Our entire experience from booking, to check in, check out and everything in between was amazing. After booking, as the trip neared, we received a guidebook that helped us prepare and gave great info. Check in was smooth and felt so personalized with Cherie giving us a tour around the unit. The unit itself is well-stocked with everything you need to go to the beach or lagoon. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in a rental unit that I’ve experienced, that was really nice! Any time we had questions, the property manager and everyone on site was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our family enjoyed the bar on-site (virgin drinks too!) and we had fun renting a paddleboard at the lagoon. You really can’t go wrong staying here - next time we come to Oahu, we will be staying here.

Even though the end of our stay was spring break for a lot of mainland, the pools and lagoon were not crowded. This condo is second floor, short walk to the pool from the elevator and then through the beautiful pool area to the lagoon is an easy walk. This resort is well designed with elevators for different areas so we never had to wait in line for an elevator and only once had to even share a ride with others.I have some mobility issues so opening the doors to the lanai often required assistance as they are quite heavy. The condo is very well stocked. We cooked and did laundry there. I loved the super deep bathtub. At 5'10" it's rare for me to enjoy a bath but the tub is long and tall with a tall faucet that's easy to lie back under to wash your hair. This was a blessing for me as standing to shower is a physical struggle (however it would be challenging to get in and out of for a lot of folx). And I would never dream of filling that tub as it would use far too much water.The master bed was very comfortable. The decorations lovely. Everything in the condo was in good condition and clean.The back of the condo does back to the road which can be a little noisy especially from the lanai but didn't interfere with our enjoying it and would definitely return.Having someone to greet you and show you around the property and condo was very nice.

Our family LOVED our stay in Kolina! The town was beautiful, at its center were fun shops and restaurants. The property was away from Waikiki's hustle and bustle, but its central location made for easy and enjoyable trips all around the island. The property was perfect for families, its proximity to the beach lagoon and pool allowed us to spend the day playing from one to another and still pop back to the condo for a quick lunch or nap. This condo was so well stocked having anything to cook dinner, BBQ at the pool, and any pool/beach essentials possibly needed. Traveling and using vrbos frequently, this was by far the most family-friendly space we had the pleasure of renting. The only area where we would suggest improvement was the check-in process. Like most people visiting the island after a 6 hour flight and all that entails with kiddos an hour-plus walk around the property and extensive "how-to" around the condo (including how to turn on the TV and light switches) was a bit too much. I can see the importance of some of the information covered and the staff was more than helpful and very friendly but if that intro could be condensed and shortened. I think that would be helpful. We loved our vacation to Hawaii and this property was a big part of that!

This review is overdue. Our Family was here to celebrate my Wife's milestone birthday.
Upon arrival we were greeted by property managers Neil and Sherry. We stayed at tgis resort a few times but these hosts were the A-Team. Neil insisted on loading our luggage and guiding us over to our home for a week. Neil was extremely thorough and went over everything in the suite and functionalities. Sherry joined in and her and my Wife hit it off right away. Ill get to the suite in a bit but these are just awesome Folk!!!
The suite is nicely situated towards the main road with an ocean view from the Lanai and balcony. All appliances were new and in working order. The suite was clean and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities- you just bring your own groceries of course. The suite is decorated with an aloha spirit and we had a fantastic time. We'll be going back soon and will be staying here again. This resort is located close to all amenities. You really don't have to leave the resort area as many restaurants, ABC store and coffee are walkable. Disney's Aulani is next door and the lagoons are just awesome.

Property was great. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. The patio doors did not work properly but were functional. The parking was poor. We have a full size SUV and were assigned a spot for compact vehicles. Made it extremely difficult to pull in and out.

We traveled to Oahu to care for our grandsons, ages 2 & 5. The condo was fully stocked with toys, beach wagon & chairs, umbrella & snorkeling gear. This made for a great experience for everyone.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the family.
We enjoyed returning to the Beach Villas for an evening swim. The kids pool was very safe with a gravel bottom & was separated from the deeper section which made for a relaxing time. There is a poolside bar that served chicken nuggets & smoothies for the kids as well as adult beverages.
The villas are located between the Marriott & Disney hotels both of which are very crowded & busy. Restaurants are within walking distance.
Neil was very attentive to all of our needs.

Very relaxing, clean & inviting. Upscale accommodation and area. Loved the beach lagoon and pool areas. Unit was very well stocked, wagon to carry everything to the beach was a thoughtful touch! The unit would be improved with brighter lighting for the evening in the main living areas & kitchen. We found it to dark to read comfortably in the evening. The safe was brand new, but was never securely mounted, so we were unable to use it. Everything else was wonderful and Sherry, the property manager was very informative and extremely helpful when we had questions. Thank you for helping us to love our stay in Ko Olina!

