We had three couples stay here for a week and a great time was had by al! The kitchen was well outfitted which made cooking meals a breeze, and there was ample dining area both indoors and out. Beds were comfy. Beach gear provided was a nice touch. And the community pool/hot tub was never too busy, even during high surf days. Excellent location, the nearest beach is maybe 10 min walk and had great tide pooling.

Beautiful town home!We loved the pool and hot tub area and used it every night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook including several different spices. The ocean view from the lanai was amazing to see the sunset. This property is really close to two wonderful beaches. I would recommend this property!

We loved this town house! We had plenty of room to spread out. Super clean and inviting. Location is perfect, with a really nice clean community pool. We loved all the extra amenities that you don’t get with a hotel. Like all the beach gear, chairs, umbrella, snorkels. There’s a nice shopping center right around the corner. The owner was so accommodating, we had a late flight. They let us have a late check out. It was a perfect place for our family. When we come back, we will be rebooking this townhouse.

Just as listed, quite, tranquil, and equipped with items you need for a day at the beach. We were 5 adults and had an excellent stay and the kitchen is well equipped for meals. Secure and plenty of parking. Easy access to stores, beaches, and restaurants.

The first time using VRBO and we were very happy with this little piece of heaven. Very clear information on how to get to the place from the airport, which was only 30 minutes drive.
From the moment we drove through the gates of this condo resort we felt at peace. This gated community was quiet and safe, yet alive during the day with guests from the very young to older, all enjoying the pool, exercise room, birds, gardens, and sun. The pool had a place for everyone, chairs, loungers, umbrellas, kiddie pool, larger pool, and a large hot tub. The condo itself was very clean and filled with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was the little touches, like providing a cooler and cold packs to bring drinks and snacks to the beach, plenty of beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and snorkels/flippers. The fridge had cold filtered water and there was a lovely basket of local treats to start the vacation. All cookware, dinnerware, foil, storage containers, glasses, two types of coffee makers, kettle, great stove for cooking the catch of the day. The beds were comfortable (and there are different configurations for different sized families (we had grandparents, parents, and two teenage kids). The view was breathtaking, dinners on the patio and sunsets from the balcony. The A/C was much needed on some of the hotter days. Bathrooms were clean and included some aftersun lotion for those days we had a little too much sun. And by 10 p.m. everything was quiet so we could sleep peacefully to be ready for the next day's adventures.
The location was great, away from the hustle of the busy downtown, yet 5 minutes from the beach and all amenities. We could walk up to the food store, a great little book store, and great pizza place. Make sure you visit Costco for gas (way less expensive) and food. And the best meal we had was Umekes Fish Market Bar and Grill with live music. We visited Volcanoes park which was 2 hours away, but the drive was amazing with gorgeous views. We went to the far north to enjoy the wild cliffs, and an hour and a half to the Mauna Kea observatory to see some amazing stars.
We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience the Kona coast in comfort.

- Thoughtful beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, a few masks, beach bags).
- all the comforts of home. All the way down to Bath & Body works hand soaps and shower gel, kirkland shampoo/conditioner, tide laundry soap, dryer sheets, QUALITY PAPER TOWELS AND GOOD TOILET PAPER! (I get excited about the little things) :-), plenty of Ziploc baggies, foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags. Everything you need! All we had to buy was geoceries.
- No expense was spared. This isn't your throw together rental.
I cant say enough good things. I'm a tough customer and couldnt be more pleased. I will stay here everytime I visit the Big Island. I'll even plan my travel around its availability.

We loved the convenient and quiet location. Walking distance to a great snorkel beach and local grocery store.
The kitchen was well stocked with all the conveniences of home.
There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and even a great cooler!
The unit was clean and very comfortable with beautiful peek a poo ocean views from both upper and lower lanais.
We look forward to staying at this unit the next time we visit Kona!

