The unit had everything we needed (including beach chairs) and the AC worked perfectly. Restaurants and shops were within easy walking distances. Being right at the beach was spectacular. We had a couple of teens and grandparents and everyone from age 14 to age 75 was comfortable and loved our stay.The kitchen is well kept and has everything you need to prepare full meals. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.We loved the balcony with ocean and beach views to just enjoy the beauty of Maui.

What a perfect location. We had an amazing time for the 9 days we spent in Maui. This apartment is close to shops and restaurants and is overall well maintained. The only downsides were no AC so the nights were warm, and the kitchen was missing a few small things like some cooking oil, a spatula, aluminum foil etc. which we purchased and left for the next guests. The bed in the primary bedroom was a little uncomfortable but tolerable. The property management company were extremely easy to work with and helpful. I would stay again.

The unit itself is very acceptable with good amenities, great location, and nice fans and A/C. Property management group felt overbearing with too many calls and texts including the need to call on the way in to have someone meet us (this is 2026- just text me the entry code!). Kind of odd to arrive to a man inside our unit. Only downside to building is the old-fashioned louvered windows- not good for noise insulation when we had a noisy family come in on the balcony next door. Otherwise very calm and quiet with the sound of waves out your window and from the patio which was lovely!

The location of this property was excellent—right on the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, activities, and other attractions. The home itself was generally as described, and we appreciated being so close to everything.
Unfortunately, the lack of effective air conditioning made our stay difficult. While there was a stand-alone A/C unit and several fans, they were not sufficient to keep the space comfortable, especially during the day. As a result, our family decided to leave after the first night.
That said, the owners were understanding and graciously refunded a portion of our stay, which they were not obligated to do and was greatly appreciated. Their willingness to work with us left a positive impression.
Overall, the location is a major highlight, but the heat was a little too much for my girls.

Loved the location and complex. We wouldn’t stay in this exact room again though. It is run down and not the cleanest. When we first got there we noticed the floors were dirty when wiping them up with a towel. There were a couple big hairballs too. It could use a major deep cleaning. All of the curtains are soiled and screens are coming out of the windows. It is run down and definitely could use an update. It could be better equipped as well, such as a rubber spatula and egg turner along with more than just salt and pepper and a couple of spices.There isn’t any air conditioning but it wasn’t too bad since it was June and we had the fans going. Our kids loved the small pool and the beaches were nice too. The location can’t be beat and the complex managers/employees who maintain the area are great. The snorkeling was awesome where we saw lots of fish and turtles. Just across the street there are at least 3 places to rent snorkel gear, boogie boards etc. We will definitely be coming back to this area/comlpex but to a different unit next time.

Great location in Kihei. The apartment was spacious, had comfortable beds, and several beaches amenities like noddles and chairs that came in handy. The hosts were communicative and check-in was very easy. There's convenient access to Kam 2 beach and shared space with chairs overlooking the ocean.

This is a lovely space and was great for our family trip with our two teens. When we initially got there I felt like it was tight/smaller than expected but it was fine once we got settled and luggage put away. Some reviewers said they felt the property was noisy but we did not experience that. We loved watching the sea turtles just over the edge of the water. The balcony is so relaxing with amazing views of the water and volcano. The property has everything needed for a great stay. We appreciated the spices and seasonings and the coffee filters in the kitchen. We also appreciated the beach chairs. We left a cooler bag to be used by the next guests. We also enjoyed the AC and loved that we could walk to so many places from the property. It was also nice to have two different beach options. We had a terrific time staying at this property and would stay here again.

Overall the condo was nice, however there were several bugs and the condo is very dated and small. It was a convenient location. The property sites within an HOA and the property manager who mind you is different than the manager of this condo. The property manager was extremely rude. She began by stating there were property rules on the first day greeting us as we parked. Now this was unknown to us. I asked her for a copy of the rules which she ignored my request. Two days later she advised me that someone reported I had spit off the front entrance of the condo. Again, I asked for the rules and again she ignored my request. This time stated she made our property manager aware of the problem. I expressed our concerns regarding kids knocking on our door and running, she again ignored our problems. The kids running after knocking became such a problem we had to contact 911. We dealt with Officer Beretta and he gave us a police report number 26012992. The last night in our stay, they did catch one of the guys, it is unknown to us what took place between the police department and him.Now our property manager of the condo we did make aware that there were several bugs and responded sending someone that day to bring us bug spray and some light which plugs in to attract insects. This did work some but we were overwhelmed with the amount. We had to constantly spray and kill bugs getting in our beds, on counters and bathroom vanities, this was disgusting.

