The location was amazing. The beach was right outside our back patio. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint, the bathroom could use some updating. The mattress could be replaced and maybe put the laminate in the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and would rent the unit again

Gave myself and early 60th birthday gift and had a wonderful time on Maui. This 1br condo was perfect for just me and the view made it perfect. I loved enjoying my coffee on the lanai and seeing whales breech to start my day. Location was good and easy to get to everywhere I wanted to go (did a kayak with whales excursion and a snorkel at Molokini and recommend both!). Sunset from the lanai was also a treat.

Beautiful view of sunset. 2 min walk to the beach. Fun watching the dogs play on the lawn in front of the property. Baby ants were in the kitchen but as to be expected, make sure to seal up any food left on the counters.

My husband and I wanted a place away from crowds and kids, and this did the trick. The quiet and calm was great. Conveniently located next to inexpensive shops, restaurants, and in between most places to visit. The place was spotless and we were thankful for the air and fans. The only thing I want to mention is the beach. There is not much sand to lay on and it is quite windy here, so you will be lounging or tanning on the grass area. Some people prefer that, but my husband and I really wanted the sandy beach experience with clear calm waters to go into. Being our first trip to Hawaii, we were surprised that was hard to find here, but after three days of searching finally found one beach that met our criteria. Obviously this has no bearings on property condition, just want to make sure people know though it's beachfront, the beach is for viewing not laying.

Amazing place to stay! The view/location alone is enough to want to stay here every time we come to Hawaii! While we were there the toilet started leaking and the company dealt with it very quickly with no inconvenience to us. The only thing I slightly did not like was the bed/sheets/pillows. They just weren’t very comfortable. Other than that, amazing place to stay!! Highly recommend.

This condo was ideal for location, cleanliness, appeal, and amenities. The location is within 1/2 mile of many restaurants and shops. It is only steps away from the beach and is very quiet considering it is next to the park. It was very clean and modern with many features placed around the unit to give it the homey look. The kitchen was stocked with everything that is needed to dine in. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and towels in the unit. All in all, a great place to stay.

Overall our stay was wonderful, and the condo felt very homey. All kitchen needs including dishware, cookware, & helpful gadgets were available. Place was decorated nicely with an ocean vibe. Being able to see the ocean from the unit was super relaxing.Our biggest complaint is the ac, both the main unit and one in the bedroom. The main unit was on a 4 hr timer which was extremely annoying having to remember to turn the timer back on again! 4 hrs is ridiculous, despite the need for energy conservation. The upright unit in the bedroom was basically useless, acting liking a gloried fan rather than real a/c. This made sleeping difficult since the bedroom never really cooled down as expected, despite lowering the temp on the unit.

This was an absolutely PERFECT find for my wife and me on our BabyMoon. The condo is tucked away from the busy street, and our back door opened directly to a stunning view of the beach. One bedroom was just enough for us, the condo was very well stocked with beach chairs, towels, kitchen supplies and books. We watched sunset from the patio or pool in the evenings and had breakfast looking out at the ocean. The beach had some sea turtles right off shore! We can’t wait to come back with the baby- Mahalo for having us!

The condo itself was great. Small simple and everything you need for a restful get away. We loved morning coffee on the front patio with a 150 yard grassy walk to the beach. King bed and AC made for comfortable sleeping. The added coolers and chairs are great for a day at the beach.
Waipuilani Park provides a great green space along with Pickleball and Tennis courts.
We did end up renting a car because things in Kihei are a little more spread out. The condo is a about a 10-15 min walk to the closest shopping center. Also the good snorkeling and big white sand beaches are towards the south end of town.

Although this unit has been remodeled and has direct access to the lawn and small beach area, this unit needs some serious attention. First, the AC in the bedroom is basically worthless and the small box unit in the living room isn’t much better. The pullout bed in the living room is broken and very uncomfortable. No shampoo and only 2 clean towels for a 3 night, 4 day stay. First night AC didn’t help (poor quality unit) and ceiling fan is old and makes constant clicking noise so second and third nights we had the pleasure of sleeping on a broken pull out bed with the windows and doors open. For $350 a night, get a hotel that has shampoo and plenty of clean towels, proper air conditioning and a decent bed.

The condo is beautifully decorated, with a spacious kitchen and the priceless lawn that goes onto the ocean. The only drawback was the not-so-private bedroom (with a window that goes out to the courtyard, right next to the entry doors of all neighbors) and the unnecessary carpeting on the bedroom floor (if you have allergies - you will suffer).

A truly remarkable location with just a short stroll across the lawn from our ground-floor condo to an uncrowded beach and unobstructed sunset viewing from our patio made this apartment one of the highlights of our whole trip. The condo was imaginatively and tastefully decorated - it was like stepping into an interior designer's private home. Overall a good experience; great view; loved being on the waterfront and the park setting. Nice Unit. However, the very first introduction was to encounter pests (roaches, some dead and some alive) in the unit. I believe this should have been avoided by greater pest control care. I would recommend this property if the pest problem is better controlled.

