PARKING FEE: The resort requires guests to check-in at the on-site front desk and pay a flat rate parking fee of $154. This fee is paid to the on-site front desk directly by all guests parking overnight.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. I’m a VRBO owner myself and don’t like leaving negative reviews. However, at what it cost to stay it needs to be addressed. This unit has a fabulous view. It needs some TLC. Furniture is not comfortable, looks like leftovers shoved into corners and worn out. The recliner is broken, barstools fabric is worn out and legs are wobbly, piano takes up space that should be a dine in area, 2nd room is a pullout sofa and needs a bed to actually sleep a second couple, couches are not comfortable, upstairs air was not good. Had to take the vent cover off to get any air. This unit could be stellar! But the owners need to invest in making it look and match the rates! Love the old Hawaii vibe but not the old stuff that is there. The lighting needs to be addressed. You can’t see what you doing during the day without turning on all the lights.

Myself and a few friends rented this property for a week and loved every minute! It's balcony has a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean. We enjoyed using the grill outside for some dinners and walking down to the beach restaurants for others. There were beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and coolers provided that we were able to use at the beach. The only hiccup we had was that the washing machine was broken during our stay, however the property manager was quick to reimburse us for any laundry we had to do and their communication was excellent. We look forward to coming here again in the future!

The place was really nice. Only two things thats was not good was the bed in the 2nd room was was not comfortable at all and the T.Vs did not work most days. When they did work if i touched the wrong button on the remote we would lose the T.V and goodluck getting someone to fix it.

Beautiful home on golf course. Much bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. Great central location. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. There was even a bag of fresh local coffee to enjoy during out stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Maui.

It was a lovely condo with the piano! My son plays the piano so it was a nice surprise! Gorgeous view of the golf course and we were able to see the sunset color. They provided lots of items - body boards, beach chairs, cooler box, even laundry detergent and that makes life easier! We would love to come back to this condo in the future!!

This beautiful condo was a dreamy vacation for our family. It had everything we needed. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. The location is unbeatable and because of where it sits within the complex the beach views and West Maui sunsets from the Lanai were even better than expected. You won’t be disappointed!
