Clean and well appointed unit. I found the pull out sofa uncomfortable but would likely be fine for petite people. I also wished there was a kitchen table for our family to eat at together but i guess i missed the memo in thy listing description that there wasn't one.
The main issue had nothing to do with the unit, but to do with the property manager. When my husband didn't answer to door to him fast enough, he started to enter the unit.
Also, with this manager, i would not call this a child friendly stay. There were many children making bare minimize minimum sound in the public pool during pool hours and all were repeatedly told to "be quiet". "No horseplay". "There are cameras". He was in at least three conflicts with parents besides me.
So while i wanted to leave a great review and considered not leaving one because i couldn't leave a good one, and Susan was great and did all she could to help.... i needed to share my experience.
If you want you kids to play at the pool, look elsewhere. For just 2 adults, id give the place a higher rating.

We cannot thank Susan enough. The condo was newly renovated and clean very spacious and absolutely beautiful. It came with beach toys, laundry and all your kitchen needs plus more! I had a couple issues at the beginning regarding the reservation on my part, but she answered all my questions, was patient and helped me through. She also responded very quickly which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this place as it was a perfect location to beaches, shops and only 15-20 min from the airport. Condo was just as advertised. Had everything we needed. Susan was very responsive and even put in a shower chair I had ordered and sent. Although the condo is not advertised as wheelchair-accesible, it could work for someone who can walk a little. There is a walk-in shower and unit is ground level. I could get my wheelchair in the front door and main areas, just not the bathroom and bedroom. Patio is a so nice and quiet, felt like I was in a tropical paradise!

The property was just as described. We were able to walk across the street to the beach where we enjoyed our days in the warm Pacific waters and soft beach sand. We used the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella provided. The property was peaceful and well landscaped. The kitchen was well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location, etc. However the night before we would be leaving the next day, a note was posted on our door that Pest Control would be spraying outside and inside of our unit by 8:00am. It indicate that if we had allergies or issue with smell, etc. we should vacate 2 hours prior. *I contacted our host via text/email, but did not hear anything back until the morning. This would be our final day and we needed those morning hours to pack. By 8am, pest control was pounding on our door. Needless to say, we made a hurried and non-relaxing exit on our last day. I expected to receive some small compensation due to this inconvenience, but did not receive anything other than I'm sorry that happened. We would still appreciate some sort of compensation in respect to this issue. Thank you

I was in Kihei to spend time with a local friend so I didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo. However everything was exactly as described. The kitchen appeared to be fully stocked and there were plenty of beach towels and chairs. The in unit washer and dryer were super convenient. The entire property was calm with beautiful landscaping and the lanai was peaceful.
The location was perfect! There is a beach right across the street which was perfect for watching the sunset and is protected so little kids can swim there. Kihei has a lot to offer within a 5-10 minute drive which made this condo very well located.
There had been an issue with the dishwasher before I arrived but the property manager proactively reached out to me about it and got it resolved as soon as possible.

We love the area because of the convenient. The property closes to grocery stores, restaurants, and local cuisines. But because it’s the ground floor apartment, you don’t see much even out on the patio. We surprised the shower just have one glass door, they have put up a shower curtain for us, just looked a little strange. Then, into the third day, the toilet could not flash because lack of incoming water, I have to call the management. The air conditioners are a bit loud, we had to sleep without them, we turned on the fans, which is okay. Oven in the kitchen is very dirty, when we tried to warm up some food, it smoked a lot. Over all, still a nice stay.

Susan was a great host from the start and was quick to respond with clear communication. She was also very accommodating with our changing travel plans. For that reason alone I recommend booking with her!
This condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We made use of the kitchen and fridge to cut down on the expensive costs of eating out for every meal. Susan also provided some beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, etc) which was another way to save money and have a great time while we explored around Maui. Best of all, the condo was clean and quiet. Not a lot of foot traffic outside this unit and all of the neighbors were quiet and respectful at the appropriate times.
The only hiccup was that on our first day, the construction crew was working on the roof at the far end of the building but had stored some equipment and heavy machinery right outside the bedroom window. So they were banging around out there for a few hours but they moved everything before the evening so it was a non-issue after that!
I highly recommend this unit. It was more affordable than hotels in the area, with the added bonus of having a full kitchen which is super convenient! Susan was a great host. If we come back to Kihei we will stay here again.

This condo is by no means fancy but it has everything you need to enjoy your stay on Maui. There is a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. A shower with good pressure. Air conditioning for warmer nights. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach...towels, toys, snorkel gear, cooler, umbrellas. The beds were comfortable, our 17 year old daughter slept quite well on the pull out couch. The patio overlooking the courtyard is beautiful and peaceful. There is a pool and a hot tub steps away. The beach is also just a block away.
Susan was super responsive and attentive. Check in was a breeze. This condo was prefect for our vacation!

We liked the condo location toward the back of the complex because it was quiet. The king size bed was a nice surprise, we thought it was going to be a queen. The kitchen and bath were clean but the floors needed a good mopping. This condo has all tile floors which we liked and the floor had be vacuumed but not mopped. I would stay here again but would request the floor to be mopped.

Condo was great. Good location. Pool was clean. Residents were friendly and helpful. A few days before we arrived the property had been inundated with mud. They were in the middle of getting property cleaned up. Finding the condo and designated parking was kinda difficult on arrival (dark and everything covered in mud) and with no map of layout it took a little late night wandering with a flashlight to find the correct condo. Overall experience was great. Tried real hard not to track dirt into condo but with all the mud about it was an effort. Would stay there again.

This was a great little condo! The grounds are absolutely beautiful too! It had just about everything you can need for a fun day at the beach. Having a patio hose to rinse off the sand as well as a washer and dryer is almost a necessity for any stay in Maui! This complex was nice and quiet, but we had some pretty loud neighbors in the complex behind us. Other than that we had a great stay.

The manager was very nice to talk to, she was very helpful. As for the place it was overall a nice stay but unfortunately, during my stay (apartment is on the ground floor) there was a renovation going on in the apartment upstairs so it was a bit noisy. The location is very nice, across the Whale Foundation and there were good sightings of green turtles just chilling on the rocks or the beach. The property where apartment was located had a lovely lush green yard with small fountains. Apartment is located at the very end, away from the road so no road noise which is a plus.

I was very worried about the hot temperature in Maui in August, but the condo was perfect! This was the only place that I found that had AC in the living room AND the bedroom! It was so nice and comfortably cool, at times I didn’t want to leave the room!
As warm as it gets in Maui, I’m surprised that there are very few accommodations that have AC. Susan’s place was extremely clean, very nice, and had everything one would need for a day at the beach, including a cooler, umbrellas, beach towels, blanket, chairs, toys, boogie boards, and snorkel gear.
Susan, the host, was very helpful and accommodating.. She was lovely to deal with! Would definitely recommend this place, and will come back again!

This property is not in the heart of Kihei but it is a very solid spot to jump off to all parts of the island. Great place to stay comfortable and many hidden amenities.
