The condo was great, excellent location if not directly on the beach. Place had everything we needed and we appreciate the flexibility with checking out later.
Only suggestion would be upgraded mattresses. Wonderful vacation!

Nice unit, nice location. Owner was very accommodating and worked very hard to resolve a minor issue we had regarding beach chairs and umbrella. A little bit of a walk to the beach, with not being allowed to cross the golf course, but we were aware of this from reviews we saw after booking. Was not an issue.

My family of 5 + grandma enjoyed our stay in paradise! The condo was a great size, larger than most other 2 bedroom options we could find. Nicely updated, we especially enjoyed the beautiful tiled showers. The large sliding doors lead out to a gorgeous outdoor dining table, which we used any time we ate dinner in. Pool is just steps away which was super convenient. I do agree with previous reviews about living room furniture needing replacing, it’s pretty well used. I would stay here again if returning to Maui. It was great for our family!

The condo is absolutely wonderful. It is so close to the beach and we loved being right by the pool as well. It is also a very short drive to the grocery store which is handy. We loved all of the extra goodies that were available like boogie boards and beach supplies! Kelly was very easy to communicate with and great with accommodating our requests. Thank you! Our family stayed at this home and we loved it! I had my 2 year old son and he loved having the pool and front lawn to play in! And we enjoyed having the pickle ball court to play in! We felt like we were immersed in the Hawaiian culture by staying in a condo vs a hotel/resort! We loved how we were close to most of the excursions that we went to and close to the Ka’anapali beach as well! We would stay here again!

We stayed here with my small family of 4 (including 3yo and 8yo) along with my parents. The condo is very comfortable and incredibly well-appointed. The lanai was an amazing bonus that really lent itself to indoor-outdoor living and the proximity to the pool was perfect - it was right there but not too close. Kelly was super communicative, helpful and informative. Thank you for a great trip!

Everything we needed... Communication with Kelly went well. Kaanapali Royal is a little tired property but still very nice. It was nice to be ground floor. Plenty of supplies and beach items to use. Pool area was nice but the water was very cold. Hot tub was out of order for our stay. Beds were comfy and water pressure was great. Short walk or drive to the Kaanapali area. Only negative was the 2nd bedroom closet was filled with lots of clutter with a dresser put in the closet with sliding doors. Not a lot of room and had to continually do a dance with my wife when we were getting ready. Also had to pay a $150 parking fee which was not advertised in the listing.

After booking with the owner, she was so helpful with making sure we felt comfortable with bringing our 96 and 85 year old parents for a stay. We had specific needs for someone with a walker and she was very comfortable with getting around the unit. She was quite happy the shower had a seat with handheld shower head. A/C was a must for the hotter summers in Hawaii. The unit was easily accessed from the lanai all the way back to the parking lot. Pool was easy to walk to, where the BBQ was clean and ready for use. We are looking forward to coming back and using this place again.

We just got home from staying at this gem. We were there with my older parents, wife and two girls (4) and (6). The place was the perfect location! Within steps from the pool and BBQ’s. We were able to enjoy both daily! The place has everything you need when traveling with a family! The communication between the owner and myself was amazing! We stayed in this unit while visiting Maui and had an excellent experience! The condo was well stocked with whatever we needed from cooking to cleaning supplies! In addition, it makes a great condo for people with children because it’s located right on the main level with excellent access to the pool. It’s well laid out and has enough room to easily fit 4 adults and 3 children from what we experienced. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again if we’re in Maui!

We came for a beautiful wedding! Everything was centrally located. We loved the accommodations and pool. The pool toys in the storage area were perfect and we look the wagon and the chairs to the beach. As we were cleaning up to leave we found the journal to write about our experience. It was too late for us but I put them on top of the end table so the next visitors can sign. Great stay! Thank you!

We had an awesome stay in Maui, big thanks to this wonderful property. It is exactly like the listing shows. Everything was clean, kitchen was stocked and location was awesome! Our kids loved the pool and loved the big open grassy area right outside. Being on the bottom floor is key! Host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this location! Minutes from the beach. The slider out onto the patio was perfect for dinners and hanging out. The condo had plenty of space for the five of us. We really enjoy the snorkels and the wagon to get stuff down to the beach. Also the golf course Clubhouse was just a three minute walk away.

