Nice location, no A/C which could have been tough if the weather wasn't so nice at night (stayed in November)

Condo could use a little updating but the location is perfect. It’s only a 5 minute drive or 12 minute walk to Poipu beach. I was worried about not having air conditioning but there is a constant sea breeze so you just open up the sliding glass doors to the deck and the place stays cool and comfortable. There are also ceiling fans in every room if the breeze ever stopped. Parking was simple. There is a small parking lot adjacent to the condo and always plenty of spaces available no matter what time of day. Check in and check out was a non issue. The property management company is a 2 minute drive down the road. We arrived after they closed so they both texted and emailed us a key code to a lock box where there was an envelope with our keys. We stopped by to officially check in the next morning and they gave us a second set of keys which was nice. We did not get a chance to use the pool. Although it was small it was steps away from the condo and someone cleaned and maintained it every morning. The condo was fully furnished with all the plates/glasses/towels/etc that you could need. There was even a cooler, beach chair, and two boogie boards available for use. There were plenty of shops and places to eat around the area of poipu and koloah. The property could use a little upkeep as the carpet was a bit worn and the deck and some walls could use some paint, None of it was bad enough to bother us as the place was still clean. Would stay again without doubt.

This condo was perfect for our 4 overflow (grown kids and Sig’s) guests. They had a great time. The wrap around deck is very nice which can be accessed through a slider in the master bedroom and the living room. I would rent it again and have recommended it to a friend who needs extra space when they go!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Makanui 612. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four and had all the necessary amenities. Its proximity to shops, restaurants, beaches and other hot spots on the island was ideal. Being from Arizona we struggled a bit without A/C, but the ceiling fans and the breezes definitely helped. A small cooler would have been handy if it were available. We would definitely stay in this property again.

We really enjoyed Suite Paradise. Check in and check out process was easy, the information provided was helpful, and staff was very pleasant and good at communicating. We had one issue with the power when we checked in, and they did call and let us know (it was an area-wide issue, not an issue with the unit). Overall, the unit had a great layout that we loved. Location was fantastic, with many attractions within easy walking distance, the pool very close, and two BBQ grills right there for easy use. The unit itself could probably use a little updating, and would have benefited from things like tupperware to store food, and plastic wrap or ziploc bags. But furniture had a nice traditional Hawaiian style. Overall, we loved our trip and especially enjoyed Suite Paradise and its services. Thanks!

I could tell this was an old unit and for the price I paid, I was very disappointed. For starters there was no dish washing soap, the "lanai" is so old that a plant was growing from the hole and the other hole was full of something yellow. The railing was also unsafe because couple of them was loose (rotten). Than we went to our car and my grandsons were looking over the railing in the parking lot and a whole piece of the railing fell to the bottom again rotten and the pipes all rusted. The propane tanks weren't check we only had enough to grill a couple of steaks. I'm born and raised here (north shore), and this year I thought staying on the south shore instead of the north shore would be fun it was but our unit was a "Drab". Paying that much money was too much for that unit, it needs a "facelift". Thank you for your time.
