I wanted to send you a note of thanks after our week stay in Maui. Your condo was absolutely wonderful! You said that this was your home for several months of the year and now I completely understand why you love it so much. We live in Texas so not having an air conditioner was completely foreign to us. But the breeze that flows through your home when you open the windows is wonderful. Your kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home....great pots and pans and sharp knives! We rented snorkel equipment for the week before I realized that you even had that too at the condo. Also, the beach right in front of your condo is fabulous. We saw turtles every single day and they often came up to sun on the beach. Each evening, I took pictures of the sunset...it was amazing!
This was our first trip to Maui but it will definitely not be our last. I hope you won't mind if I keep your contact information and reach out to you again in the future to rent your place. This was by far one of our best vacations ever!

This place has it all....cleanliness, comfort and convenience. It is nicely furnished and has everything you need. The location couldn't be better. Less than a mile down the road you can walk to little shops, a coffee house, a farmer's market, a supermarket/pharmacy, restaurants and food trucks. We watched the sunset from the lanai every evening and were treated to a spectacular rainbow one morning. The grounds are beautiful with all the colorful flowers and the beach is pristine. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this condo.

Our stay at Hale Mahina was our best Maui adventure EVER! The entire family loved staying here and Michael (unit owner) could not have made it easier! Great communication, which made booking a breeze! This large condo is by far the finest unit on the entire property.. we know because we e rented many over the years! A large downstairs unit that looks out at the beautiful Pacific and better yet, you simply walk out your door and enjoy! This was our favorite! We have stayed in 5 vrbo’s on Maui and while they were all exceptional, this one took the win. Nice grassy lounge area, small beach away from the crowds, lots of turtles, central location to various beaches for our morning snorkeling trips. Washer/dryer in unit. During whale season, it is incredible with whales to see outside your master bedroom.
The condo is so nicely remodeled, it's very clean, comfortable and roomy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of and then some. The master king size bed was so comfortable, as well as the queen bed guest room. Kids on the couch or couch bed was easy.
Larry the manager keeps the grounds of Hale Mahina so clean and well kept!
It IS right on the Ocean, a real walkout and just incredible views. The pool & hot tub are clean and just steps away from a private beach that is just beyond that. Turtles come everyday onto the beach. There's also a reef to the right of the condo where you can see so many different types of sea life.

We had an amazing and tranquil stay at this oceanfront condo. Our kids are already asking to go back. When you stay here, you're close to key activities but still feel tucked away in your own little paradise. Our family enjoyed hearing the crashing waves, seeing the Green sea turtles basking on the sand and playing cards in the living room with an amazing view right out to the ocean. We made family memories that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend this condo. Michael was very fast to respond to questions and the entire process was smooth. Thank you!

When we booked about 5 months before our vacation this was listed as a 3 bedroom condo. But it was a 2 bedroom and pullout sofa in common area. I contacted the owner upon arrival who told me it was 3 beds. I sent a screenshot of the listing showing “3 Bedrooms” but never received any further response. Really inconvenient. Otherwise good location, nice view, large kitchen but don’t recommend unless
Only 2 bedrooms needed. Paid a premium and didn’t mind because thought paying for 3 bedrooms.

It was great living at the beach for a week! Location is phenomenal, with the ocean literally a few steps from the patio, and turtles everywhere. The other guests/residents were friendly. The family atmosphere was great! The condo is lovely and spacious. Our stay would have been more comfortable had there been more portable fans (hard to get ready to go out to dinner during the hottest part of the day, and the first night was very warm), and more comfortable seating in the living room.

This unit is fabulous- amazing location with a walk-out directly to the ocean, spacious with room for a family, and in a complex with a great pool and hot tub. The unit was also kid friendly, with boogie boards and a pack n' play crib. The host even coordinated the delivery of the rest of the baby rental equipment we rented, as well as sharing a code that got us a car rental discount. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend, and a great stay!

A101 has a great view of sunsets, Molokai and, Lanai. This condo is very spacious and has everything you would want or need for a family vacation. Very clean. The floor plan allows for privacy from other family members but also has large common spaces. The pool was a hit and the beach in front, including the turtles! A strong contender for our next trip to Maui. Perfect location.

Amazing location right on the ocean....nothing like walking off your private lanai and being steps from the ocean! In addition, this unit is at the end of the condo building so it is private on one side.... seriously felt like our own piece of paradise during the stay! We rented surf boards for the week and it was so convenient to jump in anytime we wanted. And we loved sitting out to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails feet from the water! Large enough for 6 adults but the mattress in the pull-out coach was not the most comfortable (only negative about the entire place),...but we would stay there again in a heartbeat. The access to the beach/water was ideal.....no trips down hallways, elevators, lobbies to get to the water.

My wife says I should not be too honest about this condo and location because it would then be booked so frequently that we would never get a date to come back!!.. I have to be honest anyway.
This is the best by far! Ocean front property and you can see the turtles right in front of the property or right down on the beach. The hot tub is so relaxing and clean! Condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds are quite comfortable, as well.
This condo is right on an actual beach, perfect for swimming, excellent snorkeling. The condo was in excellent condition, nice and clean, recently updated. We love the Honokowai area for the low key atmosphere and local vibe. It is only 5-10-15 minutes from top resorts, restaurants, and shopping going north or south.
We had wanted a place with an ocean view and wow did this condo deliver. Views off of both patios were just spectacular. The master bed is so close to the ocean.
Larry, the property manager, was out each morning maintaining the grounds, nice guy!
The only Bad point to this condo is having to leave this Oceanfront Paradise!! We have been coming to Maui every year for many years and this is by far our favorite place that we have stayed. Michael is very quick with response and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property and absolutely hope to return here next year for a week during the Whale Season!

We enjoyed this condo very much. Perfect for four people. The location is on the ground floor on the corner of the building. Very private and easy access to the lawn and beach. Everything you would need in the kitchen to make meals. We would book this unit again and hope we can in the future!

The location and view were amazing. The property overall was great but prior to our arrival we didn't receive any instructions on how to access the property. We showed up at the property and had to search for the property mgr and after a 6 hour flight with a young child we were just ready to kick back and enjoy our vacation. When we finally met up with the property mgr he had to let us in because we didn't receive any info regarding the code for the lock box to access the key for the condo. The property description said there was internet access but no info was provided on how to login to the internet and there was no welcome letter providing a quick run down of the basic info needed for a week long stay in a property we weren't familiar with so we struggled to get the lights working and we never figured out how to turn on the lights in the living room. That was frustrating to not have adequate lighting in theiving room and we tried every single light switch in the house. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work but they provided floor standing fans which helped. We rented this property in part because it seemed to have the amenities we needed, one of which was a washer/dryer. However, the dryer didn't work which we didn't know until after we did a load of laundry. We tried to dry a load of laundry several times in hopes that it wpuld eventually dry the clothes that we really needed but tbat never panned out. Overall the property was good and if they can invest in improving the non working amenities we would return to this property without a doubt but for what we paid were very disappointed from the point of arrival and we didnt feel welcomed from the point of arrival. When we return we will reach out to Michael & Rose to confirm the property issues have been addressed and if so we can't wait to come back to this property.