The place was much better than the pictures, they didn’t justify the actual place. The place was clean and spacious for a family of 5. Sherry was very kind, she not only provided detailed info to the villa but also found us a booster seat to use at the last moment! She also had a surprise cake for my mom’s birthday which was extremely sweet and kind of her.
In addition to having Sherry as the nice host, the rental unit had all the beach necessities, all the kitchen wares and toilette items for us to use. And it’s only 2 miles away from Costco and major shopping area!
The cove/beach was nice and beautiful, the water was clean and calm. Perfect for little ones to swim in the ocean. The kids had a blast and all of us enjoyed our week there. We’ll definitely contact Sherry if we hit Oahu again!

We loved everything about this property. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and gadget we could have needed. The overall property was very nice and we had the pools to ourselves most days until after 11 am and even then they were never overcrowded. One recommendation for the unit itself would be to change the light bulbs/fixtures in the entire unit as it is very dim.

My family and I stayed on this property for a week in August and it was just perfect for us. The location was beautiful, the condo was clean. The check in process was easy and thorough. Management is very attentive to your needs. I would love to stay here again! Also, while some would prefer a full beach view from their condo, the views from this lanai did not disappoint at all. Not only does it give you beach and landscape views, but when the sun is at its hottest, you still get enough shade and breeze to be able to lounge and nap! It was just wonderful! From start to finish, this was the best experience! Sherry was amazing to work with - responsive to all emails, met us at check in - it all made for a great start to our vacation. She even had a sweet little something for our HS grad! The condo had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay…even had EVERYTHING needed for the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel gear, sand mats, cooler, etc.) We loved hanging out on the lanai with the perfect Hawaiian breezes! Definitely want to go back!

This Ko Olina condo had all the amenities you will want, from the kitchen utensils, icemaker, plenty of pots and pans, plastic and glass dishes, etc. They also include a well stocked closet of beach chairs, snorkel gear and a very handy wagon to carry everything down to the beach lagoon or the pool. The 2 pools were awesome and enjoyed using the barbecues as well. This location is spectacular. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great communications from the owner as well as the in town property manager.

We LOVED our stay in THIS condo! It was so well appointed for all ages ( 4yrs- 50) and we were so well cared for by Sherry , the property manager! The beds were fabulous, the beach gear was all we needed and more, the kitchen was so well appointed and the unit was cool and quiet. We loved it and will return as often as we can. And the lanai, oh my! Beautiful breezes, surrounded by plumeria and a lovely view of the grounds across the street and the daily sunrise. We just loved it.

This property was the perfect jump off spot for our dream vacation. The villa exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a cozy and well stocked vacation, loves having beach chairs, snorkels and floats. Check-in and communication with Sherry was very thorough and helpful, so many little extras! Thank you!!! check out was a breeze. especially at an early hour. property is quiet and well-maintained, super comfy beds and linens. fully stocked kitchen with extras as well. The location with its beautiful landscaping, pools, sandy beaches and laid back atmosphere lends to perfection. Only downside was the building wide fire alarm that emptied the residents at midnight one evening but that was part of the adventure. could spend whole time here, or we were able to spend a day at north shore watching surfers, polynesian cultural center is a must, hiked to a waterfall, haunauma bay, pearl harbor and waikikis bustling district. always nice to come back to Ko ‘olina at the end of our adventures. lots of eating within walking distance or full kitchen and grills for access. this place is a win win!

The villa sits on oceanfront and has chairs and towels to make getting to the beach easy. The communication with Sherry, the property manager, was excellent. She was very thorough and attentive to any of our needs. Ko’Olina is very clean with pristine beaches, bathrooms, sidewalks, etc. the ocean is safe for children as there are no waves. The villa was well equipped and very clean. We kept the doors open to the lanai everyday to soak up the view and breeze.

Super location. Better than crowded Marriott and Aulani next door and over priced ritz Carlton. Can walk the lagoons w/out worrying about parking. Country market is walking distance for snacks n lunches. Longboards restaurant is great for dinner n evening entertainment. Room: nicely decorated w all amenities. Sofa n outdoor furniture coverings could use a good cleaning. Overall a great place to relax n vacation.

Jaime’s condo was the perfect spot for my parents to stay in Hawaii. Although there were no children on this vacation they had everything you need for all ages including beach chairs/towels, beach wagon, and even kids toys. The location was great to access to the pool and the beach and even a short walk to the other properties in koolina. The property managers Neal and Sherry were also very welcoming and friendly. Sherry and Neal went out of their way to give us a great stay. The units were great and their customer service is out of this world. They were even able to give us a second unit last minute since we were scammed by another owner in a close by location (watch out for 'Chimera Vacations', as they took our money and cancelled our reservation before check in). We were left stranded 2am without a place to stay for half of our group and Sherry and Neal worked hard to get a us another unit on the spot. They literally saved our Hawaii vacation!
