Great stay! Wonderful location, we were able to walk to the restaurant/food truck area. The balcony was nice with a view of the ocean. It looks just like the pictures and had everything we needed. The shower got hot fast. The parking spot was a little confusing at first but they helped us figure it out, it was great having our own spot right in front. We enjoyed the unit.

This unit was perfect for me and my daughter. We could walk to various shops, the supermarket and restaurants. We rented a car for all of our activities and had secure parking. The unit was modern and the perfect space. We utilized the surf boards and the boogie boards to go surfing right across the street. The pool area is very well done with relaxing music playing all day. I even was able to get in a yoga class, which was also a great perk.

We loved this property for our 5 day stay in Maui! The villa is super clean and well provisioned (except for spices/oils for cooking). We used the beach gear and cooler for a couple days on the beach. We viewed the sunset from our balcony. The common areas and pool are lovely, with Hawaiian music piped in.
We were able to walk to a cute local coffee shop each day. The Wailea restaurants were a quick Uber away.
The bedroom is on the street side and the street is busy. We used a white noise machine every night we were there.
This unit has its own parking pad, which we found super confusing the first night we arrived, in the dark. We looped around the block 3 times before we figured out where the gate was.
We had to buy oil and spices in order to cook a meal. There is only salt and pepper in the villa.

My husband and I stayed here for 11 days. It was the perfect place for us. Very clean and we loved the beach view from our little patio every morning. We utilized the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and body boards at the beach. We loved the location and how close we were to everything we needed. I felt safe and loved that it was in a gated community for added security. The property manager Shahaf was awesome and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

This Villa delivered in all areas. Plus the on-site service by the manager was very helpful. He greeted us on arrival, showed us around the property and the beach and was always available with a very welcoming and friendly attitude. Made for a very enjoyable vacation.

We had a great time at villa 8 for our short visit to Maui, convenient for a business meeting in Wailea but with the more down-to-earth atmosphere of Kihei. The location is fantastic, just a block away from access to the Kamaole beaches which are great for swimming, walking, or enjoying the sunset. There's also a lot of fantastic food within a few blocks, including some amazing food trucks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cove Park Inn. The first asset of this apartment is the location, which is GREAT... very close to Charles Young Beach which is awesome for swimming and snorkeling, and just in front of Cove beach which is fantastic for surfing and paddling (beginners). Moreover, you will find easily Ralph's hidden beach between Cove and CJ beaches... a gem! And to travel across the island, it is the perfect location... between west, central and east Maui, and very close to all the great golden sand beaches of the south (Wailea and Makena).
The apartment is very well furnished. We had a blender for our baby, super convenient. All you can expect, maybe except the dishwasher, but it was completely fine for us! Ralph is super nice, super helpful and he answered quickly all our questions, even when we arrived, quite late....
If I don't put 5 stars, it is only for 2 reasons.... yes, it is a little bit noisy as it is close to the road, but we were out from 8:00am to 6:00pm every-day, so it was not a big deal at all.... and we are used to live in a city, so it was ok. And during the night, the noise was really acceptable. Second reason (which could be fix easily), the window door between the nice terrace and the living room doesn't work very well. It was quite complicated to open it (at least for my wife). Again, not a big deal, but it would be great to facilitate the opening by fixing this little issue.
Because, yes, the terrace is great! We had all our dinners and breakfast there, with a beautiful views of the sea, and the sound of the waves... the street noise is really on the other side of the apartment, you can't really hear it from the terrace, it is more from the bed room.
So in a nutshell, I really recommend this apartment!!! :)

Rental is great for small families. It's located next to some beautiful beaches, a kid friendly park, and many shopping centers and food hubs. The villa was well equipped with everything you need including aloe vera lotion in case you get sun burned like I did. I greatly appreciated the beach umbrella, beach chairs, ice chest and snorkeling gear as I was seriously considering renting these items from somewhere local, but to my surprise they provided it all. Villa was clean with a beautiful view, and very spacious. The only negative thing I can say, is the noise level caused by the street that was located right behind our condo was a bit rough on occasions, but other than that, this place is a gem. I would definitely come back.

Great location for surfing and beautiful sun sets 100 feet away. Handy parking right by your unit. Chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and umbrella. Clean and adequately equipped. Some road noise - but that's Kihei. Nice view from our unit. Ralph was helpful.

Nothing fancy but location, location. Watching sunsets, surfers, from your balcony. Best beaches on Maui for more sunsets and snorkeling.
For the price you will not find any better. The owner is very helpful and just a phone call away. Gave it 4 stars, not five because 5 stars will cost you 4 times as much. Everything you might need is a short walk away. Only one negative, a bit of road noise from the street in back but it would not keep us from coming back.

Our stay was great! We were right next to the ocean and close to everything in Kihei. Ralph was great, we even extended an extra night! It was a little outdated, but well worth staying there over a hotel. I will be renting here again when I come back

Great views and location. Me and my son arrived 4 days early before his swim team arrived. We toured the Island, swam, Boggie board, snorkeling, and watching sunsets and turtles....Bed was comfy AC was great and porch was great to seat and watch the sunset...Laundry on site was great to have clean clothes.....Ralph was great and helpful and showed us lots of places to go...Thanks Ralph We WILL be back.............

The condo was in a very central spot in Kihei; we could walk to restaurants, grocery stores and flea markets. There is a private beach right in front with great snorkelling access and we even had it to ourselves a couple times! The condo has all the equipment you could need for playing in the ocean and relaxing on the beach, and every amenity necessary to be comfortable for your stay (free laundry, linens, full kitchen etc). Ralph was very helpful, showed us where the beach access was and gave us tips on other good beaches in the area, good restaurants etc. He even let us check out late because we had a late flight! There are a few other condos at Maui Park Inn and everyone was really friendly, but this condo seemed like the best in our opinion because of the amazing view off the balcony; we watched the sunset every night from the comfort of our condo! We can't wait to go back to Maui and we will definitely be staying here when we do!

We spend our winters in Hawaii, and ever since we stayed at Maui Cove Park Inn we have
been spoiled. We no longer look for a place to stay when we return, because we've already found the best! Nothing can compare to the location and the ocean just a few short steps away. Other conveniences are many, but to mention just a few are all the shops and eateries close by. Each villa has its own special charm, they are well stocked and everything you need is provided. Improvements and updates are ongoing, making the villas always better. Last but certainly not least is Ralph, the manager who keeps everything running very smoothly and is always so helpful in sharing great places to visit. "Ask and you shall receive" must be Ralphs motto, if you lack anything he always tries to accomodate! We are already counting down the days until we return.
