We spent a week here during the first week in November. The location was great. Beautiful views!! The 4th floor condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, washer/dryer, kitchen (well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc), comfortable living space and lanai overlooking the water, pool and beach. The parking lot was small but never had an issue finding a spot. The only downfall is there is no air conditioning. For the most part, it wasn’t an issue but had a few shorts periods where it was pretty warm in the condo. We made it a point to get out and explore in the afternoon hours. Definitely would recommend this place.

The Nohonanni enjoys one of the best locations in the Kaanapali area. Located right on the beach we enjoyed snorkelling among the sea turtles. The unit was well equipped with comfortable beds. A perfect vacation.

Good location for necessities, restaurants, trips to Lahaina and right on a turtle thoroughfare. Good spot right in front for snorkeling. Couple of local parks nearby.

First week stuck in 4 th floor condo as elevator broken and unable to navigate the many stairs. Small discount given for time spent in condo Lanai door does not open easily and had handyman come twice to fix it. Stated he needed to replace door closure device. pool furniture very uncomfortable and old. Sheets were thread bare otherwise good stay. Person in charge of our condo very helpful and courteous

The elevator broke and we had to stay in our condo for a week on the 4 th floor. My husband uses a walker so it was awful getting him to condo in first place with elevator out the sliding doors to lanai don’t work had workman 3 times to try and fix it. The owner was sympathetic to our confinement in the condo but no reduced rate. The sheets are threadborne. Everything else was ok

the waves are quite loud but the views are beautiful and the location is great. We could see whales from the balcony and enjoyed watching the turtles on the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We love Nohonani 405 and consider it our 2nd home!! The front bedroom looks right down on the ocean. All you hear at night from that room is the sound of the waves. From the lanai, you can look down and watch the sea turtles feeding on the reef and in winter, you can spot whales frolicking in the water. I also enjoy the view of Molokai. We love to watch the sunset behind Lanai every evening. The condo is clean and well equipped with a boogie board, ice chest, beach chairs, etc. I also like the hooks hanging in the master bedroom and out on the lanai. Super handy for bathing suits, sun hats, etc. The pool area is nice and a fun place to hang out. An occasional sea turtle will hang out on the beach! Gas barbeques are a handy place to cook your dinner. The strip mall down the street has several yummy places to get food to go if you don't feel like cooking. We plan to return as soon as possible!

We were very impressed with this condo! Very comfy beds, it's own washer and dryer, beautiful view & lanai furniture, fully stocked kitchen and friendly building atmosphere (with a pool!). This is actually a gem of a rental property and we hope we'll be back soon! Thank you for having us!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and had lots of cleaning supplies for us plus laundry detergent etc. The view was fabulous, property very well maintained. My grand-children adored the pool and gradually got more comfortable with the beach. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental. I myself have been here numerous times and enjoy the homey feel of the Nohonani rather the a huge complex.

The unit was in good shape and had functioning appliances to include a washer and dryer. The dryer had a lint trap that wouldn’t stay in place. The property had a nice small pool. The property is right up against the ocean (more on this later).
The best thing about this property was the sea turtles! Our first night a giant one was on the beach. Since it was dark I thought it was a concrete sculpture or something on the small beach, nope it was a massive sea turtle! The entire time we were there we could see them swimming from the balcony (top floor).
Two negative parts about this unit that I do not feel were communicated well in the listing was nice AC and how loud the ocean is at night. Since there was no AC we had to sleep with all windows open which made the ocean waves super loud. This property is right up against the ocean and all night long it felt like the ocean was relentlessly assaulting the wall of the grassy area by crashing the waves against it.
We had no issues with the operation of the unit/property and thus no communication with the property manager. The property did have a nice large Weber gas grill I used to make dinner one night. The kids loves the small beach and pool. The beach was hardly used by anyone.
For me the lack of AC and loud ocean will keep me from staying this close to the ocean again.

The view from room 405 was amazing. It is the best view from any other room here. There was a turtle that slept on the beach every night. Does your room come with a turtle? We had a guest from a luxury hotel come over and said he would switch with us in a second. We paid a quarter of what he paid. Our course our room isn't fancy but it did its job and saved us a ton of money. The one complaint was no AC and noise if you leave the windows open. For some it might be a deal breaker but not for us. The ocean sound lulled us to sleep.
