Love staying here! Family friendly area.
Pool has a lazy winding river with waterslides, and multiple jacuzzi’s. It’s well equipped kitchen, and stocked activity area saved us.

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. Our kids ages 5, 7, and 9 loved the slides, lazy river, and hot tub. The resort is on the water with gorgeous views. We would highly recommend for a family vacation!

This condo worked perfectly for our family vacation. The host was easy to cimmunicate with, the unit was clean, it is well stocked for cooking and also with beach necessities. Its also in a prime location.
The host was always responsive with any questions we had and very accomondating.
The grounds are well kept. The pool was a big hit with my kids. There's a beach entry on one side of the pool and multiple hot tubs. The kids loved the 2 slides. There's also beach access right in front of the resort.
The unit itself is spacious with bedrooms on opposite sides and separated by the living room/kitchen area. It was nice to retreat to your room when needed and come together in the living area when you wanted. Each room has its own TV. The bathrooms are spacious and each have separate showers and tubs.
The resort is at a prime location. It was easy to explore the other sides of the island. Safeway is across the street and an easy walk. Next to safeway is the best shave ice on Kauai, Wailua Shave Ice. Lots of great places to eat in Kapaa too.
We look forward in staying here again.

This condo was beautiful & very clean. Nice layout, great for two couples. Beds were comfy too. Really enjoyed the lanai for card games & morning coffee. The pool area & beach are spectacular! Only two minor complaints: The dining/living area needs more lighting, quite dark to eat dinner. And kitchen could use more than one towel. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was clean, had room for all of us, and 3 bathrooms was a huge plus (especially with 3 teenagers). The pool is amazing as was having multiple hot tubs. The location is fantastic being in the center of Kapaa and directly across the street from Safeway and other shopping. Unit came well stocked with everything you need for a beach day and snorkeling.
Minor issues: not much lighting in the dining area, hot tubs had heating issues on a couple nights, and the supplied beach umbrella was broken (we replaced it). But these weren't a big deal and we had a great time.

The room was impeccably clean. Gorgeous, modern decor. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Walking distance to many restaurants. In a two minute walk, you’re at the beach! Koi pond, beautiful pool with slides. This place is amazing!
