Brent's place has all the qualities for a wonderful Maui stay. Ample space, great community amenities (pools, tennis courts) and close proximity to multiple beaches. I would highly recommend this place if staying in this part of the island.

Amazing vacation with family including my 94 yr old dad. The property was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. Check in was super easy and everything we could want (beach chairs, snorkels, games, etc) was right there in the unit. It was wonderful to go out and tour every day and come back to the beautiful pools (one with a rock fountain behind it) and hot tub and a really nice loft condo. Kitchen was well set up with pans and utensils and laundry in unit made coming home with wet clothes easy. Great property!

This was a solid place to stay with lots of pros and a few cons:
Pros:
-Beautiful grounds/pool with pretty vegetation
-Great lanai view of palm trees/plants/sky
-Excellent selection of beach gear
-Convenient location, short drive to a variety of beaches, Wailea, etc.
-Lots of kids books, games, pack-n-play
Cons:
-Furniture dated/uncomfortable
-Nonstick cookware was in really rough shape
-Washer/dryer smelly/moldy
-Didn't seem deeply cleaned (dusty, dirty light switches, stuff like that)
-2 smaller lanais aren't very usable, sort of pointless
-Pillows flat/uncomfortable

The condo was wonderful. It was clean and large and the complex was beautiful. My kids really enjoyed playing the various games provided and we used the snorkel and beach equipment. The only thing to note with kids is the pools have "quiet hours" from 6pm-9pm, which is annoying. Otherwise had a great time there.

The Condo was great, very spacious and clean.
The Location is perfect and Maui Kamaole is also very clean and beautiful.
Brent was very helpful and responded very quickly.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The first day we were slightly confused how to get to the building but directions were provided and we just didn’t use them correctly.
Just a short walk to the beach.

Nice location close to Kam 3 beach and Kihei boat ramp. Short drive to Ulua and other Wailea beaches. We appreciated all the beach gear such as boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs and snorkel gear. Kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking supplies. Overall a very nice stay!

Absolutely beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. Both inside and out. You get the lrovacy of your own little condo. The condo is very spacious and cleaned, up to date appliances and furniture make it more enjoyable. The pool, hot tub and grill area are super clean. Pur host was so easy to get a hold of and accomodating. We travaled woth children, they wnjoyed themselves just as much.

First of all, no ants. I was so psyched about this. My dad has lived in Maui for over a decade and bugs are almost always an issue at his place in Kihei, so I fully prepared myself to do battle. How delighted I was to put away mah spray. In general the unit is clean and well kept. The kitchen is very clean and all the appliances seem fairly new. You have your choice of drip, Keurig or electric kettle--spoil me why don't you! It's also really nice of the owners to leave some essentials, such as laundry pods, dish soap, and toilet paper. (Any chance to save money on Maui, people.) There were plenty of towels; I think we probably used them all, eyeroll.
The closet also has a ton of beach accoutrement, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc. The living room TV can be sort of confusing to use, but there are loads of channels.
The unit has nice views no matter which patio you go to. The main lanai faces the upper pool, so there's some ambient noise, but nothing egregious. Also, that upper pool! LOVED IT. Truly a lush little oasis with a waterfall pool and a steaming hot tub (whirlpools were broken, no big) and some super Canadians who were also staying on property.
Safety being an issue when travels, we were careful to lock the doors at night, but honestly this place is on the second floor, tucked back in the division, so we felt secure. I also noted there's a security guard on duty at night at the pool and most of the people we encountered in the division were other families and/or just plain friendly.
We were less than 10 minutes from the beach and five minutes' drive from a ton of great restaurants.
The only downside was the AC in the living room was broken. We didn't know until we arrived, though Brent was quick to respond when we reached out about it (he did try to send us an email). It wasn't a huge issue.

This property was accurately described and listed. It’s located in a central part of Maui that made visiting highlights/landmarks of the island easy and not too far away. Host was easy to reach when there was an issue. Staff at the property were super nice and accommodating. Great snorkeling and beaches right by the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and full of equipment for the beach (like snorkels and boogie boards) which made everything easier. There's a pool, hot tub and BBQ grills just steps from the condo. The owner was quick to communicate with us and answer any questions or problems we had. Highly recommended!

