In town for my daughters wedding. And this condo was a beautiful choice, in a gorgeous setting, with wonderful amenities. Inside could use a little sprucing. But overall very happy with our stay. Definitely recommend!

What a great property! Close to the beach, beautiful pools. The restaurant and the bars are terrific. The customer service was awesome. Be sure to check on the laundry facilities if you plan on doing laundry.

This was a nice resort with a great location. Very close to a lot of the things we wanted to see. The room is a little outdated but served our needs. The view from the room was nice as well.

This is the perfect central location to explore the entire island! Staffing shortage had the slide and other smaller amenities closed. However the staff was amazing at the pool bar inside bar restaurant front desk and bellman! Microwave is a trek so we never used it. That’s my only complaint. Would definitely stay again! Worth the money for location and staff.

This spot is perfect for someone traveling solo or a couple. The pools and jacuzzis were great and short walk to the beach was even better! I had a mid stay cleaning and that was perfect. I thought I’d be missing a kitchen but found great food selections at the resort. Would definitely stay here again!!

This resort was set back from the road, so you felt like you were at a vacation resort not a hotel. Unit was very close to the beach, pools and pool bar. Good quiet location in the resort and the unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beach area is very open with no other hotels nearby but not a good area for swimming in the ocean because of all the coral but a beautiful view and you can walk for miles on the beach. My wife and I walked along the beach, all the way into town, over a 4-mile walk! The resort buildings are a little dated but there are plans for renovation to start in November. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept and resort staff are very friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport and offers a good breakfast, lunch and dinner on site (not included) but there are also good dinner options within 15-20 min drive. I would definitely return to this resort again.

Convenient location close to airport and in the middle of all the sites you would want to go see and explore. Room was nice, clean and in a good location. Communication was phenomenal. My wife accidentally left some items behind and they were returned to us with no issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant surprise, got a great room right by the ocean, was perfect for my wife and I. Good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Close to towns so you can explore the island. Only downfall was all 3 pools were freezing cold, causing the hot tub to always be packed. Overall, I would come back here, great stay.

Overall nice place, the bed is bit uncomfortable and definitely could use nicer pillows. Otherwise it was clean, and convenient to everything. If we stayed again we would just bring our own pillows. The mid week clean was nice and great timing for us.

This rental is essentially a well provided hotel room with a small refrigerator at a lovely, ocean front resort. We loved the proximity to the beach and lushly landscaped pool area. We also loved the small outdoor patio with pool and ocean view for our morning coffee. The unit was clean, although the furniture was a little tired. In therms of location, the unit was only about a mile from the airport! The unit was also very centrally located on the island. The only downsides were that it was a long walk from the unit to the lobby—which be difficult if you are hauling luggage. The day we arrived, it was pouring rain, which required hauling our stuff through a labyrinth of hallways and elevators. No luggage rack was available at the bell stand. And some of the hallway corridors were leaking rain water from the ceilings so we had to dodge an interior waterfall or two to get to our room. It also got expensive having to buy all meals at the hotel restaurants ($70 for breakfast for two with tip) so we would make a daily run for breakfast to the nearby Starbucks and make our own sandwiches for lunch. The property owner was extremely helpful with all questions and concerns and always got back to us promptly. For a hotel room, the unit came nicely stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The cost of the unit was very reasonable for oceanfront property in Kauai, although be aware that there is a separate parking fee of $35 plus tax per day. We took advantage of the valet parking and used that for the same daily charge. The valets were extremely fast and reliable. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at this very nice resort.

Steps from the beach, plenty of pool space for everyone, inddor and outdoor food and drinks, and a room that had everything we needed for a delightful stay. Central location allowed us to tour both sides of the island, and close enough to the airport we had no concerns about traffic, which van be an issue at times. A wonderful experience.

I was super leery about booking through Vrbo in the beginning. What made it much more comforting is the reviews and the actual photo's of the unit we choose. The property was extremely clean and the entire staff was so warm and friendly. We looked forward to coming back in the afternoon to a bright smiling face, that always greeted us with a positive spirit. We also, enjoyed the Tiki Bar experience, and the on site Restaurant. The service and food were above what we expected. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to book in Kauai.

Our stay at Kauai Beach Resort was WONDERFUL! Our room was well appointed and inviting. The view of the pools and ocean made our stay even better. Our hosts were very gracious, great to deal with and very responsive to our needs, checking with us frequently to make sure we were happy with our room. I am come to Kauai every 4-5 months and this is the first stay at this property glad I found it! Very relaxing time sitting on the beach or at the pool reading, sunning and enjoying all in less than a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Worth the money. The resort had a great layout. We enjoyed the bar area and had good dining experiences the whole time. Parking and check in was very easy and the host provided beach accessories. The reason for my lower score is due to cleanliness. We found long black hairs all over everything. (Shower, bed, sink, towels). We are both blonde so they obviously weren’t ours. I understand that finding good help right now is probably difficult and overall every other aspect was excellent.

We loved the location of the unit, it was close to the ocean and pools. We could park our rental in the resorts parking lot. Restaurant was very nice and good food. The only thing that I was not happy with was that we couldn't really swim in the ocean, I wish there was a protected area that we could have snorkeled in.

I think an airport shuttle service around be helpful!! Supplying guest, with more toilet paper, hand soap, and ground coffee would have been nice. We ran low after a few days.