My friend and I were attending a wedding at the Maui Sunset. It was convienent for that, but everything else you needed a cab for, not close to stores and no sidewalks. The condo is very cute & newly decorated. There is however a major cockroach issue, dead bodies all over the living room and we both had them on us sleeping in living room & bedroom. Quiet condo building, with true ocean view. Laundry on site was nice to have & kitchen had everything you would need.

We have enjoyed staying at Lienaala for month long stays for several years. The unit is well furnished and the kitchen well supplied. The location fronts the ocean with a beautiful is close to restaurants, shopping, and other beaches. Parking is assigned so you don't give up your space when away from the unit. We could not have picked a more-perfect location to view the beautiful sunsets on the beach in Maui. Our lanai was on the ground level and right in front of a park with palm trees and the beach just beyond that. The unit is ideal for two people but can accommodate 4 sleeping wise. However, more than two people would have a difficult time eating there since the small kitchen table is just big enough for two. The unit was nicely decorated; however, a little wear and tear was noticeable. We did enjoy the cable TV, along with the convenient appliances of a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove. A convenient mobile electronic screen was nice to have when the sun was going down if watching TV on the inside. However, the screen made much noise going up and down due to a lack of lubricating oil. All-in-all, we had a very pleasant stay and found the location right in the middle of the island ideal. Food shopping and restaurants were very convenient for us there, also. We are glad we found this rental for our visit to Maui!

We have stayed at this condo before. The location and view are excellent. Rentals Maui are great to work with. The first time we came it had just been renovated and was beautiful inside and out. However this past January on our second visit we had a few concerns. Both codes to the lock on the front door wouldn't work and if we didn't have a cell phone with us we would have been in trouble as we arrived after hours. The rugs and other floors were not as clean as they should be - we vacuumed and washed all the floors ourselves and some painted surfaces needed a touch-up. The owner is a wonderful lady who responded to our requests/needs very quickly. The on-site managers were also very helpful. We are coming back here again next year because of the excellent location, on-site managers, owner and staff.

The location was amazing. Parking spaces were a little tight, but that's just about my only issue. One of the permanent tenants seemed a little crabby, but everyone else was amazing. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!

We arrived on a Sunday and even though the rental office was closed, specific instructions were given for parking and entry into the condo. The condo was clean and stocked with every dish and utensil we could have wanted. The building is a small, 24 condo complex with a small private pool. It is perfect for those who want some quiet time. A short walk to the beach ( or sitting on the lanai) provides an exceptional view for the sunset. The property managers were more than helpful with tips and suggestions for food and excursions. If I ever make it back, this is the place I am staying. I don't need to look any further.

We had a beautiful holiday in this unit, it really does look like the pictures. I felt as though good friends had welcomed us into their home. The view and location is perfect. The onsite managers were very friendly and helpful. We slept very well and enjoyed reading the books which were left there. I have been staying at this property for approximately 7 years. I love the property managers. The location in Kihei is excellent you're really no more than 1/2 to 1 hour away from any attraction on the island. The view from the decks is beautiful. Our unit was clean and well maintained with a beautiful tropical decor. Would recommend this unit to anyone as long as you want a relaxing vacation.

This property was gorgeous. The lanai gets shade all morning long, so sitting out there and watching the ocean with breakfast is a must. The beach is perfect for sitting with a beach chair and a good book. It feels quiet and private. We loved watching windsurfers in the evening. The pool is clean and quiet, we really enjoyed using it in the afternoon. Leinaala #104 is truly the best view in the building, in our opinion. It's unobstructed and beautiful.
The condo itself had everything we needed for cooking (utensils, seasoning, oil, paper towels,garbage bags, etc) and for beach days (beach towels, two beach chairs, beach umbrella). Extras like a blow dryer and iron with ironing board are also included. We didnt see a single ant or bug in the condo. That said, the pullout couch is worn and sunken, but if you sleep at the foot of the bed instead it was fine. The carpet is understandably worn from sand and water being trekked in. It's hard to keep a beach front ground level condo clean and they do a decent job.
This condo is baby friendly. There's room for a pack n play in the bedroom, which is dark, and AC keeps it cool. The floor is vinyl planking so it's okay for little hands and feet. Coffee table is curved and no sharp edges for little heads. We were happy here.
This condo made the perfect homebase for exploring. A car is necessary, but so much is within a 10 minute drive. Ululanis Shave Ice and Kihei Caffe are two nearby popular must-stops.

Overall the condo was as advertised. Great location, nicely finished and easy check-in. The only negative was a plumbing problem in the bathroom which forced us to leave the condo (for most of the day). We didn't receive ANY communication from the onsite Managers on the statues of repairs but they were completed some 10 hours later.

We had a great time with easy access to the unit and water! The condo is pleasantly updated including walk-in shower. The extras- like beach chairs, beach towels, spices in the kitchen, etc. were very thoughtful. The beach is lovely- turquoise water in coves, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, pretty gentle surf for wading, but not ideal for swimming. Very rocky. Not at close to restaurants as I'd hoped, but everything was a very quick drive nearby. Overall, great stay- woy stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at 104 Leinaala. The location is ocean front and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. It is quiet at night. There is also a nice pool.
