Ours is the most spacious floor plan at Hali’i Kai with 1677 square feet (1930 square feet if the two lanai’s are included). This is a two-story Town home with three bedrooms that are well separated for privacy (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs), three bathrooms, dining area, living area, and two covered lanais, one on each floor.
The gourmet kitchen is finished with tiled back-splash, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and African mahogany cabinets. The kitchen opens up to the dining and living area, making the space ideal for cooking and conversing. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter and a dining table that seats six. The outdoor lanai off the dining room has an additional table for four and a gas BBQ.
The living room has a comfortable L-shaped couch.
The upstairs master boasts a king-sized bed and its own private lanai with two chaise lounges. The en suite master bath has dual sinks, a large soaking tub and a glass enclosed shower. There are shutters over the bathtub that open into the bedroom which allows for the outside light to filter in while you soak the day away.
The additional bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom is located on the bottom floor and has a queen bed.
Please note that the bottom floor of our townhouse is actually the second floor of a building with NO elevator. Our townhouse is in the Coconut Grove section of the community, near the tennis court, and the basketball half-court.
Parking: 20G has ONE-car garage (where we store 4 bicycles and our beach gear) and ONE reserved parking space. There are also open visitor parking spaces within 50 yards of the front door.
We have our own spacious laundry room with washer and dryer, and just about everything that you often want in the comfort of your own home.
We have coded entry so you don’t need to bother with keys. A new and secure code is created specifically for you when you come, and it will expire at check out time.
HALI’I KAI DESCRIPTION
Built on 29 acres of securely gated manicured landscape, Hali’i Kai is a Premier condo communities in Waikoloa Beach Resort and is the only one that is truly oceanfront.
The list of amenities is long, but Hali’i Kai is probably best known for its private Ocean Club Pavilion. Come and see the children’s wading pool, dig your feet in the sand-bottom Jacuzzi, relax in the multi-level lagoon-style black-bottom pool, enjoy the poolside meals, snacks, and cocktails served by the Ocean Club Grill & Bar, a restaurant that is exclusive to the residents and guests of Hali’i Kai.
Work out in the oceanfront clifftop fitness cabana while enjoying the island breeze and the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.
From this Ocean Club, you can observe dolphins frolicking year-round, and humpback whales splashing up close offshore during the months of December through April (sometimes as early as October and November.) On this same clifftop, the sunset view is sublime and the sound of waves crashing against the lava rock is intoxicatingly soothing.
DESCRIPTION OF WAIKOLOA BEACH RESORT
Waikoloa Beach Resort is world-famous and it offers just about everything that you would need to make your vacation extraordinary. There are two fabulous golf courses. The Hilton and Marriott are both within the resort and each has many things to offer.
There is no shortage of spa or restaurants, fine-dining or casual. The Queen’s Marketplace and King’s shop offers the two largest shopping, dining and entertainment experience on the Kohala coast. At the Queen’s Marketplace, you can find all your groceries and beverage. They even have a gourmet market where you can find meals that are ready made.
Behind the Marriot, you’ll find the Lava Lava Beach Club and Anaehoomalu Bay (better known as A-Bay), a beautiful crescent shaped public beach that offers many ocean sports for the whole family.
Within a few minutes drive, you can enjoy the world famous beaches such as Hapuna and Mauna Kea, or the less known and more secluded 69 Beach, a favorite of the local. The list of things to do are endless.