This condo is in a great location to Whaler’s Village, golf course, shopping, restaurants, and beaches. On site pool was conveniently located to the condo, which is great because grills are by the pool. Condo needs a good deep cleaning, decluttering, and some new furniture - couches and bed in secondary suite. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked - nice to not have to worry about tp, seasonings, etc.

Beautiful property conveniently located short walk from Whaler's Village, beach walk, great restaurant scene and whale watching. Property was comfortable and well appointed with everything you'd need for a great stay including beach essentials. Pool, hot tub and Tennis/Pickleball courts made for a fun time on property. Owners were very responsive and accommodating, answered questions quickly and gave great suggestions on dining options and how to best enjoy our visit. Highly recommend Monkeypod restaurant. Island Press Coffee short next door with yummy Hawaiian goodies. Awesome overall experience and we would love to stay there again when next we visit Maui.

We had an excellent time at the condo! Everything was clean and tidy with plenty of towels for bath and beach.
We were very surprised at how roomy and large the rooms and living space were and having the extra space on the Lanai was also fantastic! We ate most of our meals out there at the gorgeous wood table. We did battle a few little sugar ants, but learned our lesson on the first day and we're much more aware of any remaining crumbs.
The beds were very soft, which may be an issue for those needing a firm bed, and I wouldn't recommend relying on the couch bed, if you can avoid it. :)
We also really appreciated having all the beach supplies in the front and lanai closets! Very helpful to avoid buying those items, which wouldn't be able to bring home with us.
We enjoyed the short walk to Whaler's village for dinner but the hill on the way back proved too difficult for the older folks in the family. We also preferred driving to the free beach parking lot over hauling the chairs/ice chest down the hill.
The pool and hot tub were extremely convenient and served as a great energy release for the kids while the adults relaxed. But you must watch for flying golf balls that make it past the net!
We would highly recommend staying, if your desire is to be in the Kaanapali Beach area.

This is a fabulous property with excellent owner/managers. Communication was quick and helpful. The property was well cared for, with excellent amenities and in a great location. While not on the beach, access to Kaanapali beach was a breeze once you know where to look for the free beach parking at the resort lots.

We loved this unit! It was clean and conveniently located close to the pool and grills! A ground floor unit is the way to go! All the doors and windows close completely so it was very quiet even in the mornings when you would normally be woken up by the birds. I highly recommend this property for families too although we were here as a group of ladies celebrating a birthday!

To start, the owner is so nice and super responsive! The ac went out during our stay and she quickly had it fixed. Her communication has been great.
The condo itself is definitely tired. It would benefit from at the very least new bedding and pillows. It looks much better in photos than in person. We had several family members stay in the same complex, this was definitely the worst of all of the condos we saw.
Again, the owner is so nice so I hate to leave a not great review!

This home is better than described! Beautiful inside , everything you could possibly need at your fingertips, from a blender to boogie boards to a pull cart to get to the beach. The 10 minute walk to the beach and /or Whalers Village was as easy for my 10 year old as it was for my 75 year old FIL. And the walk was filled with stunning scenery! The pool at the facility was clean and relaxing. The golf was great. My MIL has trouble walking, and this apartment was perfect for her with only three steps once inside. There are too many pluses to mention❤️Mahalo

My wife and her three kids stayed here for a week. We love the location because it’s close enough to walk to the beach but a little removed from the busyness down by the water. The unit was clean and well stocked with beach towels, kitchen items, etc.

We enjoyed it very much. The place was clean, close to the beach and spacious. We had to cook our meals at the condo almost every day due to us not being able to book for dinner at any restaurants due to covid. It was great to have the kitchen and all the cookware was available. Although it would be nice if we could have more frying pans because the ones at the condo didn’t even lay flat on the cooktop. We can’t barely fry any eggs on the pans because they warped up and the bases didn’t touch the cooktop. That was the only thing that bothered us, but overalls it was a nice place. We would visit again next time.