The property overall is very nice. We had a two bedroom with a spectacular view, however, the condo is tiny and I would not recommend sharing with anyone other than parents with two kids.Unfortunately with all of the rain in the area the gnats have taken over. There were quite a number of gaps in our screens and they took over. It was not good. The owners stress that there is no air conditioning. There should be as the trade winds do not come through this unit.

As mentioned in other reviews this is a older place, BUT the location and being two bedrooms was key for the family. There is a need for a pen for the parking pass, which there was not one. So plan on brining a pen. : ) Was a good place for the family.

It had the bare minimum, no clocks in the bedrooms, no spatulas, salt and pepper- the couches weren’t comfortable at all. I would absolutely stay in this complex again, but I’d pick a different unit.

The location was great, right on the beach. The unit could use a bit of an update. Many of the towels were stained and in poor condition, the curtains were hanging off from the tracks. The property manager was great, we asked for more blankets, she went to Walmart and bought 2 more blankets for the beds. The beds were very comfy. Great property, just needs a little TLC.

We're a family of six and we were very happy with our stay. The place was immaculate, hotel quality cleanliness. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The location is excellent, right next to a quite private beach. Lots of restaurants for both coffee, breakfast and dinner within a short walk.

Stay here for the view! The near oceanfront lanai is the most enticing aspect of this otherwise “vacation rental classic” condo. We had a hard time prying ourselves away from the outdoor space, from which whales were clearly visible in the morning and the afternoon (we came in February, peak whale season.) The unit is located near several shops, bars, and restaurants, which made it ideal for us, and the adjacent beach is beautiful. The condo has everything we needed to be comfortable, including fast wi-fi and good a/c. We did have a couple of very minor hiccups, but the owner was responsive and everything was cleared up quickly. I will warn drivers that the parking is ample, but tight for any vehicle larger than a compact sedan. And to echo other reviews, the bedrooms are not well insulated, and the street noise was near constant. So if you are a lite sleeper, bring your earplugs. But it’s worth it! Would and will stay here again!

Beautiful location. Walking distance to restaurants and all shopping. Great size rental for my family of 3. Rental had variety of things for the trip such as beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella. Host was very responsive when asked questions. Only negative is no AC. We had great breezes but in the evening had to close the windows due to noise so the bedrooms got hot despite running the ceiling fan on high.

The location of the unit could not have been better! The pool was right outside our doors and the ocean just a few steps away. The unit was great for two adults and two teenage children. They had everything we needed, including beach, chairs, and beach towels. Great customer service with the front office. Also, the location on the island was perfect. Great location close to stores & restaurants in central Kihei. Private layout with the two bedrooms separated from each other by the living room & kitchen. Ocean views were great! The X01 units in this complex (aka 301, etc) are on the east side of the building, the most distant from the ocean, and closest to the parking lot of the adjacent building to the south, the 1 story laundry facility below, and closest to Kihei Rd. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen sufficiently equipped. There were beach beach chairs (3), umbrella, and coolers.

The view was incredible and so close to the ocean. On calm days there was snorkeling right outside your door with fish and TURTLES! On windy days the waves were boogy board fun size. A really nice group of people from the condo would gather at sunset on the lawn to watch the sun slip behind the horizon with a conch salut. It was truly memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the patio and living room was absolutely beautiful — we spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying it. Everything in the house worked well and made our stay easy and pleasant.
The only small thing to mention is that some of the furniture and household items feel a bit dated and could use an update. Also, the door to the main bedroom with the king-size bed doesn't close properly — it would be great if that could be fixed.
Overall, it's a lovely home and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for hosting us!

Overall everything was terrific. Kitchen could use a few newer pans and spatulas/cooking items. Pleasantly surprised there was little issue with bugs (just ghost ants but nothing more than that). Paradise! Beautiful views, easy access to beach, pool, lawn for tanning, even throwing away trash. So much convenience and beauty and the BEST part is having A/C! Also, falling asleep every night with closed doors, fan and A/C on while STILL hearing the ocean waves….swoon!!! So many amenities of home too- toaster, cooking supplies, coffee and tea maker, etc. Chairs provided for beach, coolers, great balcony for outdoor dining. Having a grab bar in the shower with easy walk in access was amazing for my mobility impaired mom too. Totally worth the high cost! You won't be disappointed!
