We had a wonderful time in the condo. The lockbox made for an easy entry when we arrived. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. A few spices and oil to get started. The main areas keep cool during the day which was really helpful. The bedrooms get hot, but thankfully they have air conditioning and cool off quickly in the evening. Seating in the living room is comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 6.
It’s an easy walk to the pool and to the beach across the street. It’s right beside the tennis court and pickleball can be noisy if you’re sitting on the lanai. But the amazing view makes up for that..possibly the best view in the whole complex! I would highly recommend this unit if you are staying in Kihei

This is our 3rd time in this condo and our 5th in this complex and as far as we’re concerned it doesn’t get any better!! The condo itself if very clean and comfortable all the beds are great including the one in the loft where our kids sleep. The location is really what makes this place the best - walking distance to lots of good coffee and restaurants, right across the street from an awesome beach, and close to wailea for their beaches as well. Bonus points there were tons of towels which is always appreciated 😊 already booking our stay for next year!!

We booked two units on this property. We did not stay in this one, but what time I spent there I can say it was clean and as advertised. It had a very nice view of the ocean.
Property owner was easy to work with, no complaints there.
Parking on this side of the property was easy and open, but on the other side where my wife and I stayed it was a bit cramped. There were some folks doing renos in their units so there were a lot of work trucks. Minor inconvenience.
Definitely just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Kihei amenities.

This condo was just steps away from a beautiful beach and a short walk away from many restaurants and shops. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable - exactly as listed. Geoff was great to work with and my family would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Hale Kamaole. For others who are looking, here are some pros & cons:
Pros:
- Great location in Kihei across from Kamaole III beach
- Two pools on the property that were not busy even during busy summer season
- 2 bedrooms + bed in the loft provides a lot of space
- Lots of beach equipment & toys available for use
- Kitchen was well-stocked, including a lot of staple items
Cons:
- While the majority of the unit was clean, we could tell certain things had not been cleaned in months. There were huge layers of dust caked on the fans.
- The AC only works in the two bedrooms, and since this is a 2nd story unit without great cross-breeze, the rest of the unit was pretty hot most of the day, including the evening. Our kids had planned to sleep in the loft, but it was too hot, and my son ended up sleeping on the couch instead.

We loved our stay here! The condo was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and came with everything we could need. It’s in a good area and the grounds around the condo are kept up very nicely. There is easy access to the beach across the street and the owner supplies all of the essential beach items like towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. Communication with the owner is great, he responds quickly and answers any questions you might have. He even let us have a later check out since our flight home was late. We would definitely stay here again!!

Condo was good ... worked well for the six of us. Location was awesome ... short walk to the beach. BBQ stations were cleaned daily, grounds very well kept along with the 2 pools. Overall, was a great family vacation. Thank-you.

Everything was top notch. We had 5 adults but could have fit 6 perfectly fine. Location and all the amenities they have to offer make it a place we would 100% stay again. Great Pickleball, right across from some really nice beaches. Everything we needed was provided down to beach tows and chairs. Thanks for a great vacation.

This is a Beautiful place to stay with a nice short walk to the beach. It was clean with everything we needed, and communication with the property manager was very friendly and prompt. Our family of six all had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay here again.

It was our first time in Maui and we couldn’t have picked a better spot! The condo was right across from Kam 3 beach and a short drive to many other beautiful beaches in the area. All the beach gear was provided - our kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys, we also used the beach chairs every day. The pools and the tennis court at the complex were all fantastic and only a few steps away. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the two bathrooms were great so we could all get ready at the same time. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner at the lanai with the best view ever. We even spotted some whales from there one morning! We are glad we rented a car, it made everything easier with little kids getting groceries, going out to eat, driving to new beaches or doing day trips. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

This was our 3rd time staying at this complex and our first at this condo. It was excellent all around. The ocean view was wonderful , the pool was warm and had a large shallow section that our kids loved. All of the beds were very comfortable. AC worked well and the fans did the job in the loft. No complaints at all, we'll definitely stay there again.

