This unit is very spacious and has a decorators touch! The unit is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including big screen tv, surround sound stereo, washer and dryer are in the condo which makes this very convenient. My husband and I spent a month at this property in the Hawaiian Princess. Very accurate listing and the owners were easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful beach and everything you need provided or nearby. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Makaha at Melissa’s condo. The condo was great and the view magnificent. Our hosts, Melissa and Steve were extremely helpful and available whenever we had a question. We plan on returning.

Worth the extra for the lanai with great views both directions and extra space. Didn’t need the air con much with the extra doors this condo has compared to others available. Clean and comfortable - has everything you need. Really comfy bed and couch, plus lanai furniture to relax on. Just awesome for relaxing! Beach in front is really great and very clean. Has some snorkelling right out front. We saw turtles, seal, sting ray and fish all from our lanai - didn’t even need to leave the room! Area has some homeless around so having a rental car was good and security is fantastic in building. Staff in building were helpful and friendly. Perfect place to sit back and relax out of the city. We would come back tomorrow but have to go to work :(

The cleanliness & amenities were fabulous. It is such a pleasure to come to a place that is remodelled back to new living. Would have to say that this unit beats out Ko Olina for ocean sounds & sand. Would come back here again & again.

We have stayed many times at the Hawaiian Princess over the years. This unit is new to to the rental market. Not sure if we were the first to stay with new owner but I can say without a doubt we will book again. The view is perfect with sunset and sunrise available depending on the way you are facing. If you want to feel like your on a private beach you cant go wrong. Other than a few minor issues, (paper products and new internet kept cutting out and I needed to oil the screen rollers and adjust toilet valve ) we had a great time. Kudos to the new owner.
