This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The unit was clean and contained all the essentials needed. The resort grounds were also great. The waterslide was a huge hit with our kiddos. Communications with the management team was quick and informative. I would highly recommend this property. Aloha!

Its clean and well taken care of.
I would say it’s the perfect place to chill, all of our group said how relaxed they felt. Ocean View was excellent for Whale watching.
More loungers at pool would be a bonus

Great condo with amazing snorkeling right out on the beach. We saw so many turtles! Check in and check out was easy. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella, and unlimited beach towels too!

We loved our stay at the Honua Kai. It truly is an amazing resort for the price even compared to the more expensive resorts near by. Very convenient towel service, shop/coffee shop in resort, parking, and restaurant on property. There are many pools and hot tubs and the beach is steps away so its never too busy. The room itself was great and roomy for a relaxing vacation. We did have a bit of trouble with check in but it was resolved quickly and I do not think it is typical of how the check in process usually works. You can walk to other resorts, restaurants, and shops near by and Lahina or Kapaula are only a 10 minute drive. Great stay and would stay here again if in Maui!

We had a great stay! The property is in a great location. You can walk to the grocery store and several restaurants. We loved being able to order from Dukes while sitting by the pool. The beach is perfect for snorkeling! We saw sea turtles, fish, an octopus, and even whales. Highly recommend this location for your next Maui vacation.

The kitchen was poorly stocked. The two frying pans without lids were dirty when we went to use them. We asked Jason for a box of tissues. He said they don’t stock that, but he did bring one when he replaced the tv. The luring coffee did not work consistently, but he told us there was a drip one which was better( it’s above the refrigerator in a cabinet fyi). The resort towels had chips in them even though they were old and frayed. There are very few staff on hand everything is online. We had trouble upgrading a casabella, covered two seats, to a cabana. Property could use some updating