To start things off, Geoff was in communication every step of the way. The listing was spot on and the place was as we expected; nothing was short of amazing. The view, the location, the supplies…the list goes on. Hopefully our travels take us back to Maui, and if it does, staying at Geoff’s place again would be a no brainer. The condo had everything we needed and was easy to find. There was always plenty of parking near our place. It’s also so nice that there are 2 pools. I have stayed at much larger complexes with only one. They made everything so simple as far as checking in and out. But the best part is the view from the Lanai! It would be really hard to find a better view! Also the area of the condo was great with the beach right across the street and not too far of a walk to shops and restaurants. The nicest part of Kihei in my opinion.

Our family of 5 had a great time during our stay in unit 259. Hale Kamaole is a great location - across the road from a nice green space and the entry to Kam 3 beach. The unit itself is clean and well maintained. The buildings are close to 50 years old, so there is the odd small quirk that comes with a building of this age. But on the whole, it was a great place to stay and I'd happily come back!

This unit suited our family well. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of sleeping space for our family. The view of from the lanai is beautiful. We sat and watched whales daily. I wish there had been a few more coffee mugs and plates but overall the kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare meals here easily. I would stay here again.

What a wonderful view from the balcony!! Omgggg I can’t get enough of the beautiful weather and the view! I didn’t want to leave. The location is perfect! So closed to everything! You can watch the sunset from the balcony but if you don’t, the beach is right in front of the condo!
The condo comes with all the amenities like pools, grilling deck, feee and easy parking. owner also offers towels, fully equipped kitchen, free TV stations and streaming, phone and crazy fast hot water! We love our stay there! We usually gone all day so not sure how it is in the condo during the day but since there is no central heat and air. There are ac units in the 2 closed bedrooms which cool down pretty quickly. Just the one bedroom in the loft doesn’t have an ac unit get a little stuffy but after open the windows and doors, it cooled down pretty fast during the time we visited in March. We left some unopened bottles of champagne and rose for the next person and water since I thought it would be nice to come on it with a stocked up fridge. Anyways, I would definitely recommend renting the condo!

My family had a great time staying at the condo. It was very clean and roomy. Check in was easy. Communication with Geoff was responsive. Great accommodation with things you need for the week and access to all the beach gear as well. The condo is located right across from the beach with beautiful sunset view. The beach was calm in the morning for great snorkeling to see turtles and different types of fish. Would stay there again.

I had read previous reviews, so I was prepared for the high heat temperature when we arrived. We checked in around 8pm. When we opened the door it was HOT. The fans were on, not the AC. We immediately opened all the doors and windows. I found extra fans so we ventilated the hot air out. Then closed up and turned on the AC units. We were able to keep the temperature regulated well after that. The beds were all super comfy! They even have good pillows. I always bring mine from home just in case. The location was spectacular. We spent most of our time swimming and snorkeling across the street from the complex. When we checked in at the office for our parking pass, we saw a flyer for a local farmers market. We went on Saturday. The first booth we went to had fruit grown on the vendor's 7 acre property. We bought the best Mango I've ever had, along with Lychee fruit, macadamia spread, pesto egg salad. I forgot to buy the Yard juice. The sample was great. I also found a bathing suit, a hand made bag from coffee bags, a beautiful necklace for our daughter and my husband had an octopus shirt made from a press right there. We made breakfast the first morning. We noticed there were no dishwasher tablets. We called the property manager and they delivered some that day. They also brought 2 extra Tommy Bahama chairs which was helpful and well used. They are backpacks with a cooler and pockets. We also appreciated the supply of beach towels. We used them for the beach and pool. We used the kitchen which was well stocked and ate out. The Safeway was our go to for cooking. We ate fish tacos from a food truck down the street. They recommended the pizza trailer across the street that had the best Flatbread pizza I have ever had! Also, went to Cafe O Lei for dinner located inland at the old mill. It was a beautiful location and the food was good. We booked a snorkel trip to Lanai with Sea Maui Snorkel Tours . Captain Linda provided a fun trip. Highly recommended! Overall our stay was A+. If they could figure out a way to ventilate the hot air out of the loft (maybe connecting to the bathroom vent on the other side of the wall) it would be perfect.

This condo was the perfect location for our family vacation. All of our children are young adults, so it was wonderful to be able to be within walking distance of so many things--gave everyone freedom since we only had one rental car and 6 people in our group. The view from the balcony is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. It was wonderful to have access to all the beach gear as well. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
