This condo was beautiful with a beautiful view. It was well stocked with everything you need: cookware, spices, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. Having the lagoons made me feel safe to enjoy the beach and swim in the water. The pools were wonderful too. Great place for a family vacation. I would certainly recommend staying here.

The property management were very accommodating. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, assigned parking spaces, breathtaking views..I could go on and on! Use of wolf grills was a pleasant surprise! Staff was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

My husband and our adult children plus new grandchild had a great stay here! We will be back! There was plenty of room for all of us and the condo is big enough for the baby to be asleep and for all of us to have a good time out in living room without waking the baby.
The view is amazing to wake up to and the grounds of the resort are beautiful! The lagoon is a great place to float around and see the occasional turtle. Target, Costco, and Safeway are 10 minutes away in case you need anything! There is an ABC store and a great coffee shop within walking distance. I can’t safe enough nice things about this condo, it really is great!

We had a wonderful time in Ko Olina, our family of 7; 4 adults and 3 young people (ages 15,13 and 10) had everything we needed to make it a perfect family vacation! With sufficient space and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

We had an absolute blast during this vacation. The location is amazing and literally steps to the beach. The pools were fun and the koi pond was so peaceful. The Starbucks cart in the lobby was also such a nice surprise . The condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed. There was 5 adults, 2 kids and one baby. We all fit. The condo has everything you need. A pack and play, a blow up mattress, a washer and dryer, a cooler to take to the beach, beach chairs & toys, snorkels, Tupperware, a volleyball, beach towels, games & an entire closet of first aid. We did notice a few extra bugs, more than we were comfortable with so we reached out to the property owner, the woman who had met us to sign in and the people in maintenance. It was a one day ordeal which was annoying because we had to stay out for majority of the day and we kept getting different info from different people but overall it was perfect

Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was conveniently located on the island and we felt safe on the property allowing our children to have a little more freedom. The unit was very clean and orderly. We had everything we needed (Beach towels, snorkles, etc). We will absolutely come back to this location and this unit!

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. We were extremely grateful for the extras that were provided such as: beach chairs, cooler, sand toys and snorkel gear. Costco was close by so we could shop for food and other items. We were able to take snacks and lunches because we had a cooler on wheels. The Koi pond was a hit with my kids. But each night after returning from our activities, we would walk along the sidewalk and enjoy the beautiful evenings.
Our cove was actually and fun place to snorkel. There were rocks that were placed inside our cove so fish had settled there and made it there home. We were able to see quite a few fish. The cove of Disney's Alauni didn't have any extra rocks brought in. So there weren't as many fish to see and the water was more murky.

Online listing was exactly what we got, the lagoon at this building was The least crowded, all staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and informative, we had a party of six adults and it was the perfect size, well stocked For basic necessities to start off with. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was more quiet than other establishments on the property, which was great for us. It had a laid-back chill atmosphere, but everyone was very professional. The place was just as advertised, maybe better!

We found the property to be excellent-comfortable, well maintained and in a beautiful setting. Working with the owner's rep was easy and helpful.
The only suggestion would be the addition of grab bars in the showers. Us older ones find them comforting.

Our family of seven completely enjoyed our week at the beach villas at Koolina. Our every need was anticipated which made it easy to to kick back and relax.
Even beach towels, sunscreen and first aid kit were provided. Dislocation was away from Honolulu traffic, but close two shopping, movie theaters and restaurants

The hosts were fantastic and the unit was perfect. I would definitely go back. If you enjoy the idea of a luxury beachfront resort, but also want the flexibility of having a kitchen etc., definitely book here. It is especially nice for a larger group.

Rooms were spacious, elegant, and modern. Everything you need is provided within the rooms. Had an A/C issue but was repaired quickly by staff. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach lagoon and local shops and restaurants. Only downside is No on-site food services. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our family stay at this condo and at the resort. The lagoon was really beautiful, some turtles and a wide array of fish, if you snorkel out over the coral. 3 hot tubes and a great sized pool for our 5 and 8 year old. The condo was clean, beds comfortable and the perfect size for 6 adults and two young girls. Thanks for the amazing week!

Are VRBO Condo in Hawaii was beautiful and well-kept. It was well stocked with all equipment for the beach and cooking utensils and everything necessary for our stay. Our hosts were gracious in greeting us upon our arrival. I highly recommend this property. The area where the condo is located is a beautiful part of Oahu.

Wonderful location. Fantastic unit. Staff is amazing. Only downside is the washer dryer is a bit loud and the dryer squeals a bit. And the wifi only really works in the front room, not in the bedrooms. But hopefully you’re not on your laptop too much anyway. :) Would definitely stay again! And Angel with check in was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back some day.

it was such a perfect place for us. we were 3 couples with no kids had a great time.
Everything was ready and as described. Place was clean and prepared as explained.
3 bedrooms were all nice and tidy. Kitchen has more than expected. Ko olina resort has a nice lagoon to play at the beach and swimming pools to play around. Nice walkway for a little walk by the beach and definitely has the perfect sunset view.

We love Ko Olina. It’s outside of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. This condo was beautiful and very spacious for all 7 of us. The grounds are clean and nice. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to Oahu.

These condos are between multiple hotels so you know the location is key. The kids really enjoyed the pools. This condo was stocked with pool toys and towels which was great. It is right next to multiple lovely lagoons that make for great protected ocean swimming. Beds in this condo were super comfy. Check in and out process was super smooth!

We attended a wedding in Ko’olina and were a little nervous during Covid. Hands down the beach villas had the least number of people in the pools and on the beach. We felt very safe. We had the most room to spread out in Our condo. We booked activities directly through the Villas and they were amazing. Great stay.