We brought our teenager, my 70+-year-old mom, and my mother-in-law to Hawaii. The three-bedroom condo was perfect for everyone to have space. The pool was very friendly, and my mom enjoyed the water aerobics hosted by the local condo owners at the main pool several mornings while we were there. There is a grocery store and pharmacy less than 5 minutes walk away. My teenager and I enjoyed the bike rentals and various activities along the beach access road close to the condo. Highly recommend this location for vacationers looking for clean, comfortable, affordable accommodations on the Big Island. Everyone in Hawaii was so lovely and welcoming. We had a great trip.

Our family of four had a great stay on the Big Island in this vacation rental. It was an excellent location that allowed us easy access exploring north and south along the west shore of this island. We'd been to the Big Island once before staying in a rental in the Waikoloa area (also a wonderful rental). Having stayed in both locations, I can say that geography-wise, this was better in the sense of driving to and from our favorite destinations.
As for the actual rental unit, the space was great! Lots of space to spread out. Nicely appointed. Views of the water and sunsets were lovely! Lots of essential items in the condo (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, detergent, etc). It was a really quiet location. We never saw or interacted with neighbors. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds.
Having a pool is something we highly prefer when looking for vacation rentals. While this one is fairly basic and wasn't a draw when choosing this rental, it seemed nice enough. We never used it but we drove by it every time entering the property. Maybe if our children were younger we would have walked over. If this is something you might use, it's a super short walk over!
Communication with Evolve was excellent prior to our trip. Once we arrived, there were a couple minor issues (locks). The contact person we were given answered our questions, just not immediately.
The checking in & out process was a very easy no issue process!
We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose!

We as a group of 6 (3 athletes, 3 spectathletes) stayed for the Ironman Triathlon World Champs in 2022. This residence in a quiet spot at the end of Ali'i Drive, a very short walk to a large grocery store and local bar. It is only 10min or so drive to the Kailua Pier. The townhouse (Australian language) is spacious and well appointed. It was perfect for our needs. The view from the top floor were fantastic.

The townhome is in the cutest, cleanest little gated community. It's nice and quiet. Good location. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious. I don't know if I missed in the original listing, but the balcony can be accessed from both the master suite as well as another bedroom which was a nice touch. The only negative remark I would have is that there were some areas that we re-cleaned when we first got there. However, the place itself was in no way, unkept or not clean. I still gave 5 stars for overall cleanliness.

During the first two days the property had some issues (the property is well maintained, these were purely coincidental). It could’ve made our vacation pretty uncomfortable, but after a single call, they had somebody out to fix it in no time.
Sometimes thing’s don’t go according to plan, and how a property manager responds can make or break a vacation.
In our case, they saved the vacation. Thanks!

Gas Grill was left empty and propane bottle was chained to grill preventing replacement... Ruined $40 worth of food.
Took 30 minutes to locate the unit once inside the complex due to poor signage and directions. Bedding blood stained.
Bathroom fans extremely loud waking the household at night..
Wood stairway trim very uncomfortable when barefoot.

This was a fantastic spot for our family of 5 (kids 9, 11 &13). We really enjoyed the location! Having the market just behind the property was really convenient and we found that the overall location was great with regard to access to beaches. We loved having the pool as an option and made great use of it and the many beaches throughout our stay. This was our second visit to the Big Island, but the first time with our kids. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Our family absolutely loved this place! It was so beautiful, quiet, clean and lovely. A shopping center is close by so it was very convenient and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. When we had a question about the property, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. It only takes a few minutes to the beach and our family had lots of fun playing, seeing the fish and looking at the sunset. This place made our stay in Hawaii very enjoyable. We will definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

We have rented several Kona/Waikoloa condos over the years, and Keauhou remains a favorite location because of consistent great weather. We like having some shopping/dining options close, but prefer being a little more removed from Ali'i Drive buzz. Na Hale O Keauhou in general offers spacious accommodations, and this unit in particular is laid out and furnished to provide plenty of elbow room for up to 6 people. Super clean and no carpet! We were pleasantly surprised there is a pretty decent peek of the ocean, and could even hear waves crashing when surf was high. Beds were fine, TVs are great, kitchen is outfitted well. Our grandkids live in Kona so we had them over a few times to swim... Great kiddie pool for little ones (although the bottom surface is showing some age). You'll be fine here.
