We are a family of five, which made finding hotel space for all of us that didn’t break the bank difficult. The unit was huge and more than enough space for all of us. Quick walk to several beaches and store nearby for essentials. View of the ocean. Large patio space

Loved the unit it’s huge bathrooms are gigantic and like the 3rd bathroom is a bonus. The pool is nice with great room attached and grills. Maybe add 2 chairs and some Tupperware.This is a great condo!!!

Kapalua is a great neighborhood! The Condo is very nice from the outside although a little hard to find our unit because the numbering system is small on each condo. The kitchen is updated. Plenty of space. The bathrooms are dated , late 1990’s style.
Plenty of towels for bath and beach.
I didn’t expect our unit to be a ground level unit. We still could see the ocean but I’d rather stay in a higher unit. I’ll have to look at the listing and see if it states “ground level”.
We’d come back but only if the unit is on the 2nd level. You can hear people moving furniture above you.

Our 11th year spending the Christmas Holiday on Maui as a family. This property has been one of our favorites! Beautiful setting on the golf course, beautiful views from the lanai, you can hear the waves crashing at night. Our condo was clean, roomy, full kitchen, and had AC on the rare occasion you would need it. Would totally stay here again!

Property is well managed. Overall very clean and comfortable. Amazing view! There was a discrepancy in the size of the beds in the listing. The water pressure in the showers is a little weak, and the showers/tubs could use an upgrade. But otherwise, great location, very quiet neighborhood, amazing views, and well managed property. We really enjoyed our stay.

Kapalua is absolutely beautiful, 414 was very clean, nice kitchen with everything we needed, amazing views, comfortable beds, huge bathrooms and nice soaking tubs, 2 decks so you can get away from the trade winds, tile floors throughout, lots of space, and some beach equipment. Some opportunities for decor improvements. We had a wonderful stay.

Kapalua is da kine! it's quiet and still close to our desired beaches. The kitchen and the kitchen cooking supplies could really use an upgrade, as could the sliding windows/screens. But it's nice place "fo sure." But it now has a cork screw!! :-)

We have 3 kids 5 years old and under, so we were looking for a place away from all the hustle and bustle. I cannot even begin to tell you how quiet and peaceful this place is. And the view is stunning. The pool and bbq area was just across the way, making it SO easy for us to walk three kiddos over there. The place was stocked with all the necessities, and we never had to go out and buy anything like garbage bags, toilet paper or laundry detergent. The bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely spacious- we had no issues at all getting a full size crib in the bedroom. Ironwood beach (GORGEOUS) is within walking distance - we tried to make it there for the sunset each night. And thank you, Sullivan Properties, for the portable cooler! We used it EVERY DAY. It’s the little things like this that make your stay so much better. We would come back here in a heartbeat.
