Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here last month. Highlights: location was close to beaches and shops, restaurants. Walkable to the beach :) Apartment is cozy, had a lot of kitchen tools to use and it was clean and spacious for us 4 to stay in. The only issue was the shower drain was slow for the water to go down, but besides that everything else was fine. And the washer and dryer was convenient to wash our clothes everyday, but it was quite loud. Not a big deal though :)

This relaxed family resort is just across the street from the beach park. It is not ocean view, but you can catch a glimpse of it from the lanai which is also a great place to watch the sun color the sky at sunset if you don't want to take the short walk to the beach.
We would certainly stay there again.

Property is very well kept and stalked with supplies, and for the most part quiet.
Property manager Linda is a gem, she was there to help with any concerns/issues we had.
Enjoyed the pools, as well as the people we talked with that frequent them. Location is a easy walk to anywhere you want to go.

The condo was in a very convenient location for our stay. We were at the far end of the complex, but was an easy walk to the park across the street to watch the sunset. Unit was extremely well stocked and clean. Enjoyed our stay completely.

Everything about this vacation was convenient- the booking, arrival, checking in, checking out. The place is lovely, located conveniently in S. Kihei with beautiful beaches and stores to explore. Literally, the walk to the beach was 5minutes. We got to swim in the ocean at sunset and stargaze at night. Such a magical location!

This place was a perfect launching pad for my recent weeklong stay in Maui. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach (Kam 3) and I loved being able to enjoy the sunrise there with almost no one else! The place itself was very clean, with plenty of beach accessories (beach chairs, boogie boards) which I unfortunately did not find until our last morning (they are in the balcony closet). I really loved staying in such a cute area, with easy commutes to Wailea, Road to Hana, or even up the coast to Lahaina and Ka'anapali Beach. Loved this place, and highly recommend this location.

This unit was amazing! Clean as can be, roomy, everything the site said it would be. Off of Kihei Rd, very close to shops and food. Beach across the street! I recommend (not that my opinion matters!) you scarf up availability here!!

This condo was very clean and tastefully furnished. The view is of the pool and courtyard, so you can't really see the ocean. But, a great beach is right across the street, and that's the most important thing. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and activities. A good value. I rented this condo for my sisters, and they loved it. I would definitely recommend and rent it again.

This condo was the best I have ever had. It had everything you can think of even sports and picnic equipment. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes and yourselves. Before shopping for food check out what previous tenants left - coffee, herbs etc.
It is quiet, spotless and near the beach, shops, cafes etc.
This is a place to come again.

Pros:
I was quite comfortable in the king size bed. The lanai was always shaded which I liked. There were beach chairs and umbrella as well as noodles, body boards and snorkel gear. It was great having a washer and dryer. Furnishings were in excellent condition, lights were bright. There weren't any bugs in the condo. The grounds crew keeps the area very tidy. Kitchen had everything I needed. I'd like to come back again.
Cons:
It's a ways to walk to get to the grills and pool from the second floor. The light switch into the bedroom didn't turn on anything. No main room A/C just in the bedroom. TV remote numbers are gone and it doesn't turn the tv on. Just turn it on manually and you're set.

We had such a great time. The condo was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Great location, right across from beautiful beach with restaurants and shopping close by. Even though it was hot we did not need the air conditioning...just opened the windows turned on the fans and had a lovely cross breeze. Grounds were well maintained and the pool was refreshing. Our first time to Hawaii and plan on visiting again.

We had a fabulous time staying at Hale Kamaole. Perfectly furnished. Everything you need. Not cluttered very comfortable furniture. Location is perfect. Walk to many great restaurants. Beach across the road. Karen has all the furnishing for the beach. We are looking forward to a return visit.

I stayed in this unit for a (unfortunately) short combined work and vacation trip. The complex, and this unit, were very well kept. The unit has many upgrades, was incredibly comfortable, and had many added amenities that made my stay wonderful. (Beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards...)
Appliances, kitchenware, towels and linens were all new or like new. Ample parking, quiet complex... I can't say enough about this place. Beach and shopping / restaurants within walking (or short driving) distance.

As a wedding gift, our son & daughter-in-law said everything here was really nice & the people were friendly. There was no problem arriving after-hours at the condo. At the te au moana luau they met another couple staying here who have been coming back 20+ years since their honeymoon & they said this complex was the nicest place to stay on Maui! On their last day, after checking out, they enjoyed a golf lesson & golf at Maui Nui Golf with Rich

Right across from kamaole 3 beach. Saw and snorkeled with sea turtles right off of kamaole point, between kamaole 2 and 3, 3 days in a row. Condo is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy drive from airport. Condo itself was very clean and quiet with all the necessities to cook, lots of towels etc. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella are there for use. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 star was the snorkel gear was old and some of it was broken and not usable. Had to buy a mask. Also, there was no laundry detergent to wash towels. Minor things. Would still recommend to anyone.

This one bedroom condo was well-decorated, very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable king bed, plus sofa sleeper. The kitchen had appliances in good condition, dishes, pots, small appliances, BBQ utensils, plus dish soap, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, and garbage bags. The small washer/dryer in unit was useful. The beach towels, boogie boards, swim noodles, lawn chairs, and cooler were great amenities. Just bring shampoo, conditioner, and lotions, and buy consumables at the local stores. We did not need the bedroom air conditioner in April -- just opened the door and used the fans. The complex itself is somewhat older, but still in reasonable shape, with a lawn area for barbecues and a couple of small swimming pools.
The location was across the street from a nice park and beach area on Kamaole III beach, with snorkeling, boogle boarding, and sunset viewing. Although the street is very busy, the cars stop for pedestrians, so it was not a problem to get across. We saw turtles from the trail overlooking the ocean. The owners were responsive to questions. Overall, the prime location and condition of the condo made this a great value for a relaxing stay in Maui.

My wife and I, and 13 yr old daughter stayed at Karen's condo for 9 nights recently during Spring Break. The best part of the condo is the location...5 minute walk to Kam III beach which is great and has amazing snorkelling at the north end. Also close to all of Kihei's restaurants and amenities. Turn left from the entrance and you're on your way to all of the fancy shops and restaurants in Wailea...only 5-10 minute drive away. Also all the amazing beaches in Wailea (Big Beach, Keawakapu, Maluaka, Po'olenalena...). The condo is very clean and has all the comforts of home. Meals can be made here (lots of bbq grills near the two pools) and the cupboards are stocked with everything you'll need. Beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards are in the lanai closet. Didn't need the A/C in the bedroom...just open the front door and the lanai doors and the breeze was great (in March).

The only complaint I had was no central air. Just a window unit in the bedroom. Other than that it was great!! Right across the street from the beach. Very clean and had a washer and dryer which was wonderful!!
