The condo was exactly as the advertisement, very clean and well equipped, comfortable, friendly staff and security.
Beautiful grounds.
Great location, quiet, and close to everything. A short drive to beaches, can walk to shopping in about 10 minutes.
We will definitely be coming back to stay again, and will recommend it to others.

Great property. I have stayed at Wailea beach Villas many times. Perfect location with great beach access with towel and chaise lounge service just like at a hotel. Nice adult pool and children’s pool.
Very nicely appointed unit. Even had a great little office space off one of the master bedrooms for those who need to work. Plenty of furniture, plates, appliances etc and not the cheap Walmart type. One comment for owner, could use better wifi throughout the unit. Not good cell service in this unit and wifi is needed. But that is my only negative and easy to resolve. I would highly recommend this unit for a family.

Our week stay in Wailea Ekolu 802 was perfect. This was our second time in this unit. It was clean and fit our group of 6. Property Management group is excellent, friendly and very easy to work with! My favorite part is sitting on the Lanai in the morning with my coffee looking at the beautiful ocean view.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It is clean, comfortable, beautifully outfitted for cooking and cleaning. Appliances are new and in good working order. The view is wonderful and so is the location. Any needs we had were quickly dealt with by Sunny, Bob and Daniel. There are a few small maintenance items in need of attention and yet they mattered little in terms of the overall comfort and quality of our stay.

Overall, we absolutely love this place and will book again! In comparison to previous stays, it has declined a bit. Still very clean, but could use a freshen up (eg. wall washing or paint, dust ceiling fans) The furniture is showing wear and lacking good support along with the bed in master bedroom...which is understandable and absolutely comes with general wear and tear over time. Weekly cleaning service is no longer included in the price either which has risen ... but I know it has all over. It was nice to have gas bbq to use this time. Thank you!Property managers are wonderful! We love Maui !

We truly loved staying here. The house was much bigger than expected and in a lovely, quiet area. We rarely heard (or even saw) neighbors. Two of our favorite beaches were within a 5 minute drive, which was well worth the peace and quiet. The view of the ocean and sunset was unexpectedly great from the upstairs balcony. Some more things that delighted us were the HUGE gift basket upon arrival, the washer and dryer available, big beach towels for use, lots of chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for use, plenty of toiletries, and fun books for us to read. When we visit Maui again, we will definitely look to stay here!

It was quiet and convenient to take daily drives around the island. We didn't walk to beaches but loved the 4 that were a 5-10 min drive. The management went out of their way to help me, when I left some clothes in a drawer, they mailed them back to me- I'm so grateful for their extra efforts.

Great location, space enough for all four of us, plenty of amenities. I especially appreciated the shelves full of books! Some minor repairs are needed (shower door fixtures, A/C in MBD has trouble cooling the room properly, washing machine made some suspect sounds). We did notify the property manager of the A/C, and they sent someone out promptly to look at it. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, a boogie board, and even a beach umbrella, and we made good use of them. We arrived to a welcome basket of goodies, which was very kind, though maybe go a little lighter on the candy? We had a good stay and would recommend.

The condo was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable for our family of six. We appreciated the well kept cookware and kitchen tools and we had everything needed to bbq and cook during our stay. We also loved sitting out on the lanai watching the whales. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented 3 condos in this area. This one was the best in location and ammenities. It near the pool but not too close for noice. 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Easy drive to all major attractions. Clean and very well equipped. Plenty of seating if you are having family together. Would love to rent this one again! Thank you.

The owners did a wonderful job of adding nice touches of art and decor to making their unit very welcoming and inviting! Well stocked kitchen, great beach chairs, umbrella, floatie noodles, nice fluffly beach towels, l'occitane bath amenities are a very nice touch, lovely library of books. The only thing I might add was to have a collapsible laundry drying rack for air drying dry-fit clothes, cycling clothes and bathing suits.
Would definitely return to this unit again! Sunny, the property manager provided excellent service.

Breathtaking views, close proximity to everything, and Sunny was just amazing with the Property Management! There was absolutely no issues and it was just perfect. Family of six and we all loved this tastefully decorated two level condo with a well set up kitchen. Views of the Maui sunsets over the ocean were spectacular. Mountain views the other direction. Truly air conditioned as there was a unit in each bedroom as well as the great room with high ceilings. Lots of windows to catch cross breezes as well. This unit was close to the pool which was very nice.

We absolutely loved staying at the Wailea Ekolu townhouse. It was perfect for our family of 6;enough beds and bathrooms, big enough dining table, and was overall a cozy size for all of us. We loved that it was walking distance to the coffee shop, mall, farmers market, and restaurants. My kids enjoyed going for a morning jog to the beach, and my mother loved sitting by the pool with her book. The view from the lanai was stunning, and we enjoyed watching sunsets from there all week. The home was well stocked and we loved being able to use the beach chairs and Igloo cooler for our adventures, read the books in the library, and cook meals in the kitchen. The biggest complaint was the quality of the mattresses... They could definitely stand to be updated, as they are all pretty saggy and uncomfortable. My mother ended up sleeping on the couch most nights, foregoing the bed to prevent back problems. The only other thing that we didn't love was that our neighbors across the lawn had about 6 small children with them, and so we had to put up with them playing and yelling outside, which made it hard to enjoy the serenity of the view with a book and cup of coffee. I realize they were just playing and enjoying their vacation together, it was just a minor inconvenience, and this group of kids just happened to be particularly loud. Overall, we loved the home and we would absolutely stay here again and refer friends to come here too!

We spent a lovely week here. It was clean with comfortable beds and in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to and from the beach - about 20 mins each way - but drove to nearby beaches as well. The beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and boogie board were all great! With 2 bedrooms, there was plenty of room for 5 adults without feeling cramped at all. A/C worked well. Parkingvwas free and easy right in front of the townhouse. Check in and check out was a breeze! We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Maui.
