This property is very nice and well equipped.I would like to give two recommendations though;- the lighting in the bathroom is far to low and requires much higher wattage bulbs.- the bed mattress is very worn and in desperate need of replacing I do not mean to criticize this as a whole as everything else was great and I would be happy to recommend it to friends.

Dirty floor, we didn’t break anything - not a full set of cutlery and dishes, broken garbage can, taps in bathroom need to be updated. No cooktop. We had to check out at 1030 am but did not have a flight until 10 pm - we were not allowed to leave our luggage with the valet or use the pool while we waited as we were not hotel guests. Lobby coffee and apples and wine and cheese were for hotel guests only. I emailed the only alii beach rentals contact we were given twice and nobody responded. It said we would get quick response.

I LOVED my stay here. The communication leading up to my stay could not have been more professional and the few questions I had were answered promptly. The property itself is in a fantastic location and the view from the balcony is sublime! All facilities were amazing and the cleanliness of the apartment was superb. You can tell that the owners really care about the experience of their renters and this manifested in a really pleasant stay. I would not hesitate to return and to recommend this to anyone staying in this beautiful area.

Loved my stay at this location. So easy to stroll out the front door and go to great restaurants, beaches, and local eateries. The staff is so friendly and the valet was so quick when I needed my car.

Great place to stay. Location is quiet and accessible to shopping malls and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Hotel staff and valley parking attendants are courteous and friendly.

The room met our needs and close to all accommodations and transportation we needed. Close walk to the beach and shopping. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Keep in mind air B&B rooms are not permitted to participate in the hotel activities like lei making.
We did have an issue with the bathroom
Sink being clogged and they had to call out plumbers. We were unable to use the sink for about 3 days . Although mgmt was very kind and considerate and kept in communication it was just a slight inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed the room and stay.

This was our first trip to the Hawaiian islands. We stayed on Oahu the entire time. This location is very centrally located in Waikiki. When we weren’t driving to other parts of the island, we were mostly walking down to the beach, or walking around finding places with a good view and good food-not hard to do here. The place was very clean. Because it is in a hotel, and your are not technically a hotel guest, you are not able to participate in some of the complementary activities provided by the hotel. However, it didn’t really bother us as we were so busy running around anyway! There is a laundry room on site but the vending machine for the individual packets of detergent and dryer sheets were pricey- you are better off getting them from the ABC store across the street if you plan on doing more than one load.
Overall, it was a great location, comfortable, clean, centrally located, and with a beautiful view off of the lanai.

Very easy access all the way through. Awesome location next to the main strip and very helpful staff at the hotel. Great value with an ocean view and some nice amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Got a great last minute deal. Location is great and condo was clean. Great overlook to the ocean. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Having beach towels included was nice as well. I would stay again!