Great property and excellent location. Best beach and lovely pool right outside your doors and t6he condo has all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-appointed. I was really happy to find snorkel gear, coolers available for our day trips, plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs. We enjoyed using the poolside gas grills that were readily available to reserve when we wanted to cook our own "fresh catch". Convenient to Grocery store, Costco and other shopping. Short drive to a lot of great hikes and sights! We would love to come here again, and would definitely stay at this Bech villa!

My family and I spent eight wonderful days at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina and we cherished every second. The condo was simply gorgeous with all the amenities we could imagine. Our favorite thing to do was to slide the glass doors to the spacious deck away and enjoy our meals overlooking the view of the stunning beach, beautiful garden’s and the koi ponds. The facility staff, from front desk to security, housekeeping, gardeners, restaurant staff are all utterly lovely, gracious and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and safe. Thank you Blaine et al! We can’t wait for our next visit to paradise!

We stayed at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina from September 1st - 8th. The amenities were beyond our expectations and the location is indescribably beautiful and picturesque. Everywhere you turn, there is blue water and lush vegetation.
The community of Ko Olina is well-maintained and that made us feel welcomed.
The variety and close proximity of shops and restaurants made it convenient for us when we decided to stay in the area. In fact, once we discovered happy hour at Monkeypod Kitchen, we were hooked.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance from the Villas, as well as an ABC Store and some cute shops. Just a 10-minute drive away is a Costco, Target, Safeway and other shops and restaurants. We picked up all our groceries here for the week.
We felt at home, at the Beach Villa resort, and really did not want to leave it to come home. We walked the path along the beaches/lagoons every night, so we could watch the sunset. This is something we never tired of.
There was a quiet pool and a pool suited to family. We visited the ‘adult’ pool daily to relax after a day of sightseeing, hiking and snorkeling. It was always quiet and relaxing. Although we didn’t use the fitness center, we did walk through it and it has every exercise machine you would ever need, free weights and other various types of equipment and a clean and bright change room.
The west side of the island it so beautiful. We did the hike at Ka'ena Point, which was stunning.
Of all the vacation spots we have visited so far, Ko Olina in Oahu has been one of our most memorable. Hawaii was a dream trip for us and our stay at your beach villa made it that much more special.
No surprise that we are already planning our trip back!

This property was located in Koolina, the area of Oahu that has the most sun, similar to Waikiki. So it was nice that we had sun even when other areas of the island was raining. The building and ground was gorgeous. The swimming pools were just like those you can find at a five and a half star hotel! Extremely gorgeous and fun and you can even BBQ your own food there! There's also a bar! AND the sunsets were just stunning. Then, you walk into this property.... and I felt like I want to live here forever! WHAT A DREAM!!!! Chic and modern, super clean, very nice energy. Absolutely LOVE this place! Planning to come back all the time!!! Actually, I don't ever want to leave! Beautiful place! There were three couples staying here at the time and we all just had the best time of our lives!

This is our 5th time staying in this beautiful condo at KoOlina. We have stayed there as just a couple on one trip, with another couple on different trip and with our two adult children and their spouses on this trip. The condo is spacious, well equipped and well kept. The overall facility is magnificent with something for everyone, from the multiple pool options, the gym, the beach, the bar (oh the bar!) and even scheduled resident activities. The whole KoOlina area is an experience like no other, with the amazing lagoons, the restaurants and a world class golf course - all close by. We absolutely love everything about this property and we will be returning soon!

The property and condo were everything we hoped they would be and more. The pools and lagoons were perfect for all ages (our group included grandparents and toddlers). The unit was extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you could think of. Blaine was great to work with and very accommodating for a later checkout time. We would thoroughly recommend this VRBO and hope to return one day.

The condo was very nice and the location was convenient for touring the island. However, it is best suited for 6 not 8 because the sofa bed is not comfortable due to the large springs in the mattress! It would be best to replace it with a foam mattress or advertise condo for only up to 6 guests. The "gourmet" kitchen did not have a griddle to make pancakes or french toast. No pantry/storage space for the food for 8 we purchased. The flat roof on the other side of the balcony railing became cluttered with items that were thrown or blown off the upper unit balconies: water bottles, toys, trash, bread, paper, etc. The constant need to use a card key to unlock doors, gates, and even elevators became a nuisance. The pool was only open until 9 pm and was strictly enforced and gates were locked. The gate from the beach was also locked at that time. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy the beautiful pools and spas at least until 10 pm.

The accommodation was a pleasure to rent. We appreciated the clean, well equipped, aesthetically pleasing condo and it's central location in the resort area. The pool was beautiful and our family enjoyed everything it had to offer...(the Tiki Bar). It was a memorable vacation and we will certainly recommend the Beach Villas to our friends. Thank you!

Grounds are beautiful, villa is beautiful and stocked with most everything needed from beach towels, snorkel gear, chairs, and spices to cook wear. Wonderful location near elevator and parking spot. My only disappointment was the obstructed view to the pool area. I hadn't read that in any of the reviews so I was a little surprised. The roof line extends over the fitness center which is below you. And lots of things blow off higher level villas, think about 10 water bottles and kids toys collected there. Not a huge deal, just wish I'd have known. Mahalo!

First impression was the condo was clean with lots of amenities. The Ko Olina grounds are spectacularly maintained.
The linens were all wonderful - what we had hoped for in a condo at Ko Olina. The Suite was ready for families! Beach chairs, toys for kids, and a rolling cooler to take to the beach!
A really nice touch was arriving to condiments and water ready in the fridge. We even received a welcome letter from the owner. The owner gave us an on-site contact in case a problem arose.
We will return again and highly recommend this property!
