NOTE: Please note that while our home is lovingly managed, it's an affordable option, and as such, we don't have daily cleaning services or daily pool maintenance (though it's cleaned weekly). If you prefer those amenities, a hotel might better suit your needs, as there are many wonderful options on the island. A/C can be adjusted down to 72, if you want it cooler just ask us but there will be a small charge, lower than 72 makes our electric bill much higher.

Maui County & House Rules
Be considerate to your new neighbors! Keep outside noise down especially during quiet hours. Maui law prohibits noise after 10PM and before 8AM.
There are 4 parking spaces on the property, do not park on the street.
Lock doors when leaving for the day.
Clean any spills up immediately.
Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on.
Wash all sand off before entering the building using the hose in front of the house. Sand will clog drains, you will be responsible!!
POOL HOURS 8AM to 9PM - Remember you are in a neighborhood where people work & go to school early.
Do not leave trash around, this will attract bugs.
Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets .
Please turn off lights and fans while out to conserve energy and the thermostat to 76 if you are leaving for an extended period of time. Our electric costs are the most expensive in the US.
No Smoking in the unit.
Let us know within 24 hrs of any problems, broken items etc. so that you are not held responsible.
Trash collection is Friday & Tuesday mornings. Our trash bin is located in front of the house to the right.
Help keep Maui beautiful by recycling. We have 2 bins available for recycling on the property that we take care of the recycling for you.
IF DOORS & WINDOWS ARE LEFT OPEN, A/C WILL NOT WORK. AC set to 71-74, call if you want it cooler, extra charge may apply.
DO NOT leave pool toys in pool after use. Toys left in may cause filter to burn out if sucked in skimmer.
We spray for insects monthly. However, we are in a tropical paradise where insects are prevalent, so don’t be alarmed if you see bugs or Geckos. Geckos are considered good luck and eat the bugs.
Please do not leave any food out on the counter as it will attract ants and bugs.
Checkout Procedures:
Checkout time is 10AM
Please start a load of towels (dry if you can!), you don’t have to fold them. We understand this may be inconvenient but it’s necessary so that we can have the home clean before the next guests arrive.
You can leave any food there, the cleaners will take care of it but it is helpful if you can take out the trash before you leave..
Start dishwasher
Turn off all lights AC and fans.
Please do not move furniture around as there will be a charge to move it back.
Close and lock all doors.
Please, check your car for any items that are supposed to remain at the house.
$50 Lost key charge for the safe
Make sure all pool toys are out of pool before leaving.
If property is left unusually dirty, i.e. spills not cleaned, soil spots on carpet or furniture or trash left everywhere, there will be extra cleaning fees.
Parents, you are responsible for your children, any damage will be deducted from your damage deposit.
MAUI COUNTY GUIDELINES
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 8AM FOR ALL LICENSED VACATION HOMES. We are located in a residential neighborhood and all guests must be aware and respectful of our neighboring properties at all times. Noise carries at night so all outside activities, pool use, sitting outside on the deck talking must be taken inside after 10pm. Please be sure ALL members of your group are aware of the quiet hours and abide by this rule that the county has set for us. If we get any complaints about noise after 10pm you may be asked to leave immediately with no refunds.
Our home is inspected before and after guests leave, you are responsible for any and all damage or missing items that may occur. Make sure you let us know within 24 hours of arrival if anything is wrong or not working. We do not give refunds due to circumstances beyond our control - (weather, flight delays, etc.).

The house was great! Clean with all the basic needs. Lots of space to hang out. All the guests were comfortable. Location was amazing. Easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The "Food Truck" area was a cute little surprise with a variety of foods are suoer cute atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a tremendous holiday. Katie was a great host and helped with an issue. Robyn recommended Dona to us, who helped as a travel expert. She spend a couple hours with our group giving us the does and don’ts. She booked us a great Whale watching trip and a fantastic luau. The house was located very close to south gardens and many of the restaurants in Kihei were 1-1/2 blocks away. Very close to Cove park where we all went surfing. Lots of outdoor areas to choose from with a pool, which was nice to have although we spent most of our time at the beach The home was well supplied with beach chairs, beach, mats, paddle boards, baby accoutrements, etc.Very pleasant place to stay. Well maintained. Robyn and Katie were extremely easy to deal with and check in,/check out were easy.

Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Walkable to food trucks, beach, park, shopping and more which was nice. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Loved seeing the geckos sun bathing on the fence every morning we washed dishes.

We were two families with young babies/toddlers and the home was so well equipped for our needs. The location could not be better for travelers in our demographic with a big playground and easy beaches just blocks away. The property was great for our group. There was plenty of space, everything that you need for the beach was provided. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, parks and the beach. It was wonderful to have the paddle boards available and the hot tub was great for relaxing in the evening. The owner and the caretaker are both very friendly, proactive and helpful. Pictures are a bit deceiving, and the layout of the house is different. Never used the pool or hot tub, but why would you with all the beautiful beaches.
Location is perfect, and walking distance to everything you might need. Outdoor privacy is non existent, and you can hear everything from nearby construction, loud voices, and unhappy children. Take a short walk to the park to enjoy some peace and quiet. Spent most days out and about, so it really was ever a problem. Would stay here again!
