We cannot say enough amazing things about this place! We had so much fun! The view was gorgeous. The lanai was so comfortable. We love the decorations. It was so cute and cozy. We were sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again. There was plumeria right outside of the lanai, which made it smell so good in the morning when you sat and had a cup of complementary Hawaiian coffee.When we first got there, there were two Hawaiian beers in the refrigerator, which was a perfect thing for us to go straight nearby Poipu beach with. It was so close to Poipu Beach. We went there every day to see the turtles. Go out at seven in the morning and come in at seven at night. It was incredible and Spiritual. We also walked to shipwreck beach easily. and drove to shipwreck's beach and parked and then got to do the beautiful heritage trail from there. It was the best location. There's a cute restaurant bar nearby that we never got to, but it had live music on Friday which we would love to do next time being close to Poipu Beach makes it so much fun because there's cute restaurants. I wish I could be there right now. The hosts were so kind and generous. They let us have some extra time that last morning, which made things very relaxing. They were so easy to contact. It was the best experience! Thank you again for this amazing experience

We loved this place for our family getaway. You can walk down in the morning to sea turtles lounging on the beach. We had plenty of room for our kids, and the full kitchen was SO nice to have. A lot of places don’t have A/C and luckily this place had 2 units (1 for each bedroom). I don’t think we would have survived without it. Susan was very responsive, and we’d stay here again. Lovely condo!

We had a nice stay in this condo. It was pretty minimally equipped (minimal food storage containers, no beach stuff) but the place was clean and comfortable. It has clearly seen some renter abuse but everything was in working order. It is in a great location, maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach. Our daughter loved the pool which was clean and nice.

We stayed here for eight days, the unit made us feel at home. It has a great cozy vibe that is minutes walk from the beach, as well as all the dining in the Poi’pu area. Host was very responsive if we had any questions. Well-equipped for a long stay with the amenities. When we would do our Kauai adventures (Na Pali Coast Tour, Wailua River Kayak, & Luau) it was all well within driving distance and when we got back it felt “nice to be home”.

The area was super open and clean which made it a really fun place to stay! The view over the ocean was great from the lanai and it was a little over a 5 minute walk to get to the ocean and a bit farther to get to Poipu beach and see the turtles! Only note to make about it is that there were multiple geckos that went up and down the wall and were a bit uncomfortable to be around while eating. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay!

The pool could get a little noisy at times, but for the most part it was quiet and peaceful here, with everything you needed for a great vacation.

We enjoyed the location and it was easy to find. Communication once we were staying there was good with the management. But leading up to it the communication was all over the place meaning it was multiple emails, texts and website references. That needs to be more concise. I don't appreciate text messages that tell me to go look at a previous email especially when trying to navigate in a new place in real time. Just give the main information in bullet-points so it's always at the forefront of communication with guests. Address, Key Code, Parking instructions. I realize there is a lot of suggestions for what to do that maybe helpful, but it's irritating to sort through which email or text is important information or just adds. The kitchen needs more basics like forks, pans and normal kitchenware. Otherwise you'll have to spend more time cleaning like we had to do because of the limited amount of kitchenware. The condo was clean but smelled somewhat like damp moldy air.

My husband and I were very pleased with the rental in Poipu. It was very well appointed and handsome surprises for us. I had purchased whole bean coffee at the grocery store and when I realized it early in the morning, I thought oh they won't have a coffee grinder, but lo and behold they did. We were very happy with the accommodations in the close proximity to Poipu Beach. Thank you. We will be back.

Great suite, clean, easy check in and out down the road at the office. Suite came with beach chairs, beach towels, 2 sets of trekking poles, golf balls and a beach umbrella. AC unit is only for the bedroom but the dining and living rooms have fans. Shower water pressure is good but takes forever to warm up. HOA prohibits hanging anything on the furniture or balcony railings to dry. Access to shops and restaurants is a 5min drive away and the beach is a 7 min walk. You also get access to the athletics club down the road for free. Overall loved our time here and would definitely book again.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. We really enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, walking to the beach, and visiting the Koloa fruit stand. A/C units in bedroom and loft worked great, kitchen had everything we needed, and condo was plenty of space for our family of 4. Beach chairs and umbrella included in closet.Kitchen adequately stocked for cooking, and outdoor grill was clean and worked well.The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable.Air mattresses were in closet if you plan to have more than 2 people.

Garden unit chosen specifically because it was ground level and close to two others rented for the larger group. Excellent choice! Well appointed, nicely decorated, great location for the delightful walk down to Poipu beach park. Grassy areas great for the kids to burn off energy. BBQ close by. Beach closet even had snorkels and an umbrella, in addition to the chairs, cooler, boogie boards, towels...... Well Done! and Thanks!

We had a great time at Poipu Kai. The place was very clean and spacious. It was a quick walk to the beach to see sea turtles on the beach resting and in the water while snorkeling. It is a great location and we loved how it was a short drive to all the excursions we had planned as well as Old Koloa Town.

After we got over the surprise that we weren’t on ground floor, we soon realized the best view was from 2nd level! we loved the place. Roomy, comfy, well supplied kitchen.

Great location with beautiful evening breezes. Comfy king bed and all the amenities we could ask for. Susan was very responsive to booking messages and we appreciated her checking in on us during our stay.The property has a few items that need attention such as a broken cabinet door and the carpets could use a refresh. But overall it was lovely. We would definitely stay again!
