Our family loved Lanelle’s property. We felt like we were staying at an exclusive resort! Everything was immaculate. The proximity to the lagoon and pool made it possible for us to dip our toes in the water daily! We also loved that it was on the main floor, with a nearby parking space. After a long day of hiking waterfall trails, it was nice to get to the air conditioning quickly and easily. Lanelle and her team were responsive to every question and were gracious enough to return some items my husband left in a dresser after we checked out (including his car keys!) Thank you!

Property was beautiful and loved the grass area for my granddaughter to play. Very short walk to the pool and the beach. We had an amazing time with the comforts of home. Lanelle was very helpful in answering any questions. Shane was our on sight contact person and responded within a short time.

This location was perfect. The place was beautiful. The only thing was it needs a laundry basket other than that you couldn’t ask for anything more. I had everything just no restaurant on site. Everything else was perfect.

We loved our stay in Oahu. The room was very clean and had everything you could think of. We didn’t need to bring sand toys, beach stuff, crib, high chair, or even a stroller. We were very impressed. The location also can’t be beat. Just walking distance to the beach! Will definitely be back.

We loved this splendid set up, with lagoons for swimming and snorkeling. Villa very lovely, quality in most aspects. Enjoyed music in the late afternoons by the bar area.
We had issues with appliances however. Wine cooler was broken, dishwasher also broke down. Maintenance people came often to fix things. I think all appliances need to be gone over so they are functional. We had to hand wash dishes for 8 people which kept us busy.

My husband and I were celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary with our 4 children (ages 8,11,14, and 16). The Beach Villas at Ko Olina was the perfect location!! The Lagoon was a short walking distance and the perfect place for our kids to play on the beautiful beach and in the clear water. The neighborhood was incredible safe while being walking distance to Roy's, Monkeypod, Paradise Cove Luau, Island Vintage Coffee, etc. We loved being on the ground floor so our kids could play outside while we cooked dinner. We used the lanai everyday to enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian weather. Everyone at the resort was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lagoon and resort were quiet and not over crowded at all. Would highly recommend staying here!

We were able to rent this 3 bedroom villa to celebrate my daughter’s acceptance into UH and her 18th birthday. This villa accommodated my family, my mother, aunties, and cousins. We had an incredible time at this condo! It’s location and proximity to the pool and lagoon was so convenient. It is also great that it was walking distance to the Marriott, Four Seasons, and Aulani resorts and the other lagoons. The condo had everything we needed for the trip with a baby and two young children- a crib (which we kept in the large primary bedroom closet), high chair, beach necessities, and even dominos to play. All the kids loved playing in the beautiful green space right outside the sliding doors. Lanelle was very responsive and we had the best time. Highly recommend!

This condo was a great choice for three couples. The Beach Villas is an awesome property with a nice selection of amenities. It was very comfortable to stay at and you didn't feel over crowd as we have in past stays at neighboring resorts.

This was such a great place to stay with extended family. We were there to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very clean. We generally tend not to wear shoes at home and the condo passed our white sock test (socks were not dirty after walking through the condo)! All in all, it was a lovely stay!

We loved our family getaway in this well-appointed condo. The facilities are gorgeous and the condo was roomy and clean with high-end appliances. There were beach towels, chairs, and toys for the best part of this location, the lagoons. My children snorkeled almost every day in the safe lagoons and we even rented paddleboards. My favorite part was waking up early to have coffee on the patio and then going for a two-mile walk where I wandered along with all the other resorts in Ko Olina. I even saw a Hawaiian Monk Seal one day (he was on the beach resting). I loved being able to walk out to everything directly through our patio (ground floor). However, because it's on the ground floor you aren't able to directly see the ocean from the unit (if that is important to you). However, the ocean is very close and you can hear it! I preferred the easy access and having the green lawn as an extension of our unit for my boys to play soccer and catch.
We were able to travel to all of the other sites on the island easily and Costco, Target, etc. were just one exit up on the highway. Parking was super easy in the below-ground structure. We had an issue with the laundry machine, but the local contact was very helpful and made sure we had extra towels until it was fixed.
We would absolutely return to this beautiful home!

We had the best family vacation we've ever had thanks to this perfect family condo. Parents, Grandparents, a teen, a kid, a toddler and an infant were all comfortable. The beach, the pools, the room, the location, the wifi, washer and dryer, instapot, rice cooker, high chair, crib, snorkels, beach chairs, beach towels, parking, location to the trash chute and elevators. All of these conveniences made a difference. The pool was quite cold but everything else was second to none.
We never wanted to leave and will definitely return.

We had a great stay in this condo! We changed plans when the home we were going to stay at sold and couldn’t have had a better stay!
You never know exactly what to buy/bring and this condo had it all! A beach bag, beach towels, species, paper towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, snorkel masks and so much more!
Our stay was so comfortable with 4 adults and an 11 year old.
The location of the unit is great, while we didn’t have an ocean view, we had the bottom floor location and a short walk to the beach. Birds singing outside the sliding glass door to wake us up in song every morning.
The pools and girls were easy to get to and easy to use. We divided our time between the pool and the lagoon.
We took walks everyday around Ko Olina, the condo location is a perfect getaway!

Our son and his family ( 2 adults and 5 kids ages 3 to 12) had a great week. First floor access to green area really worked well with our grand kids.
Suggest someone check dryer vent and the dryer did not work well. Everything else was great.

Loved staying here. The communication was great and any questions I had prior to arriving were quickly responded to. Having a little one, it was nice that there was also a crib, AND a pack-n-play. They also had sand toys for her to play with, as well as a stroller for walks to the restaurants and stores. The unit itself was clean and seemed to be well taken care of! Everything was labeled and organized for where things go. Would easily stay here again!