My husband, three sons (20, 17, 12) and I had a great stay at Brent and Cindy's VRBO. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with beach towels and ocean gear. The property was beautiful and safe. It's a great, relaxed location with plenty of restaurants close by. One of our favorites was taking a walk to The Cinnamon Roll Place. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was well maintained and well stocked with beach gear (snorkeling, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.), cooking essentials, and laundry. The deciding factor for me was that the unit had AC, 3 units, both bedrooms and living area, this was important because it does get hot mid-day in Maui. We were very comfortable in this condo, its super cozy and quiet, and the grounds are impeccably landscaped. The complex has gas grills very close to the unit, which were convenient when we grilled out and the condo has all the grill tools you need. My favorite was the lanai, the view is lush tropical trees and flowers, the landscape actually provides a lot of privacy, you could sit out and take in the view without having to see other guests, and there were some gorgeous sunsets!!! The location is great, easy walk to Kamaole beach park. We chose to drive since we took a lot of gear to the beach, but there was always plenty of public parking. The Kamaole beaches I, II, III parks are pretty awesome, you can go out on the beach, but if you need a break from the sun, you can retreat to the shaded park and still look out over the ocean. Overall, absolutely amazing vacation, for sure I would stay at this condo again!!

Clean, well situated and ideal for our busy stay. With our family group wanting to maximize the brief time on the island, the condo offered a place to recharge with sleep and start the day well. The beds were comfortable and bedding additions were ready for use; each bedroom offered privacy. Living room and kitchen were central to planning our time, the space allowed every one to participate in conversation. Patio outside living room gave an additional shared space to enjoy morning coffee or drinks with a sunset background. The selection of local food eateries were excellent and gave an opportunity for regional flavors. Crossing the road gives access to the beach where we saw schools of fish, besides the turtles and view of Molokini crater. The vacation ended but already planning for the next trip and hope Brent and Cindy's place will be available. FYI - there is a flight of stairs to access the front door besides the interior stairs to upper bedroom.

Our group really enjoyed staying at this place. We actually wanted to extend our stay but it was fully booked out for the next few months. The place was spacious and in a great location, close to the beach. The place was fully stocked with items like beach gears and kitchen cookware, although we didn’t use the kitchen much for cooking but it’s there if you need it. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Kihei area.

We had a wonderful stay for a week here in January. Our kids shared the bottom room ( we appreciated the fold out futon) and we adults had the upstairs room. The entire property is beautiful with established foliage and palm trees, three porches in the condo all felt very private and secluded. The pool is gorgeous and we were there every day. So many close by beaches (3-10 min drive). Easy snorkeling with turtles and beautiful tropical fish. Condo is well stocked with snorkel gear and beach chairs. Lots of good restaurants… great kids play area at Maui brewing, and I loved the fish tacos at Coconuts, and the shaved ice place nearby. Sunset view 3 min from the property, which we enjoyed almost every night with whales jumping in the distance.
The host was very responsive. We had an issue with our code on the first day and it was resolved within minutes. Highly recommend.

On our family trip we just needed a place to put our stuff down and sleep. We were mostly out and about it was nice to come back is the pool and hot tub. At night the stars are amazing! And this place is walking distance to a great picnic area right around the beach which was too perfect for sunset. Great host and property manager

Good value, good location. Could use some upgrade on towels. Also there was not quite a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.
Roof construction going on which made sitting out upstairs impossible. Grounds were beautiful though.

The condo was perfect for us seniors and our adult daughters. We cooked together in the well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the airiness of the condo design with doors open to catch the breeze we never needed AC and just used fans at night. The pool and hot tub are close by and we loved the gorgeous garden setting. Kamaole Bach across the street was a great place to play in the surf. We used the beach chairs every day. I would love to come back soon! Mahalo.

The condo was very clean and nice amenities. There are 2 pools and once the families with children found the upper pool we used, there was non stop screaming from 9:30 to 6:30 pm. A guest actually yelled from the balcony to shut up!

Loved our stay here. Brent was very quick to respond and check in with us. The condo is well-stocked. We loved that there were chairs, beach towels and sand toys available for us to borrow. Plenty of kitchen supplies - enough for us to cook a full thanksgiving dinner! All the instructions for check out and check in were easy-peasy. Mahalo!

Great location. Filled with lots of extras. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy to cook meals as they provide most of the cooking essentials and condiments you will need to cook your favorite foods. Pool is beautiful and very close. BBQ area is also near or at the pool. Hosts were very engaging and answered any questions as they came up immediately. Just can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was!!! Highly recommend!!!

This property is a 10 out of 10. The owner was so quick to respond when I had questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, right across the street from Kamaole Beach 3, a great public beach. You are so close to everything.
