AMAZING STAY! I highly recommend this property. Very spacious and clean house with fully stocked, large kitchen and two large living rooms. Sleeps 8 very comfortably, and you could add 4 more people if you take advantage of the loft. Great backyard with lathe dining table. Super easy access to the trails through the neighborhoods that afford beautiful walks to beaches. Pouipu Beach is an easy walk and there’s tons of turtles to see! Easy 25 min drive to the airport. And centrally located to drive 90 min up to the napali coast or about 35 minutes to Waimea Canyon. House staff was very prompt in responding to inquiries!

Beautiful home in a great location-walk to Brennekes Beach or Shipwreck Beach by the Hyatt. The home was immaculate and exceptionally decorated! This is the third year in a row we stayed with a family and grandparents! Great backyard, too!

Perfect home for multi generation family. We love the Poipu area and this house was only minutes from our favorite spots. There were a lot of great amenities — we were constantly surprised and delighted. The decor was so Hawaiian and added to our vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 6 nights at this beautiful Poipu Lanai villa home. Located in a quiet neighborhood within a 10-15 min on the greenbelt in either direction to Poipu Beach or Shipwreck beach and the Hyatt.
The home is large, open and airy with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is huge with lots of counter space and fully stocked with everything you could think of. Two master suites each with its own full bath, a queen room and another room with two twin beds and a beautiful shared guest bathroom. Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioning which is very nice on a warm summer evening. There was also a huge upstairs loft with bunk beds and two addtional twin beds with a portable air condition unit.
We did not have access to the garage but they did have a shed with plenty of beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and sand toys for our use which came in very handy. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a outdoor dining table and other lounge chairs.
I love staying in Poipu because its always sunny,and has less traffic. Would definitely stay here again and reccommed to others.

This was our second stay at this house-we stayed here last July as well. We were a family of six with two grandparents as well, and we loved the location in Poipu. The house is beautiful and well decorated and well equipped for a perfect vacation!

My parents, siblings and our spouses loved our stay here. The backyard was beautiful and we were so sad to leave it. The home had everything we needed. Short walk to several beaches. We hope to return soon!

We met with our Son and family and Daughter and Family for 10 days of an early Christmas. Had a great time and generated lots of lifetime memories. Our accommodation really worked well allowing us to be together. Location was great , and facility worked well for us.

The pictures on VRBO were EXACTLY the same in person. The question, "Were You Satisfied with Your Stay?, Yes or No". My answer is EXTREEEMELY YES, not just yes !!!"
The house was well stocked with plates, glasses mugs, flatware, blankets, towels, sheets, and seasonings for cooking !!! Staying here was like staying your own home except in Poipu. And Lori was a VERY PLEASANT person to communicate with. This was the perfect place to stay for my family of 7. Next time we can all take the same time off again, we're coming here. Mahalos

This house is huge and has tons of rooms and beds. We loved the location and neighborhood … it was beautiful and just as advertised. We did ask to have some family over (12 additional guests… it is Thanksgiving week) and were told no. We also felt like the association was very strict with outdoor lighting and such. Just an FYI for groups traveling together, families, etc. the house looks like it can accommodate many… but you can’t.

We rented this house for our family of four plus my mom and brother. It was so spacious with a great layout and more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was great. The only thing to be aware of is that the loft with four beds is open, so they can hear everything going on in the kitchen and living room and vice versa. It was less that 15 minutes to walk to Shipwreck Beach and about the same to walk to the pool and jacuzzi. To get to Poipu Beach is definitely easier by car but not too far. There are also lots of cute shops and restaurants just a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this house.

We originally booked another property on a different website, that one ended up getting canceled and we found this property, and it was so much for the better for us. We had a backyard for the kids to run around in, an outdoor space to eat, it was super clean. The kitchen was amazing. It had all of the gadgets I needed to cook our meals every night and I am a home chef, so I was so pleasantly surprised. There’s an upstairs area (not shown in pictures) that had two more twins and a bunk bed which my kids loved. They had their own space to play. Would stay here again. Thank you for the stay. We enjoyed every moment connecting together.

Very clean and spacious home. Plenty of room for 4 couples(parents and their adult children). AC was great to have as Kauai in the summer is warmer than the winter. Really nice backyard/landscaping. Also loved the freshly fallen key limes from the tree out front!
There is a large loft w two twins and a bunk bed. AC up here too but we turned it off as we did go up there. And this did not affect the coolness of the main living area. We would stay again.

This house is walking distance to a pool, Poipu Beaches, Shipwreck Beach and walking trail crossing cliffs to Gillian's beach.
The kitchen has a huge number of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, etc. enough for many people. The house is well stocked with about anything you might need - shampoo and bath soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and so many supplies that ordinarily you have to replenish within a week. The bathrooms are nice. Lots of towels. Nice washer and dryer.
There is a small, charming back yard with lawn furniture and a table. The house is on a quiet cul de sac very close to the green belt pathways. We were 4 adults and three 13 yo boys.
Each room has its own air conditioner. They are a bit noisy as they turn off and on automatically, but we got use to that after one night and they kept the house very cool.
We would definitely rent this home again if returning to Poipu.

The house actually can easily accommodate more than the 8 people on the listing and we had everything we could have asked for in terms of plates, cups and cookware. The 2 dishwashers and cooking space made our meals and cleanup very easy. There are lawn chairs and boogie boards in the outdoor shed and the kids loved playing Foosball. We had 8 people and everyone loved the house. Check in and check out were very easy with the keys in a lock box and housekeeping doing pretty much everything when we left. The only quibble I have is that we did not get specific check out instructions via the VRBO app until we called the management office but like I said, housekeeping took care of everything.

This was the best well-stocked kitchen we have ever experienced in a rental property. Lots of dishes, glass wear, appliances.
The back yard was amazing. We spent a lot of time enjoying its beauty. The beds were all comfortable and roomy.
The location was fabulous . Close to the Hiatt and Poipu Beach Park.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Close enough to restaurants, shopping, and Shipwreck Beach. The pool was a distance away and we did struggle with the map of the property to find it. We had some issues with the internet but were fixed within a day. A quick note to make sure that both refrigerator doors are fully shut, they can become ajar. The biggest problem was with the AC in the two front bedrooms. The breaker was tripping which lead to both rooms not having AC. This was fixed by day 3. I still give the property a 5-star, after the property manager made sure everything was fixed our vacation was amazing. I did have communication issues with the property manager, I felt she was rude to me and two others in our party. The bottom line is, all the issues were fixed in a timely manner and I'd strongly recommend property.

Plenty of space for all in this beautiful air conditioned home especially with an extra loft bedroom. Very well stocked kitchen. We loved the access to beaches, Waimea canyon and the Nepali coast from the south side of the island. It was also an easy drive to the north side.

My family really enjoyed our stay. From the size of the property to its excellent location, we were very comfortable. With the easy walk to Shipwreck beach, the Grand Hyatt and the tennis club, we always had wonderful things to enjoy during our stay. Looking forward for a future trip to rent from you all again.

My family and I traveled to Kauai to attend my sister's wedding and ended up booking this rental as my sister did not have enough space for everyone. Let me just say that this place was absolutely amazing and perfect for us. The owner communicated very well and quick and even helped us out with some baby needs. The property location was perfect as well sonce it was tucked away in a nice community neighborhood yet still close enough to walk to a handful of beaches. I highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely book again if the need arises.
