Wonderful stay. Couple very small hic-ups that were quickly resolved (toaster broken and Wi-Fi went down). Clean. Spacious. Great location. Will definitely plan on returning in the very near future.

Great place. The apartment is furnished with everything needed. A couple steps from the beach. There is a community pool right outside the balcony but most of the time it wasn’t being used. The beach is nice and quiet although not the best beach in Maui because of the rocks/pebbles. Sunset views outside the apartment are great. It’s near by shopping/dining areas making it convenient. Overall great place.

One thing people may want to consider, is that like many other places on Maui the parking spaces are quite narrow. If you can, opt for the smaller rental car.

I highly recommend this property! The views of the ocean, sunsets and sunrise were magnificent. Kitchen was a FULL kitchen everything and more to cook meals. Clean, roomy and decor was lovely! Staff went above and beyond and so prompt & helpful. We’ll be back for sure. Been to Maui 5 times best ever condo rental :-)

We loved that it was so well stocked, especially with beach toys (boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling stuff). Kihei is such a nice central location so we toured all parts of the island. I was concerned with one of the reviews that said the shower water didn't get warm but thankfully it got plenty hot. This was our 4th visit to the island and loved it so much we're hoping to rent it as a gift for our daughter and son-in-law for their first trip to Maui in 2025.

Great stay here for 5 nights, loved everything about it! Only thing I would change would be the temp of the shower could be warmer. Perfect location close to everything and was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect view and great walk out to the beach through the grass. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This ground floor condo was perfect for my son and I and the sunset views from the patio were the best feature. Owners went above and beyond providing all necessary kitchen items including coffee. Also a bonus were some boogie boards and beach chairs, coolers etc. We were pleasantly surprised.

We had a great time staying there. The apartment is very well equipped and recently renovated. It has plenty of beach gear and you are literally in front of the ocean. The only feedback I have is that the shower is a tad cold, specially at night. But overall it is a great place to stay and strongly recommended.

I had a great stay with my young daughter. The location is great as it’s just down the road from great beaches, restaurant, and a public park. The oceanfront factor and access via the first floor is also amazing with a great sunset view. The inside is updated and comfortable. Overall great stay.

We have usually stayed on the Kaanapali side of the island. We decided to give Kihei a try.
Have to say this property did not disappoint.
The location was ideal. The place is just as described. Steps from the beach and the pool is right outside. They have chairs and beach supplies to use. It was clean, quiet and felt safe.
Stephen the property manager was very cordial.
We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

What can I say… Place was absolutely fabulous and everything you could ask for. 3 second walk to the pool and 30 sec walk to the beach/ocean. The condo was very clean, had all the amenities you could ask for such as comfy bed, beach chairs, cooler, ice packs in the freezer, AC, coffee maker, all cooking utensils and a perfect place to watch the sunset every evening. Grounds were kept in perfect shape, Safeway is a 5 min drive, great local restaurants in walking distance and 6 dollar Uber ride to shopping and some awesome pubs.
Friendly people at the condo and just a chill atmosphere. We will be trying to book again without hesitation on our next trip to Maui. You can’t go wrong with this place. I can’t even invent one negative thing about the place and worth the cost.
The place even had a cribbage board which made for fun quiet evening when winding down on the patio after sunset.
I hope you have the same perfect vacation we did staying here.

We really enjoyed Leinaala #101. Ground floor. Pool right in front. Lots of greenspace going up to the ocean. Clean modern condo. Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance imaginable and cooking utensils, too. Manager Steve was very friendly, always working to keep grounds and condo area neat and clean. Condo was situated just a little further on N. Kehei road that there wasn't many businesses in walking distance. But we did rent a car. We will stay again!

We absolutely loved staying here in unit 101! The view and access to the beach was so awesome! We stayed in a condo in 2021 close to Kahana and i thought we couldnt do better than that one but this condo is great also, we really loved the ground floor access!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering staying in this unit. The only thing i would add would be a luggage stand and possibly a place to put clothes. I made room in the closet and it worked fine. The ACs in the two rooms was awesome. Great place Miss Kathy, we thank you so very much! Mahalo, Jeff, Jolene, and Kamryn!!

It turned out to be a good vacation. But the air conditioner in the living room do not work for the first two days Management Sent somebody over to fix it. And I never was able to find the remote TV in the bedroom. I also had to leave a day early because I Thought that I paid for the night of the 9th so I have to move to another hotel for one night.

Condo is cozy and updated, walking distance to the beach and sunset view. Location is very convenient, just 20 mins from the airport and also a hood base if you’re trying to do Road to Hana and explore West Maui. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks within minutes of driving. Improvements: shower head wall attachment needs upgrade . Snorkel gear provided is old and dirty.

Property is slightly away from traffic on Kihei road so a bit quieter. Grounds and pool well looked after the on site manager stephen is super. The complex is lucky to have him. The unit being right next to the pool was quite noisey with kids etc in the pool many days. Unit was renovated but owners did it as inexpensivly as they could. For what is being charged amenities like toilet paper could be of a better quality.

Due to my husband's death the weekend before our arrival, we canceled this reservation and did not get to enjoy your rental. It would have been a nice gesture to have removed this request to avoid the painful reminder of the vacation we paid for and did not make use of. There should be some concessions for refunds due to a sudden death of a guest.

The he property was easy to find & easily accessible. The room was clean & lovely. Kitchen was well equipped & everything worked. Living area & bedroom was clean & nicely decorated. The bathroom was very clean but the shower head was horrible. The front door needs weather stripping done as dirt & debris blew in underneath & made a horrible mess. This location feels like you’re a local. Walk out access to the pool, beach and beautiful park! My husband and I stayed for 10 days and loved the condo! Clean and simply decorated with all the necessities! Great air conditioning in living room and bedroom with queen size comfortable bed! Great walk on the beach in both directions and only a five minute walk on the beach to Monsoon Bar and Grill! Only downside is the noise from kids using the pool and pickle ball games at the courts close by. However, the ocean view and sunsets are amazing and made it all worth it! I would definitely stay there again!

Can’t beat it for the price!! Beach just out from the sliding door. Close to shopping and restaurants. Only problem is rental office is closed after 5 and no one to communicate with.
