Beautifully renovated 2 bed 2 bath spacious 1550 sq ft unit with ocean and golf course views located in the Kaanapali Royal resort--great parking in a gated community just above famous Kaanapali Beach and whalers village..sitting on our front landing we enjoy the morning sun and an ocean view to the south where you can see the cruise ship in Lahaina harbour..out the back..on the giant main lanai we have a nice ocean view to the west where you see Sheraton Black Rock,the beautiful ocean and the island of Molokai...to the east and northeast we see holes 3 and 15 of the Kaanapali royal golf course as well as # 10 and 14 of the Kaanapali Kai course. The clubhouse for both courses is a short walk from our condo....Enjoy your private bbq grill and outdoor bar on our huge lanai--or we also have really nice community grills poolside if you prefer to have a pool party--we stay in this unit with our own kids so we have it packed with everything you need to enjoy your time-from spike-ball...bocce ball..tennis equip-pickle ball equip..sand toys..snorkel gear..beach chairs with coolers..beach umbrellas.coolers..floatie tubes... And all the toys.. to the super well stocked custom kitchen..including blenders..coffee grinder..rice cooker..electric kettle..hand mixer..French fry cutter...good supply of spices etc....and all the utensils and accessories you would need to live year around. We just added a brand new fridge with a super fast ice maker to keep your drinks and cooler cold and also added a new extra capacity hot water heater..( you won't run out )...Full size washer and dryer...We have two queen sofa sleepers for extra guests...central air conditioning..-2 smart tvs..with Netflix..hulu--you tube access...free high speed wifi..--great pool and hot tub-- tennis courts with pickleball lines and a basketball half court --and whalers village just a 10 minute walk-or hop on the free old style trolley if you prefer( its a neat ride that runs all throughout the Kaanapali area)--Easy walking distance to main Kaanapali beach--or if you prefer more on the quiet side..there is a much more private beach within easy walking distance and over 20 beaches within a very short drive..I can make a list if you like..Everything is here for you to enjoy---------------tax id # TA/GE...062-085-9392-01.

Please note.....**....The association charges a flat fee for parking of $150.00..it gets paid directly to the front desk after your arrival...this is for one vehicle..we wish that there wasn't a parking fee but overall ..our resort is much less for fees than most others as there isn't a resort fee per day or a check in fee..also...we own the condo and take care of our bookings ourselves so you won't find a management fee on our quote either...although we do have 24/7 service for you ..i always give out my direct cell phone number with your welcome e mail and we do have a super nice lady ..Carol..on island if anything is needed in person..we appreciate your booking very much and look forward to having you...ALOHA!!!!
