make wonderful memories!

The Royal Mauian is the best place to stay. Love the roof top BBQ area. Best snorkeling with turtles right is front. The grounds are meticulously maintained.
This condo is great for 2 couples as it has two master suites, as opposed to having two twin beds in the second room.

We LOVED staying in this property - the direct beach/ocean view when you walk in was stunning. Spacious, tastefully decorated - it was home away from home for a week and we were very sad to leave. Great, quick & clear communication with the owner. I used to stay at The Royal Mauian when I was a child and it was so great to come back and experience it again with my own family. Our stay was perfect.

This property is very well appointed. It had everything we could need including chairs umbrellas, kitchen implements, and more. The owners clearly take very good care of this unit. The unit is located near restaurants and activities which is convenient, but the noise level can be a little much. The noise tends to come from the street that runs past the unit. It is a main thorough fare for the town. That said, if you want to be in the heart of Kihei, you would be hard-pressed to find a better unit. Beach access was fantastic.

Location is great for this property and the island in general. Local beach was great for kiddo and snorkeling. Lots of shops within 2 to 3 minute walk, including food choices. View is nice at the condo, but also on the roof with 360 degree views and was nice to bbq up there at sunset. We will be coming again!

The owner was amazing. Excellent communication. Quick to respond to any questions we had. The property had a beautiful view with turtles right off our beach. The property itself was immaculate and super clean (which is very important to me) everything was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Plenty of everything we could need. This house was everything we needed and more! We came to Maui for 10 days and were even able to comfortably work from this location for a few of the days. The house had everything we needed and more! Kihei was such a wonderful place to land and you really can’t beat the quick walk to the beach! We swam with turtles everyday just in front of the property.

Our family had a great time at this condo. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and everything needed to cook a family meal. The rooftop grilling area had spectacular views that allowed our family to prepare and eat dinner outside while watching the sunset.

Located in between 2 Kihei beaches the Royal Mauian condos is an ideal spot for vacationers. The rental and check in went smoothly. The owner was communicative and condo staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was a refreshing option for late afternoons, and the beaches were great. While there's no air-conditioning in the unit, this wasn't an issue as the fans and cross breezes kept things cool. The unit has been renovated and with 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms its ideal for adults (friends, family, couples) it was perfect for my mother and me.

Great location, the beaches on either side of condo are perfect, no need to leave. The view from the lanai every morning was a great way to start the day. The sunset from the roof top doesn’t get much better. There are turtles in front of the condo! We had a perfect week. Only suggestion, the condo could use 2 more beach chairs. Incredible location on Kamaole I beach with sea turtles galore! Perfect ocean view from living room, deck and master bedroom. The condo was sparkling clean, nice furniture, fullly equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We used the rooftop deck for a BBQ with amazing view. Walk to great cafes and shops. We had a wonderful time here. Katie was very friendly and called to make sure everything was good. Thanks Katie!
