This house was perfect for our family. We had six adults in the three bedroom house/three bath, so it was perfect. Great kitchen and family room and lanai.
One thing is that some of the windows don't have blinds, so if you are light sensitive in the morning that is a consideration. Also the primary bedroom is missing a blind that eliminates privacy, as you can see into the room from outside and from the kitchen. Hopefully they will rectify this.

The house was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed! The location was perfect for our family of 8. A quiet community in walking distance to two beaches and a short ride to some others. We didn’t end up using the pool at all because we love the ocean. And we didn’t play tennis because we didn’t want to pay extra for it. We loved our stay at Hale Kupa’a and would recommend to others!

I can't say enough nice things about this house! It's very nicely updated and well stocked. The location is amazing to say the least. We've stayed at other homes along this greenbelt and this is by far the best. We spent ample time on the deck and enjoyed opening all the sliders to get that wonderful island breeze. We'll definitely make it a point to stay here again!

Great / spacious common area,
10-15 minute walk to Poipu Beach.
Only negative would be the distance of the community pool from the residence. We would of used the pool more often if it was closer.
We would definitely consider renting the home again for our next family vacation

Wow, can’t say enough good things about this house!! It was the perfect space for our family of four to spread out and relax when not exploring and adventuring while on vacation. My husband and I loved sitting on the back lanai to drink coffee in the mornings. The house is as described and better! Beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, beach chairs and cooler provided. Close to a lot of things, yet still feels like you’re secluded into a private home not in a crowded area with lots of other people. The greenway space was great for my kids, who are 7&9. They ran around & played a lot out there! This rental was truly the vacation home you are looking for! Fresh, clean, and updated finish out and just an all around great space to come back to day after day while we were there! Thank you so much!!

We had our son’s destination wedding at The Koa Kea Resort and this home could not have been in a better location for proximity to all our guests staying in the other resorts! Also close to all the beaches ; prompt service when requested; clean, open and beautiful! Spacious and indoor/outdoor dining and relaxing was lovely! We will be back here!!

The house is located on a quiet street with the green belt as your backyard. It was so easy to walk right out and to either Shipwreck or Poipu Beach. The house had 3 ensuite bedrooms which were very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice, although we didn't eat anything besides breakfast there.The house had all the beach stuff you need. (chairs, towels, umbrellas). Also very nice to have a washer and dryer with detergent provided. We would definitely stay again, the place was plenty big and gave everyone the privacy they needed.

Our experience at Poipu Kai Delight was outstanding! The house was absolutely gorgeous. Very light, bright and airy and looked out on the greenway with its lush grass & palm trees. Loved how the house opened up for a truly indoor/outdoor vibe. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch every morning. Decor was beautiful & the setup for my family was great. We each had our own bedroom and bath. Kitchen was efficient, had everything we needed & worked well with multiple chefs! Location was perfect! Short walk down the greenway to Shipwreck beach & Grand Hyatt, close to great shopping & restaurants. The only thing I would change next time is I would stay longer!!

The house looks exactly like the photos and is bright and open. We had so much fun hanging in out at the house but it was also a perfect location to walk to beaches and restaurants. Furniture was comfortable and the refrigerator was huge. Even has a double oven! We loved it.

We loved our stay! This house is beautiful and the location makes for easy access to a couple beaches, Hyatt resort amenities, beach rentals, and hiking. There were no bathtubs on site which is tricky with really young babies but otherwise it’s a great, great stay! We loved the house and felt comfortable the entire trip. The kitchen has only salt, pepper and oil… fyi!

This property was beautiful and well maintained. The home was clean and welcoming. We loved the large open windows that let the beautiful sun in. The Kitchen was excellent.The only downside was that their were some windows in the bedrooms without shades or coverings and did not provide adequate privacy from neighbors or guests on patio.

Warm, Clean Home + Excellent Location. Our experience was excellent, a 10 out of 10! The check-in instructions were perfect and easy to follow. The house is freshly remodeled and has everything we need for our four boys. The location is a five-minute walk to Shipwreck Beach, and we especially liked the green belt location, so the boys had an expansive area to play. The manager checked in with us several times, but they did not need to, as the house had everything we needed.

Stop your search...this is the one! The location, the property layout, the responsiveness of the management team - you can’t get any better. We booked a last minute 4 night stay in August and enjoyed every minute. Definitely on our list to return to someday.

The house was perfect for our family of four (8 and 12) and my sister’s family of four (11 and 14). The location and quietness of the neighborhood was ideal. One thing to note - there are a lot of light switches but make sure to turn off the exterior front lights otherwise you will get a note from the HOA taped to your door. The welcome gift from the management was very thoughtful and much needed after a long journey. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Our stay at Hale Kupaa was fabulous! We loved the space the property provided as well as the light and bright feel of the home! It was nice being so close to the Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck beach. The walking paths outside the back patio were an additional bonus. Excellent vacation property! Mahalo!

Perfect spot for our extended family. This house was well kept and the neighborhood was very freindly and quiet.
The Greenway is the best thing ever! Short walks both directions to great beaches on each side. We loved our stay here.
The only thing I still wonder about is why the half bath was not offered or available for use. It was described properly as a 3 bathroom, but those are all bathroom suites inside of bedrooms, and no bathrooms outside of bedrooms were available for us to use. With a full house of 8 people, I would have gladly paid more to have full use of all 3.5 bathrooms.
Overall an awesome house and would stay here again!
P.S. it does have a great BBQ on the back deck which we enjoyed during our stay.

We had a terrific stay in Hale Kupa'a. The house was fully updated and nicely decorated. The rooms were all spacious with each bedroom having its own ensuite, plus a powder room. Beds were all comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Property was very well maintained and greatly appreciated the good quality beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Lots of hiking and beaching nearby, along with great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely return!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It’s new, beautiful and clean. The layout was perfect for 3 couples and a couple little kiddos. All 3 bedrooms have an on suite bathroom. The kitchen and great room are perfect for the family to come together. The table on the back deck is perfect too. It’s just a short walk to the pool and beaches. The location is close to all the best Poipu beaches, food and shopping.Our interactions with the management company were all great. They are very quick to respond. The checkout process was the best I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely give this property 5 stars. The only thing I would recommend is a window covering on the bedroom window that faces the back deck. Not much privacy with an open window. Also, make sure you don’t have the exterior house lights on ever. We had them on at 7:45 pm because my sister ran to the store and some people from the neighborhood knocked on our door to tell us that exterior lights have to be off. It was only 7:45 pm. Other than that, everything was perfect and we had a wonderful experience.
